분위기도 좋고 친절해요. 근데 위치는 쪼금 아쉽ㅠ 스미냑 특성상 아이들과 함께한 가족손님보다는 연인손님들이 많은듯요

직원들이 넘 친절해서 좋았는데..위치도 너-무 안좋고요,가격도 이정도 가격이면 발리에서 더 좋은위치, 더 좋은 컨디션의 호텔을 구할수 있습니다. 잠만 잘거라고 예약했는데.. 아쉽네요.

*여기에 머물지는 않았으나 지인이 있어서 방문만 했는데 직원이 너~~~~무 친절해서 인상 깊었다. 몇 호 방문왔다하니 ms.누구 맞냐며 투숙객 기억까지 하는 엄청난 서비슼I didn’t stay here i just visited my friend who stayed in this hotel. Super impressed so kindly staff ever. If you stay here you won’t regret it. But yeah agree that you need motobike or to call grab everytime whenever you wanna hang/go out.

서비스도 좋고 기본 시설도 나쁘지않고 좋긴한데 무언가 한두개씩 나사가 빠진 느낌. 옆방이랑은 테라스를 통해서 자유로운 왕래가 가능함. 끝방부터 끝까지 뛰어가는것 가능함.

관광지접근성고객응대조식청결 모두가 최고였습니다

방 안에서바로 연결되어있는 수영장이 너무 좋습니다. 다만 외부에 방이 노출되기때문에 커튼을 치고있어야해서 항상 어둡다는게 단점

가성비 짱!스미냑에서 다소 떨어졌지만 도보로 이동 용이.조식 굿, 풀엑세스 아주 좋아요.^^재방문의사 있어요.

깨끗하고 위치가 비교적 좋다. 뭐 이정도.. 크게 칭찬할 것도 불평할 것도 없는 저렴한 호텔

Hotel has many facilities, great staff and great Breakfast. There is a combination of buffet and a la carte and it if hungry you can order more.Pool Has plenty of shade so if you want yo sun bake in the afternoon you need to move around. Walking distance to the beach 10 min and the clubs 20 min but time flies as so much to see while walking. Be careful as roads are narrow and many open holes everywhere. Hotel provides free shuttle Buggy up the road and to the beach. That was fun. On the beach you have many beach clubs and my 18 and 20 yrs loved the beach club Tropicola which looked like heaven for all partygoers. There are other beach clubs around my girls went everyday to one all walking distance, Potato Head, Mrs. Sippy and few others; note there is a entry charge of about Rp. 100k at most but have many different packages so check each website for details.We had dinner at the hotels award winning rooftop restoration and have to say we did enjoy the food and the 180 degree view of the Seminyak and the famous sunset on beach. Make sure to book and b there before 6.30 as all gone by 6.45. If you love clubbing plenty of places you go but we loved the atmosphere at the Mexicoola and drinks were not expensive, we had free entry so I assume Most clubs give you free entry as end of January is not busy But it could be the time of the day. There is also a popular Asian nightclub and a lebanese Nightclub but we haven’t been there as we went to Finns instead. We loved it.

Not the first or the last time our family have stayed here. In-fact, I think the fifth. Theres good reasons for that. Great staff and service, quiet location but close to everything: like shops, beach, massage (in fact a great one in the hotel very reasonably priced), transportation and very importantly, many restaurants in Seminyak. Having said that, Breakfast Lunch and Dinner options are good at the hotel, for those days youre not out somewhere. Bar by the very large pool is a great place to relax. All in all, highly recommend this place as its great value for the money.

Great experience during our visit early Oct 2019. We were greeted by a very professional and friendly receptionist and she made the effort to communicate the hotels offerings and provided good recommendations for our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and very spacious for the price. Comfortable bed was one of the reason why we wanted to go back to the hotel every evening!Location was great, and we didnt have trouble getting around with Grab. The buggy service provided by the hotel was convenient (a bit of range extension would be nicer).Our first stay at Four Point, Seminyak but it certainly wont be the last!

We really enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Seminyak. The location was great being only a short walk to the beach and the staff were absolutely fabulous. We would like to especially extend our thanks to Desak who worked in the breakfast area while we were there and gave us great suggestions about the area and really made us feel welcome. The ladies in the health spa were also fabulous and we had a wonderful hot stone couples massage. Checking in after midnight on our first night and checking out at 2am on the last night was no trouble to the reception team. Breakfast was very enjoyable with many options available and in a lovely open dining area. The one facility that we used which we didnt love was the gym which was in a windowless small room and some equipment was actually broken. Overall we had a lovely time at Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak and would recommend it for those looking at a mid-range option.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The beds were big and very comfortable. We had a lovely pool view room which was quite large and very clean. Although we did not use the pool, it was also very clean and not overcrowded. The hotel also provides a buggy service to the beach and shops and motor scooter hire is virtually next door.

Great staff who were very friendly and professional. Tommy at Reception looked after us well when we had a couple of issues with the air condition and power in our room. The breakfast buffet is worth including. Aside from the actual buffet, it offers a menu of dishes that are included as well. The atmosphere was relaxed, especially at the pool where live acoustic music was performed in the afternoons.

Hotel muy completo , bonito y con una buena relación calidad - precio , personal atento y amable buen tamaño de las habitaciones buena piscina , espectacular desayuno . Buen público , quizás falte algo a nivel informativo sobre tours y actividades como ofrecimiento del hotel o de gente que te pregunte por tus intereses o si necesitas ayuda en la isla pero decir que es un lugar encantador , El acceso es al final de una larga calle poco transitada y con malas aceras pero también te sitúa más cerca de la playa y más lejos de coches etc ... muy recomendable

This was our first stay in this hotel. Our impression when we arrived was excellent. Everyone greeted us warmly from the security until the receptionist. The lobby was spacious with the nice design and the welcome drink made you refreshed after long trip from the airport. The room was spacious and clean despite of lil bit dark because one of our room was at the corner so there was no sunshine in. This was our family trip with my little brother and realised not so many facilities for children and the pool also didn’t open till late. The breakfast time was the best time they spoiled us with the good food (but yet not many selection), the staff were amazing how they do the best to deliver our request. Despite all this hotel is great. Definitely will be back again.

Beautiful hotel. Service exceptional! Facility’s were amazing. Pool is beautiful, roof top bar is a dream as the sun sets. Spa treatments great. Loved our stay. And a great location. Off the busy street so nice and quiet, but it is only a short walk to some instagram famous eateries, and anything you want or need.

Everything from beginning to end was excellent. My Ambassador Status was recognized by all and I was warmly welcomed. The suite upgrade was nice and everyone was professional, helpful and kind. Ill be back later this year! Great Job to the staff!

Good staff and cleanliness. Has all you would want and good value for the cost. Position of hotel is not ideal and will require to use taxis. Access to beach is difficult. Local hotel shuttle could be better.

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable (although a bit old and soulless), the staff is friendly, checking in/out was fast and the breakfast is ok. The soap and shampoo are pretty average and the empty minibar on arrival was a disappointment. There is an annoying and loud house music constantly playing in the background, from breakfast time until the evening. A few drunk guests by the pool seemed to enjoy it though....but if you’re looking for a relaxing balinese experience, look elsewhere or simply book a villa. I won’t come back, sorry!

Overall, I had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. The hotel itself is clean and spacious. I am especially impressed by the hospitality of staff. All staff are super helpful and polite, especially Natasia Ersaria, who assisted me during check-in and basically whenever I needed help. Thank you team for providing such a comfortable environment and I will definitely come back just because of the excellent service of all staff, including staff help with cleaning, carrying my luggages, providing suggestions and guidance :)

Only a short stay, but I found the room to be spacious, comfortable and clean, with all the expected in-room amenities. Front desk and security staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Location is not so central for Seminyak, if you plan to walk around a lot, but it was perfect for my particular visit needs.

The four points seminyak team was very accommodating! The best service I’ve received. They granted my requests for my baby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were so clean. Location was super convenient to the good restaurants and clubs.

Good hotel overall.PROS:- Good Internet connection, though it freezes for a while sometimes.- The room was spacious and had a nice design.- The service was good.- They give you two bottles of actual spring water per day - not Aqua or some other industrial crap water.CONS:- The hotel is too far away from the main road. You get tired of walking all the way there.- The pool area is noisy (with music and all), and it seems youll hear the noise to most of the hotels rooms.- Theres only one laundry service nearby, and it wasnt very good.- The biggest problem of all is the pointless Security Theater at the front door.

Nous avons passé un séjour dans la suite Vasanti (très belle suite), cependant le jacuzzi fonctionnait très mal.Lhôtel dans lensemble est beau et le personnel très sympathique.Le bémol est que nous avions demandé un dîner romantique qui na été organisé et le personnel na pas trouvé dautres alternatives, cest le PLUS gros bémol pour nous car nous étions à la fin de notre lune de miel.Cela nous a laissé un arrière goût de notre séjour...

Returned to Bali for the second time. Decided to stay at Four Points Seminyak again as I found it to be a value hotel among SPG choices in Bali.Overall, my two nights stay with my friends was perfect. Had an extremely warm welcome whilst check in. While I was with the receptionist, Pras (if I got the name right) took the chance to share some must-visit and hotel facilities with my friends.I was upgraded to a Junior Suite which connects to my second room and it was useful for late night chats. Late check out was also included which is always sweet when I have a returning flight home at 7pm.Breakfast was satisfactory as some menu selections can be improved in terms of taste. Nevertheless, the buffet spread was sufficient for a hearty breakfast. Agung was there to always assure us that we can order anything we like.I didnt manage to try the spa even though I really wanted to. It was all fully booked. Theres an ongoing promotion where you can have 2 one hour sessions at a promotional rate. It would be great to always have a staff as a spa receptionist instead of having them two time as a masseur and a receptionist. I find it hard to reach them via phone or walk in.

Normally not one to write reviews but this hotel is extremely deserving of one. This is our second time staying here and it even exceeded our expectations (we had raced to friends about the first time) so we were hoping it would be just as good, and it was! Firstly I need to mention if you’re a foodie the hotel breakfast is second to none and their service is great. It’s not just a buffet all you can eat, you also can order from a menu and I definitely recommend making sure your breakfast is included. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, normally at least a few things to watch on cable TV. There’s a shuttle that’s quite handy dropping you into town. We walk a lot but cabs are cheap as well so don’t be put off on the location. The extra service has really been the reason I have written this review there is four of us staying at the hotel and we all noticed money had been stolen from us when we were out in town. The lovely staff were quick to help and drove us twice down too the money exchange to sort it out. Warning! Be very careful where you exchange money and do it in small amounts! Anyway moral of the story this hotel deserves a 5star rating and I highly recommend it! Thank you Four Points Seminyak for making this second trip extra special and saving us from a massive loss of money! We love you x

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Breakfast is superb and location is amazing. There’s a golf cart that can take you to the beach!
