Service was amazing. Check in quick and accommodating. Room was large. We got the jacuzzi suite with the balcony. So close to everything. Unfortunate the restaurant wasnt open for breakfast and we didnt get to take advantage of the pool.Room was very hot at night. Slept with the door open. Parking very tight underneath, and spots filled up fast.

The location was great! The walls are thin. We had to call the front desk as did the people beside us over the excessive noise from other guests. I’m sure they were just having fun on their vacation but the walls are very thin. The bedding/sheets were so comfortable! The place was extremely clean. I would definitely go back.

The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful! The bath tub and balcony for the the king room and jetted tub are enormous. The location is close to the downtown core and very walkable. There wasn’t enough underground parking when we arrived, but the staff ensured we found a spot for free behind the building. It’s not the most modern place, but it is nice and clean. It was a smidge loud at times with kids in the hallways and the guest staying above us stomping back and forth in their room at 5am, but that was other rude guests and not the hotel.

Older hotel, but clean rooms with good amenities. Great location and very helpful front-desk staff. Underground parking is always a nice touch when traveling.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The location provided easy access to downtown. We found the staff very friendly.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating!Cleaning staff swore a lot in the hallways, which didnt bother me, but I did encounter a family in the hallway that went wide eyed after one staff member swore... They also werent wearing masks, which I didnt find completely appropriate, considering the COVID hot spot Banff was at one point. But there were signs up all over stating mask use wasnt mandatory in the building by staff or guests. Ill keep that in mind for my next stay in Banff...

Really nice room. Clean place with very friendly staff. Nice and close to downtown and other restaurants. Limited underground parking, so if you find a spot, you might not want to go anywhere with yiur vehicle. Lol

Good location. Nice to be able to take a ski shuttle right outside. The room was nice and generally clean. Would stay here again

Excellent choice, clean, comfortable, very good location, quiet.My only suggestion, charge pets per stay instead per night. With Covid there is no daily cleaning so unnecessary to charge per day.

The rooms were a great size, comfy beds, clean rooms, great area not far to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again

Nice rooms, Clean, Nicely decorated, easy to find.Construction was not well done since you can hear people in the hallway, in the next room and upstairs. IF you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Went to the desk at 2am to complain of the noise from upstairs, but there was no one to be found at the front desk.

Comfy beds, great mountain views, private balcony for each room. 2 blocks away from the shops & restaurants.

The staff were very helpful and we were able to check in early. Very clean and quiet.

Lhôtel nest pas jeune mais entretenu de façon impeccable. Petite chambre avec terrasse juste parfaite pour prendre un verre en regardant les montagnes, avant daller se promener sur Banff avenue, près de laction du centre de la ville. On recommande cet hôtel avec plaisir.

Not requiring guests or staff to war masks while in a pandemic is a very strange decision.

Everything was very clean. Underground parking only 6’ so had to park outside. No big deal but other hotels nearby have higher clearance so trucks can fit underground.

Bed was absolutely amazing

Lage ist super - wenige Minuten zu Fuß nach Banff Downtown. Skibus hält direkt vor dem Hotel.
