Kind and friendly service.beautiful clean room with a fully equipped kitchen. Its in q great secluded place ,nestled away from traffic , hidden in the mountains and surrounded by the forest. Perfect for a much needed quiet getaway.Your room fully stocked with free fire wood for the wood fireplace is a pleasant extra added bonus.

It was amazing. Despite restrictions to protect the public from Covid, our stay was very comfortable. The staff do an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The location provides excellent views of the mountains and is a pleasant walk to downtown.

My family had an amazing time. Peaceful, adventuress, staff was really accommodating to our needs with the family stay. (Noted if staff isnt advised of the amount of people staying, than its not a mistake on their part) I plan to reserve again, it was amazing.

Quiet room. Parking is tight both side and longways. Lovely wood fireplaces but smoke smell. All good.

Great place to stay for families! Loved having the kitchen

This is a perfect place to stay with families. If you’re expecting glitz, this is not it. Like most of the hotels in Banff it’s pretty old and run down BUT I will go again. They have every hint to entertain your kids and more. The rooms are nice and big with wood burning fire places and FULL kitchens. We save a ton of money bringing our own snacks and breakfast milk etc. There is a full play place and two pools with water slides, hot tubs etc. Nice location with great views!

Nice location on Tunnel Mountain. Very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had is the shower tap was hooked up backwards, with the cold setting giving hot water, and the hot position giving cold.

It felt like a resort. Loved the wood burning fire place. Outdoor hot tub was beautiful- mountain views. Helpful staff.

Etwas außerhalb des Ortskerns von Banff gelegen, aber dank des kostenlos nutzbaren Shuttle-Buses ist dieser schnell erreicht. Großes und sauberes Zimmer, allerdings ist das Mobiliar doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer hatte einen etwas eigenartigen Geruch, der aber auszuhalten war. Insgesamt täte dem Hotel eine Renovierung gut. Das Bad war in Ordnung, der Wasserdruck der Dusche gut. Parkplätze stehen auf dem Hotelgelände ausreichend zur Verfügung. Das W-LAN war schnell und unterbrechungsfrei. Frühstücksangebot und den Fitness- bzw. Poolbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Schön: Schräg gegenüber des Hotels haben am Abend Hirsche geweidet und ein tolles Fotomotiv abgegeben.

Hotel gives you free bus passes!

Viel Platz, fast eine kleine Wohnung. Balkon und Kamin zum selbst schüren. Küche ebenfalls vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft.Dafür ließ die Sauberkeit grüßen. Couch stank nach Fett, einmal draufgelegt, hat es überall gejuckt.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft für 4 erwachsene Personen doch etwas klein. Der Weg zu den hießen Tubs war sehr lang und es ging durch lange Gänge und Treppen. Die freie Nutzung der öffentlichen Busse ist super. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön mit gutem Ausblick

Wonderful, felt very informed and safe! All of the people who worked there were amazing. They cleaned and stocked daily the pool and slide area very clean.

Loved the area, walking distance to downtown or bus stop right in front. Small grocery store and laundry on site. Did not use pool areas, so no info there. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Room was good size, basic kitchen supplies. Could use some updates and repairs, but still nice atmosphere. Front door and leaky toilet needs repair.

Super endroit pour la famille, piscine, spa, module de jeux et glissades deau. BBQ disponible pour cuire sa bouffe! Les chambres sont propres oar contre le matelas du sofa-lit est vraiment défoncé. On sent les ressorts... il serait temps de les changer compte tenu de la nature de létablissement. Lhotel fournit des passes de bus ce qui est grandement apprécié.

The room was big lots of room for 5 of us . The kids loved the slides an pool. While us adults loved the indoor outdoor hot tubs

Nothing more romantic then wood burning fireplace, balcony with mountain view through the forest. Outdoor hot tub...love this place! Although this was a couple trip we also enjoy coming with the kids.

Lots to do for kids. Pool, waterslides, and playground. Right beside hiking trails as well. We were even greated by deer on the property.

Great location and price. Our kids thought the play place and pools and water slides were great. We can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Overpriced dissapointment. A cheaply built 70s apartment complex cheaply furnished. This is two-star lodging. Soft mattress (no love if you know what I mean), the cheapest possible sheets and towels. My wife says it smelled musty. Our unit was partially below grade (basement windows in bedroom). 25-minute walk to Banff restaurants. Staff was unfriendly on arrival. In the lobby my wife asked if she could use the restroom and staff suggested she could go across the street. After asking the staff what they did she was directed to a toilet in the registration building.

Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Alte Herdplatten, funktionieren jedoch problemlos. Geschirmaschine vorhanden. Auch ein Cheminee und Feuerholz. Gute Dusche. Viel Platz.

Nous avons passé quelques jours (3 adultes / 3 enfants) et nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Les glissades deau et les jeux dintérieur ont fait fureur auprès des enfants. Il sagit dun très bel hôtel pour des vacances en famille. Très près de la ville et possibilité davoir des cartes pour utiliser les transport en commun (aucun frais). Points daméliorations : - peu équipé pour faire la cuisine (pas de plat allant au four; seulement une petite poêle et un petit chaudron...)- amélioration possible sur le ménage de chambre (Seules les poubelles était vidées. Nous aurions apprécié que la balayeuse soit passée au moins une fois sur la durée du séjour.)

This is a great place to stay. The full kitchen allowed us to make our own meals which we enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The onsite convenience store was helpful. My son loved the waterpark which we were not aware of when booking. The only negatives were the room was very hot and the bathroom extractor fan did not seem to work. These were only minor issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Unsere Wohnung lag am Rand der Anlage unmittelbar am Wald. Von der Terrasse aus konnte wir daher allerlei wildlife beobachten. Super. Jedoch gibt es auch Wohnungen mit nicht ganz so hervorragender Lage.Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Obwohl die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen ist, empfanden wir es als gemütlich. Hierzu trägt der offene Kamin bei, der jederzeit genutzt werden kann (Feuerholz wird gestellt).Am Rand von Banff, jedoch mit unmittelbarer Busanbindung. Da Banff selbst sehr überlaufen ist, sahen wir die Lage als Vorteil an.

As with other reviews, the resort is quite dated and theres usually something out-of-order (sauna, air hockey, fooseball, photo booth machine). BUT, the staff are all very helpful and its the best family-friendly place to stay in Banff.The pool, waterslides & hot tub kept us busy in the hotel and the town of Banff is good for touristy stuff.

El hotel esta bien es un complejo grande está un poco alejado del pueblo pero te facilitan gratis tickets para el bus que te lleva al pueblo.las habitaciones cuentan con cocina birn equipada incluso te reponen café todos los días. Las únicas pegas que tenemos q poner es q de los 4 días q estuvimos allí el primer día no vinieron a limpiar el segundo día por la tarde como vi que no habían venido me queje y limpiaron y el resto de los días venían muy tarde a limpiar sobre las 6 de la tarde q era la hora en q nosotros estábamos regresando de las excursiones y descansando nunca he visto q las habitaciones se limpien por la tarde en los hoteles. Por otro lado los empleados de la recepción al menos dos de ellos no se puede decir que fueran amables tampoco es que fueran desagradables pero como en Canadá nos tienen acostumbrados a ser tan tan amables

Nous y avont couché les 17 et 18 juin 2018.Complexe hôtel-chalet un peu à lextérieur de Banff,ce qui est parfait quand on voit comment ce village avant si agréable est rendu surpeuplé avec des bouchons de circulation,etc.Excellent acceuil à l`hôtel, rapide et efficace,en plus on vous remet des passes pour pouvoir prendre gratuitement les autobus locaux.Les chambres sont un peu défraichies,mais spacieuses et propres avec un balcon et une cuisine complète.Comme il n`y avait aucune chambre disponible pour 2 nuits consécutives à l`hôtel lorsque nous avons réservés,nous avions un studio la premiere nuit et un grand loft avec mezzanine la 2ieme.Le personnel a été exceptionnel avec nous en ce sens que le check out est à 11hre et le check in à 4hre mais on a pris les aliments de notre réfrigérateur pour les mettre au froid et on sest occupés en priorité de notre loft qui fut prêt pour nous vers midi.Le stationnement pour nos 2 chambres était intérieur.Nous avions lû que plusieurs hôtels de Banff sont pris avec des problèmes de punaises de lit,mais nous navons pas eu ce problème.Nous y retourneront.

Im bit skeptical to give a 5 star review, but this was an exceptional stay. Customer Service was GREAT. Room was clean. Most importantly, I have 1 year old son. He enjoyed the indoor water park. Ill highly recommend this hotel for stay.

El hotel no está en el pueblo de Banff, pero está situado en un lugar muy bonito, más en la naturaleza. La suite es perfecta, tiene su cocina, su salón y una pequeña terraza que nosotros disfrutamos para ver las estrellas por la noche.Además, cuenta con un pequeño supermercado y una piscina con toboganes (aunque nosotros no hicimos uso de ella).
