호텔내부는 고급짐.엑상 프로방스를 둘러보기에 좋았을 뿐.유료 주차 넘 비싸.하루에 25유로 ㅠㅠ

직원들 매우 친절했고, 호텔룸도 깨끗하고 어메니티도 다 좋았습니다. 위치도 시내에서 아주 가깝습니다. 액성프로방스에 머무르신다면 적극 추천합니다.

슈페리어룸(111호). 아고다로 예약했는데 객실 구성이 많이 달라 당황함. 냉장고도 없고 미니바도 없음(생수 2병만 제공). 방 크기도 30제곱미터가 아니고 20정도밖에 안됨(아고다에서 표시한 넓은 객실은 아님). 발코니/테라스도 없고 뷰는 바로 옆 건물임.

Nie wieder, kann die Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer gewechselt. Allerdings war das zweite auch nicht besser. Zimmer waren nicht sauber, über der Dusche schimmelt es und es ist zur Straße hin sehr laut. Das war unser erster und letzter Besuch!

Si pour vous l’appellation “Boutique Hotel” implique une petite chambres, peu de personnel, le petit déjeuner et le parking en supplément et une 4ème étoile injustifiée, alors vous avez trouvé la bonne adresse. Par contre très bien placé dans Aix.

A charming boutique hotel. Lucille the Receptionist was absolutely fantastic, and a credit to the property. She gave us lots of advice on where to eat, what to see and was generally lovely and friendly. The Honesty Bar is a great idea and the wines stocked were delicious.However the room itself did not feel like a 4* hotel. Although it was very clean, our bathroom door was broken and would not close. We also had a terrace but thanks to recent rain, water had pooled and it was more like a swimming pool. The chairs had also been left outside and the covers were soaking so we could not make use of it, even the next day. Housekeeping also did not properly replenish the tea and coffee, or the water in the mini-bar, even though we stayed for 2 nights. Ultimately a lovely hotel in a great location but missing those extra touches that would have made our stay fantastic.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum von Aix en Provence. Die Zimmer sind überschaubar aber nicht zu klein. Badezimmer und Toilette sind getrennt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die nahe gelegene Garage ist auch für große Autos bestens geeignet, auch für z. B. VW-Bus oder Kleintransporter. Und Aix ist immer einen Besuch wert.

Nice hotel, centrally located, friendly staff. Parking was expensive €25 and it was expensive to take your dog €25.

We were in Aix en Provence for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the Cézanne. We had a junior suite, which was great because it afforded us a little more space.As far as any negatives, I’d say there weren’t many. The fact that the smoke alarm went off early one morning for about 10 minutes and no one reassured us what to do was sort of annoying. It was a false alarm but we didn’t know whether to run or stay put!Breakfast was lovely but i had read some reviews saying it was outstanding and I would not give it that mark. The Honor Bar was a great addition giving guests the opportunity to grab a drink for themselves and take to their room or enjoy in the lobby. Parking was not free but was super easy and reasonable.The location was wonderful. It was an easy walk to the Cours Mirabeau and the main parts of town. Overall, I would highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Everything about the hotel was good. The only thing that would have made it better was decaf coffee in the bedrooms (there were Nespresso pods but no decaf ones and others in the hotel were not compatible). But hotel was well located and very pleasant.

Comfortable room, excellent cleaning service, convenient location. I was very impressed. My only complaint is that I wish they had conditioner in the shower.

Frächt hotell med trevlig personal som pratade bra engelska. Rummet var mycket fint och hade allt som behövs. Vattnet i minibaren ingick i rummet.

Recently renovated, great showers, super clarins toiletriesPhotos make the rooms look bigger than they are really small, paid for the upgraded room but it wasnt worth it. The bathroom had a giant sink but nowhere for my wife to get ready, no shelves etc.

The staff was very handy. Helpful. Friendly. Made the difference.

Great location. Small room but functional. Air conditioner is central, it was set to cooling. So when it got cold we were provided with heater.

AC not working properly. We were very uncomfortable. Reported but no resolution. I also came upon a strange man coming out of my room who said the door was “open.” It wasn’t. Reported twice, nothing done about it. Also FYI our rental car gps would not get us to or from the hotel. On the way out of Aix it lead us merrily into a five level underground garage under the Rotunde.

Sehr guter Service, unter anderem mit kostenlosen Minibarangeboten und einer täglichen Überraschung zum Frühstück. Guter Reingungsservice. Lage perfekt, weil fußläufig alles erreichbar ist. Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut, separates WC nur für schlanke Menschen geeignet.

Auf Designhotel gemacht, aber nicht wirklich gut umgesetzt. Sehr kleine Zimmer, für die Preisklasse. Auch ansonsten recht klein und verwinkelt. Wirkt aufgesetzt und in ein zu kleines Haus reingepresst. Parkgarage teuer und 4 Häuser weiter, ohne Verbindung. Man muss sogar verkehrt in eine Einbahnstraße fahren, um sie zu erreichen. Umgebung ist auch nicht so toll, insbesondere die Aussicht nach hinten (schmuddelige Wohnsilos) und billige, ungepflegte Lokale in der Nachbarschaft. Personal ist sehr nett. Aber irgendwie passt das alles nicht zusammen, inklusive Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schönes Beispiel: der Gin & Tonic Baukasten im Eingang, zur Selbstbedienung - gute Idee, nett inszeniert, aber für 12,00 €?! In einer Top Bar mit Service und cooler Bar Atmosphäre gerne, aber hier?!!! Fazit: Man kann es buchen, muss man aber nicht.

I spent two nights here while touring Aix-en-Provence. It is a very welcoming hotel and convenient to everything if you dont have a car. The staff helped me find a reservation for five on a Monday night (a lot of restaurants are closed Mondays) and the Petit Dejeuner (breakfast) is very appetizing and varied. I had to get an early bus to the TGV train station the last morning, so I was happy for the short walk with my suitcase. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is well located right ajexent to the old town. Only about 150 m from the Main square (Le Ronde). Although a bit old and worse for wear, heavy curtains and all, the room was quite big and the bed large and comfortable. Coffee machine in the hallway and a well supplied honesty bar in the reception area. The girl in the reception was extremely helpful. She took care of the luggage while we parked the car and sent it up to our room. As we came in rather late she reserved a table at a very nice restaurant for us and freely gave information on all cultural events in the city for the time of our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Estuvimos 1 noche en el hotel. Antes de llegar avisamos que era nuestra luna de miel. Cuando llegamos no sabíamos donde estacionar. La persona en a cargo me entregó un codigo y fue arrégleselas por usted mismo con las maletas.El hotel es comodo, bien ubicado. Desayuno caro para lo que incluye.

Extremely average place, but none the less clean and comfortable

I booked this hotel on hotels.com and one of the amenities says Self Parking. That amenity does not exist. Well, they have 12 parking spots and if they run out, you are out of luck. This is not acceptable for this size hotel to indicate you have parking and you only have 12 spots. Also, the air conditioning in this hotel was wholly unacceptable for the price of the hotel.

Fantastic breakfast with extremely friendly and helpful staff who prepare made to order eggs and delicious coffee. Room is clean, comfortable and cool. Great location walkable to everything in Aix.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Aix. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Positiv anzumerken ist neben dem individuellen Charakter des Hauses außerdem, das die Soda aus der Minibar kostenlos waren. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Komfortables Hotel mit schönem und ruhigem Innenhof. Reichhaltiges Frühstück für 20€ p.P. Parken in der Nähr in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus möglich.
