부티크 호텔답게 시설은 고급지고 어매니티나 수건 가운 슬리퍼 모두 있었습니다. 한번 세면대가 고장이었는데 바로 고쳐주지 않고 그 다음날 고쳐주어 매우 불편했습니다. 카운터에 앉아있는 젊은 분은 영어가 잘 통했지만, 약간 나이 든 분은 영어가 거의 통하지 않아 매우 불편했습니다. 그리고 별로 친절한지는 모르겠습니다. 그리고 밤에는 무조건 비밀번호 치고 들어가야합니다. 아무리 투숙객이어도 카운터에 사람이 있어도 문 안열어주니 참고하시길 바랍니다.

Highly recommend this property! Extremely great hospitality (Thanks Gabriel!!), spacious rooms and quiet area. The room went above our expectations and Gabriel (owner I believe) was so accommodating. Cannot recommend this property enough. We felt so safe and welcome. Also, he has a cute little breakfast spread in the morning with croissants and coffee so you can have a little fuel. 11/10!

We loved this boutique hotel! It had so much character. With a great location in Barcelona, we felt very safe and close to things to do. These little studio style rooms were just perfect for our first night on our honeymoon. The shower was great and no shortage of hot water. Our room had a super cute patio but too bad it was a little too chilly for us to enjoy. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby and pastries for breakfast. After our whole trip in Spain, that donut was the best one we had! The staff was very friendly and bilingual. We really recommend this hotel and will stay again if ever back in the area.

Central position with easy access to the main attractions of Barcelona. Good choice of small hotel if you want quality, characterful surroundings but don’t need all the facilities of a larger hotel like on-site bar and restaurant - plenty close at hand!

This property is very nice. They provide free pastries and coffee in the morning. The room was comfortable and looks just like the pictures. If your AC is not working, as the front desk for a portable fan/AC. Notably, the front doors lock after midnight and you need to use a number key code to open the large front doors. Wait for the beep then push the door open.

The hotel is located in a good location and close to every attraction. The sofa bed is not so comfortable and give us a hard time. Staff are nice and helpful too.

Great area. Great little hotel. Only stayed one night on our way back from a Cruise, but it was very close to the Gothic District, shopping, metro, site seeing buses, etc. would definitely stay here again.

Good: The property was nicely appointed and in a great location. The front desk clerk was helpful, and the room was fine. Only complaint with room setup was no street view (an internal facing balcony was available) and no instructions for how to use the climate system. Bad: NOISE! I was on the 2nd floor, and could clearly hear the family that lives above (apartment) clomping, shouting, and playing music until 2am. I had a 7am flight (4am wakeup), so this was really bad. Hotel should provide a white noise machine or make other arrangements based on guest profile (I was a single business traveler and made my early departure clear - would have loved a quieter space).

La deco et le style de l’hôtel est très joli, tout le confort y est, le jacuzzi un plus bien venue. Le vrai plus est le silence. Cependant le manque de porte pour la salle de bain peut être gênant surtout si la chambre est pour plus de 2 personnes ou pour un nouveau couple. Sinon pour le reste ce fut une agréable découverte!

This is a charming boutique hotel located on a relatively quiet street just steps from Plaza Catalunya. It is an extremely quiet place to stay in the center. The decor and amenities are first rate and the staff, Gabriel and Maria, couldnt be more helpful. One of the best hotels I have ever found in 50 years of European travel. And at the price it is a steal. Not 5 star bling but more than comfortable. Unreservedly recommended!

By far this was the Worse experience to ever had in a Hotel in my entire life and traveling. They made me wait 8 Hours to have access to a room. Yes, I got there earlier, but they should place me in the first room available. I even offered to pay any extra in order to get the room sooner and I was told there was no need. This is Unacceptable and unhuman to treat a customer that way. No excuse to Act or treat anyone like that.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ganz gut, leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf eine braune Wand, man kann keinen Himmel sehen um zu wissen wie das Wetter ist, dafür mussten wir das Hotel verlassen. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht, konnten nicht stornieren, mussten 1 Nacht bleiben. Wir haben uns dann ein anderes Hotel gesucht, was leider von unserer Urlaubszeit abging. So ein Zimmer dürfte nicht vermietet werden, vor allem nicht zu solch einem Preis.

An sich ist es eine recht schöne Unterkunft. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir wurden ausreichend über alle Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert. Sehr unprofessionell fanden wir: Wir hatten für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (9+10 Jahre) gebucht. Als wir ins Zimmer gebracht wurden, war nur das Doppelbett gemacht. Der freundliche Herr hat auf Nachfrage, wo denn die Kinder schlafen sollen, die ausziehbare Couch aufgemacht. Darunter befanden sich 2 zerknüllte Pölster und EIN dünnes Leintuch zum Zudecken. Alles war zerknüllt und zerdrückt. Das Laken war entweder schon gebraucht gewesen oder nicht sauber gewaschen. Es gab keine Handtücher und keine Badetücher für die Kinder. Für 4 Personen standen uns 1 Duschgel und ein shampoo zur Verfügung ... Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert!Auf Nachfrage bekamen die Kinder dann jeder zumindest eine warme Decke und einen sauberen Kopfpolster. Toilettsachen wurden nachgereicht.Am 2. Tag war die Couch plötzlich eingeklappt und das Bettzeug in den Kasten verfrachtet!? Eigenartig!Staubsauger hat unser Zimmer 5 Tage lang keinen gesehen. Das Frühstück, wenn man das so nennen kann, haben wir nicht genützt. Das einzige Fenster ging in den Hinterhof, wir starrten auf die 3 Meter daneben liegende Hausmauer. toller Ausblick.

I felt surprised to reside this boutique hotel-house, locating in very quiet neighborhood also close to city center. The room is clean and convenient, and its environment is excellent.

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön. Zusätzlich zur Dusche war auch noch ein Whirlpool vorhanden. Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Umgebung bietet sehr viel Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Obwohl das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet, befindet sich am Empfang eine kleine Ecke mit Kaffee, Tee, Wasser sowie Croissant, Madeleines und anderes Gepäck bis 11 Uhr. Überhaupt sind die Leute am Empfang sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen sicher gerne hier wieder zurück. Vor allem ist man in wenigen Minuten am Plaza Catalunya.

Sehr freundlicher Service, schönes, sauberes Zimmer, tolles Bad, separates WC. Obwohl es kein richtiges Frühstück gibt, gibt es an der Rezeption Kaffee und Tee sowie süsse Kleinigkeiten. Sehr fein. Uns hat es definitiv gereicht.

The hotel is well located and looks good. Unfortunately it transpired from my discussion with the reception staff, that eBookers customers are very likely to be given their less desirable room if things get busy. This is Room 16 (where I stayed for 2 nights) where there are no windows giving access to the outside. There are windows but they are decorative, you will have no access to fresh air. It gives are rather claustrophobic feel to a room which looks otherwise fine and benefits from a very large bath tub. I believe it is important to take that in account before booking this hotel through eBookers.

Das Hotel liegt an einer lauten Kreuzung, die zahlreichen Mülltonnen direkt vor dem Haus werden sehr regelmäßig und sehr laut geleert. Die Fenster nach vorne können den Lärm nicht komplett fernhalten. Das Hotel hat quasi keinen Service, die Menschen am Empfang konnten keine Informationen geben. Beispiel: Auf die Frage nach dem nächsten Fahrradverleih wurde auf den Strand verwiesen. Das ist viel zu weit. Bereits am Arc de Triomf, also 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, gibt es einen guten Verleih. Die Betten waren um 15 Uhr noch nicht gemacht. Badartikel, einschließlich Toilettenpapier, waren nicht nachgefüllt. Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Die Betten sind weich und die Decken sind zu dünn. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und nachts war es kalt. Eswundert uns jetzt nicht mehr, dass das Haus unter B&B und Pensionen geführt wird. Es trägt am Eingang auch kein Hotel-Zeichen, sondern ein P - und zwar ohne Sterne! Das passt!

Das Vasanta Boutique Hotel hat uns in allen Belangen positiv überrascht.Der Empfang von Jaume war sehr freundlich und wir wurden gleich mit allen nötigen Informationen sowie einem Stadtplan ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top sauber; auch die sanitären Einrichtungen. Morgens gab es frischen Kaffee oder Tee und Süßigkeiten (Donuts, Croissants, Muffins). Damit konnte man schon mal gestärkt in den Tag starten.Die Lage des vergleichsweise kleinen (und damit sehr gemütlichen)Hotels ist super. Placa Cataluna,Ramblas sowie die Altstadt mit jeder Menge Geschäften und Kneipen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Bus- und Metrohaltestellen sind gleich um die Ecke.Zum Thema Ruhe sei folgendes bemerkt: Natürlich hört man in der Nacht den einen oder anderen Lärm von der Strasse, aber man sollte bedenken, dass man sich in zentraler Lage in einer Millionenstadt befindet. Daher voll akzeptabel. Für uns steht fest: Barcelona ist eine Reise wert!!!!! Sollten wir noch einmal dort hin fahren dann übernachten wir auf alle Fälle wieder im Vasanta!!!

The hotel is close to all the ideal tourist destination. All of the staff especially, the gentleman who was there in the morning to late afternoon was extremely helpful in directing us around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel!
