주변이 시끄럽고 주방은 매우 협소하다. 커튼은 창문을 다 가리지 못하고 상당히 좁다. 주차비를 받으며 한밤중 주차는 15NZD로 오후5시부터 다음날 오전7시까지 가능하다. 오전 7시 전에 차를 빼달라고 하는데 즤퀴지 아눈 샤럄듀리 먆으늬 젹댱히 아라셔 하면 되기는 한데 이게 참 여간 신경쓰이는게 아니다.전반적으로 깔끔하고 저렴한것이 장점이다.

6인 도미 묵었는데 침구가 깨끗하고 따뜻해서 좋았어요. 룸메 말론 9시 이후로 계속 청소를 한대요!! 샤워실 문이 화장실 문 같은데 처음은 적응 노 ㅋㅋ 하지만 깨끗하고 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 조식은 전날 예약시 NZD 6, 당일 NZD 8이에요!!

트윈룸에서 묵었고 호스텔은 깔끔합니다다안 와이파이가 유료고 시내에서 좀 걸어야 합니다그리고 층마다 남자여자 화장실이 나뉘어서 해당층이 아니면 조금 불편해요그래도 리셉션이 친절해서 바꿨어요~

Everything was clean and the prices were decent. The only thing I found quite annoying (though it is out of their control) is that the toilet is in different floors between males and females. It would have been better if all the toilets were in the same level, or if there are toilets on all floors. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place.

Definitely value for money - we got a private room that was very small but clean. Good for tight budgets and travellers passing thru.

The hostel is close to J-Road which has a lot of food, Cafes and night life. The location itself is fairly quiet, besides the nearby construction (was warned properly). The patio area had tables, hammocs and was a pleasant place.

Kitchen is available to se just pick your time to cook. Great water pressure on most levels. 24/7 reception and very helpful.

It was a short stay but relaxing. The room faced to Pitt St on fifth floor was very hot in this season especially in afternoon ;-(

Good enough.. what can you expect from a hostel? Wasnt exactly cheap for what you get, you even have to pay extra daily to use the wifi! Wifi should come free guys .. even Macdonalds has free wifi lol

Stayed in single room, which was small, as expected. No air con or fan but climate bearable in late summer with window open, and no flies or mosquitoes! No noise insulation and corridor light filters under door, so bad luck if youre a light sleeper like me, hence my lower rating for comfort! Showers and toilets were kept clean.

Great facilities for a budget price. Kitchen is clean and looked after. Shared amenities were available after 6am to 10pm and it works. Enjoyed my stay

I felt like I was back in an American dorm! The location is pretty good, the staff was AMAZING, and the single room that I stayed in had everything I needed. It is essentially an a la carte place - you need to pay for WiFi per day as well as breakfast if you want it, but towels and linens are included in at least the single rooms. I would come back.

Stay here once a week when working out of my Auckland office. Female only floor which is ideal when youre sharing a bathroom. Facilities are always immaculately clean and tidy - cleanest hostel Ive ever stayed in. For the first time I was allocated a room on the Greys Ave side of the building (the back) which was 100% quieter than the Vincent Street (front) of the building due to the way noise travels up from the street and the busy intersection in front of the hostel. Will definitely request my room on that side from now on!If you come after 6pm you can get free onstreet parking overnight on Greys Ave, Pitt St or Vincent Ave (meters start again at 8am). Keep an eye out on the 7-9am clearway parking on Pitt St though or you could well wake up and your car is gone.Occasional sirens from Fire Station next door, but not really a big deal.

Dieses Hostel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich hatte ein single-room mit Kühlschrank, kleinem Kleiderschrank Bett und Schreibtisch, ausreichend für Übernachtungen. Sanitäranlagen sind nach female und male getrennt und werden gut und regelmäßig gereinigt. Waschmaschinen und Trockner ausreichend vorhanden, Küchenausstattung im Vergleich zu anderen Hostels sehr gut. Da das YMCA in Auckland relativ klein ist, herrscht dort eine angenehme, individuelle Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und zur sofortigen Lösung bei auftretenden Problemen bereit.YMCA liegt am Rand des Stadtzentrums, aber in 5 Min. zu Fuß befindet man sich mitten im Geschäftsleben, bis zum Hafen sind es ca. 20 Gehminuten. Allerdings gibt es ein ausgezeichnetes Bus - System, welches es ermöglicht problemlos zum gewünschten Ziel zu gelangen.
