5 STARS all around! I havent quit bragging to friends, family, and colleagues about our amazing stay at the St. Regis Property in Atlanta (Buckhead). The staff was exceptionally great, upon arrival we had a very warm welcoming from the Valet and Doormen all the way through to the Check-in Desk and Bellhop. Throughout the duration of our stay we enjoyed many of the amenities offered on property, all of which provided 5 Star services. Whether it was dining in the restaurants for Breakfast and dinner, or grabbing a few drinks and lounging in the St. Regis Bar, all of the combined staff made our stay very enjoyable. I also noticed and greatly appreciated the exceptional treatment and services provided by the staff members who work behind the scenes, including the butler staff and their shoe shining services, house keepings turn down service / overall room cleanliness, and room services impeccable timing and delivery. Every department on property was delightful and great to work with. We look forward to the completion of the Spa, and hope to return to the property soon to enjoy all of the exciting changes that await!

The St.Regis Atlanta is amazing. From the time valet opened my door until my departure, the St. Regis team continued to exceed my expectations. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, and courteous. Exactly the type of hotel you can take family and friends and know that you will have the experience of a lifetime. Highly recommended!

I’m platinum member. I was charged $70 for breakfast that should have been free. I brought this up via chat with front desk on my Marriott app and they said they would not refund my money and I chose bonus points. I told them I was not offered bonus points or free breakfast. They did not believe me. Also, I checked in and requested an upgrade because there were suites available.... this did not happen. The value vs cost doesn’t add up at this hotel, especially when the staff isn’t competent enough to take care of basic hospitality needs at an apparent 5 star hotel :/.... I’ve stayed here numerous times before and never experienced this very bad level of service. My guess is they must have new management.

This is not your typical hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. From the moment we valeted our car to when we checked back out we experienced top notch service from everyone in between. The staff mad us feel incredibly special. The Caroline Astor suite was lovely and the food&drink from the bar and restaurant were divine! I cant rave enough how amazing our experience felt. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and would definitely return for another occasion.

The St Regis Atlanta is the finest hotel in the City. The entire staff is exceptionally well trained and so very professional. Truly outstanding service from everyone there. Our meeting rooms were perfect and well appointed, the food and beverage served during our meetings was outstanding. The guest rooms are newly renovated and like brand new. The best hotel experience possible is to be found at The St Regis Atlanta.

I enjoyed St Regis ATL in the past and after a five year hiatus, returned to try it, with my mum. We loved the newly renovated rooms and 21st century amenities. Both the hotel and room are well appointed. Your staff are outstanding and your two bell men during our stay need to receive kudos for their great initiative, hospitality and anticipating needs. Both Atlas and Astor Court are now worthy eateries of the standards of St Regis, both in quality of food and service. We would certainly return.

Top notch staff and property. I had a couple of custom requests for the room that were handled exceptionally.Atlas, the restaurant within the hotel, is in my opinion easily the best high-end fine dining experience in Atlanta.

Excellent service and great amenities... Our room was upgraded to a suite and we had chocolate covered strawberries and complimentary champagne. We were celebrating our 30th year vow renewal/anniversary!

2 night stay for business conference. The king non-smoking room I stayed in was amazing. The new electronic controls for the lights, drapes, etc. are a huge extra touch. The bed, pillows, and linens are extremely high quality. The appointments such as the enormous tub and fixtures, granite, marble tile, large walk in closets, etc are superior to any hotel I have stayed in. The quality is better than any 4 or 5 star resort I have ever stayed in. I only regret that the conference ended and I had to go home.

The staff acted as if I could not afford to be there and was not worth their time. One valet manager was amazing and our bellhop was amazing. Other than that, extremely disappointed. The valet was a mess and I had an issue with a valet being disrespectful. I had to stand in the lobby for over 30 minutes with a screaming toddler trying to get my car at 10:00 PM. They were more concerned with the drunks leaving the bar, than the guest trying to calm her child. I have stayed in many luxury hotels and was very excited about my first stay at the St. Regis. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Lovely hotel, Lobby and rooms/suites. The menu at Atlas is outstanding and creative. St. Regis Bar serves the best drinks ever. Staff are dedicated to positive, personalized experience. Close to terrific shopping and additional restaurants.

This location is very beautiful and luxurious, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this luxurious hotel If you’re visiting Atlanta.
