친절하지않은 사람이 단한명도없었어요 직원교육이 잘되있는지모두모두 친절하고 매번 웃으며 응대해줬어요.요청사항도 금방금방 처리가되고 위치도 좋았어요 sm몰이 2분거리...안전하고 깨끗하고조식은뭐 그냥저냥 세계어느호텔이나 조식은 다비슷하니까요 새건물을 짓고있으니 시공완료되면 더 멋진호텔이될거같어요 단하나의아쉬움을 꼽자면 세면대가 더러운것뿐 ㅠㅠ 그럼에도불구하고 전 재방문의사100퍼센트 ㅎㅎ

I was upset when flight got redirect to Clark. However after hearing my sons experience in another hotel, I became thankful. Blessing is my choice of hotel. for a packed meal, food was good. The staffs were very helpful and responsive. areas of improvement, garbage collection along the corridor should be consistent. i had a good rest and it helped me deal with my jetlag. delightful stay

It was my birthday when we arrived in this hotel. I was surprised to be greeted, Happy Birthday by the manager, Ms. Becky and her staff. They gave me a red velvet cake with a candle on it. They gave me a free shuttle ride from the hotel to the bus station as my birthday gift. The staff in the hotel are so respectful, accommodating and seem to be so sincere in dealing with us. The unique thing with us is that we have a special need daughter and they all treat us with respect.The over all cleanliness and arrangement of the room is worthy of commendation. We stayed in Room 316 which they said was a junior suite. It was a beautiful room overlooking the area.If given a chance to recommend this hotel I would do it. We might come back again if given a chance.I would like to thank everyone who made our stay memorable and enjoyable.Thank you

The property was adjacent to SM Clark so once I was out of travelers quarantine it was a nice excursion

It was fine for my short quarantine stay....but restricted to room only.

This place is always great. It might not have the total creature comforts of hotels that are 3 times more expensive, but it for sure has more than hotels at the same price. The ONLY part that sucks, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, is getting to the hotel is a nightmare because there is only ONE way into the mall parking lot and it is usually a massive line stretching down the parking lot and into the street. It takes a good 20 minutes or more waiting in line. The mall is building more buildings instead of adding more parking, so im sure it will get worse.

My stay was excellent. Hotel was very clean and in A1 conditions. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Photos on Hotels.com were a bit misleading which lead to the unsatisfactory impression of the property. Rooms are small. Price is way to high for what you get. ABC at the same price is a much better value with more lively atmosphere. The only good thing about the hotel is you can walk to the mall, but the value stops there. The pool is unimpressive.

Clean room and convenient place to go to the huge mall. The breakfast is also good!! Definitely I will visit there again.

Hotel & food was really good. Parking your vehicle was not hopefully it will get better.

Theres a lot of good things to say about this hotel. My room is always clean and bed made. Rooms are cleaned to spotless condition everyday. You gave me a positive attitude to come back here next weekend. The concierge recognize my driver each morning when I get picked up and all speak great English.

Clean rooms. Good service but undergoing expansion at the time of our stay. They have shuttle services and designated parking area for their guests.

My family enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The hotel smells and looks good from the lobby to the hotel rooms. Leisure and recreational facilities are available such as gym and swimming pool. All the staff maintained a positive attitude and ensured we felt welcome during our stay. The price was competitive.

The bathroom and bathroom linen were filthy and not clean. The amenities were of the cheapest possible kind.

Love the staff. A bit pricey and no free breakfast included
