The hotel is located at the center of the Asansol and all important places are nearby. The hotel has been recently renovated, and hence, the interiors and the bathroom fittings are very beautiful. The catering department needs little improvement as service which I experienced was somewhat slow. Besides, staff is well trained and know their job very well. A special mention of Mr. Khan who went out of his way to arrange early morning breakfast for me since I had to drive a long journey and wanted to start early.

Very good to stay here for couples/solo/business purposes.hotel is in good location, parking is also available.food qualities is awesome. stuffs are very friendly and helpful too.almost centrally located.all modern amenities are available.gym and swimming pool also available though I have not opted it.ill recommend this hotel.parking,team meeting. working area with laptop,wifi connection

Good Experience with excellent staff behavior. well communicated & accessible. But Restaurant food items were very costly.

Poor service.HOTEL is hungry for money nad dont bothered about quality of service and product.Denied breakfast after 10:05 am in the morning and send one cold aloo paratha and pcs of carrot slice extremely cold and charged 200+ Taxes for that.Even did not offered Tea as complementry with breakfast.Will not refer any this hotel any office staff nor will stay in this hotel during future visit.

A great value for money hotel. just needed a place to crash for the night. was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room.the breakfast was also sufficient.overall a good experience. will come again.

Hotel ambience and location is good. TV was not in working condition, Geyser not in working condition. it took them more than 1 hour to address that. Staff should be more service oriented.
