컨벤션센터와 통로로 연결되어 있어 컨벤션을 위해서 방문한다면 아주 좋은 곳. 시설들이 깨끗하고 잘 갖추어져 있어 불편함이 없음. 올림픽파크 이외의 주변 관광지와는 거리가 약간 있는 것 같다. 아침 뷔페도 그런대로 좋았음.

로비맥주바에선 연경맥주 보다 생맥주가 양이 많아요.

Satff was extremely helpful. Everyone helped us with a smiling face. They made efforts to understand our requirements and helped us in planning the trip. We had a comfortable stay. Location of the hotel is great. With a lot of sights nearby, easy metro access and convention center access, it was a great stay.

第一次住中國的內地的洲際飯店，比在別的國家都的體驗相比要好很多。飯店給高階會員的福利相當好，這次因為工作一整天待在房間，行政酒廊有早餐，下午茶，和晚上簡餐等，還可以用會員的120人民幣卷點餐送到房間，算是所有住過洲際飯店的一次完美體驗！入住和退房迅速，房間寬敞乾淨，遇到的服務人員有具有5星酒店的水準！強烈推薦！

This was a really nice hotel, and is literally just across the street from the Olympic Park, which is fun to visit. Breakfast was great, the other restaurants were good as well, the staff were all nice. I found the bed to be a little harder than I would like (personal choice) and the AC unit struggled to keep the to cool. Even though I there in winter, I had to run the AC because the sun seemingly hit the windows all day long, and the room was an absolute inferno. Thats the price you pay I guess for having such a great view though! I eventually got the AC set low enough that it was comfortable though, and I would stay here again if I needed to be on this end of town (its about 45 minutes from the airport in normal traffic). For tourism, Id probably stay closer to the center of town where the Forbidden City is.

We stayed several weeks here for Business. We experience great service throughout the Hotel. Italian Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza was a hit. All personnel was very professional and very helpful. Wi-fi needs to be improved through out the hotel. I do not remember the service to be that slow in the past.

On the whole, this is clearly an intercontinental hotel, but one that needs some touching up around the edges.It is a grand building with a huge lobby space, but the rooms themselves are in need of a bit of TLC.Id happily use again if the price is right, but equally may seek out a slightly newer property the next time Im in Beijing.

Location is a little out of the way from the centre but taxis are cheap and plentiful. The hotel has very comfortable beds and the rooms are of a decent size, especially after a week in Japan.Staff are helpful and friendly and reception and concierge staff have good English skills. There was slightly more of a language barrier with Food and Beverage staff but their English was still infinitely better than my Mandarin so I cant really complain!

We visited during Golden Week and staff were really helpful with practicalities about our stay and moving around the city. The room was large and layout excellent, with a huge bathroom. The hotel is well located and its interior and exterior are impressive. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Staff team was awesome especially at the breakfast restaurant! Hotel is beautiful, room is nice and specious. However l found hair and small stains on the bedsheet when I arrived, and a piece of sticky eyelids tape on the wall in the shower...

I stay at this hotel for Friday and Sat nights.For Sunday, there seems a weeding party in the 01 room which is next to my 02 room at very early Morning around 7am~AH~ It is a weekend morning, how important it is to a guy who already have one week business trip~ and another week follow by..I think the hotel is aware that there will be a weeding party in that room. So I believe the hotel should do one of the followings:1. educate the customer in the room 1 keep silence in the morning.or 2) change a room or let me know 1 day before.

This is a great hotel with great staff. The rooms and beds are perfectly clean and very comfortable and gave me (a light sleeper) wonderful sleep, Outstanding comfort.The staff of this hotel made special efforts and were dedicated to make my stay pleasant. Special thanks to Xiah at the front desk for working hard and efficiently to solve a big problem for me and make all my stay very enjoyable. Special thanks also to Jack and Peta, restaurant supervisors, who took special care to cater for my dietary requirements. I have special dietary requirements, and both Jack and Peta spent time and effort (on different days) to guide me through all the food items in the buffet, calling the chefs in to identify what does and what does not meet my dietary requirements. This way I could enjoy the excellent buffet. .

Stayed for two nights in club level rooms - large, well appointed and in good condition. Club lounge was great and useful. Airport pickup and return were well worth the premium. Colleague and I will use again

Great location near the Olympic stadium. Convenient for Tianamen and the Forbidden City. Not many good restaurants within walking distances. In general staff were very good and attentive.On-site restaurants Italian and Chinese very good, but pricey. Breakfast - very good choice, but a more limited western selection. Black tea, usually tepid.Great rooms and good lobby bar. Bar prices expensive.Single drawback - concierge service. Avoid using them for booking trips!

El hotel es muy bueno, tiene todos los servicios y (como en general sucede todavía en China) tiene una excelente relación servicio/precio. La zona (si no vas al CNCC o al parque olímpìco) es un problema, porque queda lejos de todo lo demás. Pero si vas al CNCC es perfecto porque tiene conexión directa. Todo funciona bien, y la vista al Parque Olímpico de noche todo iluminado es única. Si vas a esa zona, es muy recomendable

餐饮和服务都很好，宾至如归。美中不足的是Check in的时候没有空房，过了两个多小时才清理出一间。行政酒廊的女服务员都很热情，有求必应，男服务员比较冷漠。健身房更衣室里有人抽烟，非常呛。房间温度非常高，请服务员关掉空调、打开窗户后，房间仍然很热，夜里睡觉都不能盖被子。

Ich war geschäftlich in Peking und dieses Hotel war ganz in der Nähe der Konferenz, die ich besucht habe. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Ich reise beruflich sehr viel und habe mich in diesem Hotel absolut wohlgefühlt. Insbesondere der Check-In-Service in Verbindung mit meinem Status und der Abholung am Flughafen ist hervorzuheben. Die Nähe zum Olympiapark ist angenehm. Ich konnte meinen morgendlichen Weg zur Konferenz mit einem Spaziergang durch den Olympiapark verbinden, was bei sonnigem Wetter eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung war. Das Highlight meines Aufenthalts war zweifelsohne eine Geburtstagstorte, die nach vorheriger telefonischer Ankündigung auf mein Zimmer gebracht wurde. Sehr aufmerksam und passend zum Gesamteindruck, den das Hotel bei mir hinterlassen hat. Wirklich alles top und absolut zu empfehlen.

2019年元旦前夕陪女儿去京城参加演出，由于之前没去过鸟巢和水立方，所以特意选择了北辰洲际，应该说整体上还是非常的满意，相对于皇冠假日还是高一个级别，无论是酒店的硬件设施还是员工的服务都很满意。酒店的位置更是超好，在房间的落地窗前看到鸟巢和水立方近在咫尺，离地铁站也非常近。略微遗憾的是可能由于元旦期间吧，住宿的人多，早餐时竟然要排队，当然早餐的品种非常丰富，味道也不错。

Great location. Loved the afternoon tea and buffets. Close to Olympic village and Pangu. Very clean. Starbucks within walking distance.

Conveniently located next to the Convention Centre, InterContinental Hotel is obviously my first choice. Front desk and concierge are very efficient and helpful and friendly. Guest room is comfortable, and breakfast is excellent!

The hotel is very well situated for the convention center (which is unfortunately poorly situated in Beijing, at 1h from the city center at any time of the day). There are no restaurants around, so you have to eat at the hotel. The hotel restaurants consist of a low level diner and a high level restaurant. The diner serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is at most passable, with a random assortment of food types. The prices are very high, ridiculously so, still less than the unacceptably high prices of the “Trattoria” which is anything but. This on is a strange restaurant, having no starters on it’s menu and. All dishes at the $100 range. The steak is fantastic, but at 350g for a fillet it’s just a way to make money. The pizzas cost $30 and the pasta is not far off. Having no other choice to eat, it added 25% to the already high Club Floor room bill.

The hotel is located near the Olympic sports center. There dont seem to be many dining options outside of the hotel within walking distance but at least there is Starbucks in the building next door. Rooms are nice and my room had nice view of the Olympic facilities.

The Intercontinental Beijing Haidian staff and service was excellent. They took time to personally get to know me and were helpful and kind.

綺麗ですべてのサービスが整ったホテルです。会議場には通路で繋がっていてそのまま行くことができました。近くにショッピングモールのような所もあり便利でした。

とても広く快適で清潔な宿泊でした。唯一、夜間部屋の電気のスイッチがわかりにくかった。スタッフは皆とても親切で満足しました。

This hotel is nicely located next to the Beijing Olympic Park.So I love taking evening walks after work to see the Bird Nest, Water Cube and Olympic Torch tower, nicely lighted up at night.Service in the hotel is good, Breakfast variety is huge too. I had a nive welcome drink, fruit basket and macrons.As I had to spend my birthday on this work trip in Intercon Beichen, I was so pleasantly surprised when i returned back to my room at the end of a long day, there is a big beautiful fruit cake left in my room.Thanks to Christy Guo, Guests Relation Officer for the exceptional gesture to celebrate my birthday!

服務人員素質良好，睡眠品質佳。但令人覺得有很大進步空間的地方在於會員禮遇方面。洲際大使既至悅會員的禮物在我所經歷的洲際酒店裡面是最寒磣的，代金券使用太多條條框框，迎賓水果也讓人傻眼。下次再出差北京我會先問這些狀況有否改善，否則不會再住。

商务出行，服务提升酒店干净整洁，床上用品很舒适，酒店的硬件配置和安全设施也让客人放心、安心。商旅客人最在意是干净安全，在这两个方面酒店的条件和服务是让人放心的！除了适应商务的基本服务外，服务还可以提升，比如：1 为高端会员提供专人服务，让客人感受到温暖和真诚，而不是冷冰冰的 Sir, what can I do for you；2 为高端会员除了欢迎饮料，建议直接赠送「行政」服务，欢迎饮料在前台就给客人，或者送到房间去；3 为高端会员提供管家服务，挖掘旅行需求，提供特色的增值服务，比如：发票服务、健身建议、当地的城市旅行建议，等等。

オリンピック公園近くに立地しており、周辺にお店等は少ないのでホテルでの滞在が中心になるが、快適に滞在できる。

The hotel was really nice. Havent used, but appreciated the speakers in the room. Bathroom was up to date, modern gym and sauna too.My greatest issue was with non-english speaking staff. I would expect that for such a hotel, all front desk staff speak english.This was not the case. I was not able to get help with a simple query (can I order a taxi and pay by card?), although I asked 3 receptionists and the concierge.

Das Hotel ist für Messebesucher sehr gut gelegen. Die Messe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Gebrauch sind in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Zentrum weg, aber das kann man nicht ändern. Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch, wenn man den Lebensstandard in China berücksichtigt. Aber die strategisch gute Lage zur Messe, erlaubt diese Preispolitik.

由于春节期间服务人员少的原因吧，入住期间整体服务从服务、服务细节，早餐品种、房间打扫时间等方面不是很理想，当天到店大门口居然没有人，我自己拉着行李去了前台，这一点让人很不舒服，出示官网预定号以后告知需要等候一个小时，这一点不太能理解，提前二十多天预定应该先打扫出一间房来留给预定的会员吧。不过，入住后的一次投诉反而让我觉得酒店有了温馨的一面，因为第一天晚上房间设施的严重问题影响睡眠而投诉后，得到了酒店一位徐经理和当值前台员工的重视和关照，给予了调整房间和关心问候，尤其是早餐厅的好几位员工特别的热情和照顾，我很感谢她们的关心和付出。

卫生间用直冲式的马桶，太不符合洲际的定位和档次，而且是第一次遇到；房间温度调至20度左右，使得晚上进去的好长一段时间都很难受，免费升级成套房（因预定房间已经安排出去），但选了一个最低的楼层（4楼），体验不好，还不如楼层高一些的景观房，因为商务出差的原因，并不在酒店长待，房间面积大并没有太多的用处，但景观体验很差，建议如果没有客人入住，完全可以升级成高楼层的房间。其他都还好，大堂吧挺舒服，位置挺好，在附近出差还会选择。

Hotel is really nice with great service. The room is big, modern and fully featured. The lobby is huge and impressive. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and so pleasant. I want to leave a compliment for Ms. Kiko at the front desk. She was very professional, warm and welcoming, giving me her personal attention during my check-in and check-out process. She speaks English well and was helpful with my room requests. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay within the Olympic Business District.

I use to stay in this hotel from time to time for business.Generally speaking, I realize that the staff is very attentive to the needs of the guess. e.g In the club lounge they know my preferences from previous stays (vegetarian) and I didn’t have to remind them.I like the location ( close to the Olympic park) and the hotel pleasant atmosphere. The indoor swimming is very good, the gym requires some equipment upgrade.For sure will stay again next time

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel many times since it was opened in 2008. This time we have stayed 11 night. Again. all the staff were very professional. Room was very clean. Especially Dexter Gao, and his team have provided excellent service which made us to feel this hotel was our home away from home. We highly recommended this hotel.

Beijing Intercontinental has very good facility and very secure. The hotel is located in Olympic park and hence very nice surrounding. The hotel offers great breakfast. It also has a very good Chinese restaurant. All its staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. From check-in, restaurants, security, lift attendance and etc.In particular, the Beichen Intercontinental Club. The club offers excellent business and social ambiance. All the staffs in the club are all very professional, friendly and helpful.

总体满意的一次体验。地理位置非常好，房间窗外能看到鸟巢和水立方的夜景，非常漂亮。因为是两个人入住，Check-in的时候可能操作失误，把我朋友的名字登记在了前面，每次打电话的时候都觉的事我朋友的名字，而且我的入住信息成了“NO SHOW”，CO的时候才发现，还好最后前台给改过来了。房间蛮大，加分不少。但可能是因为开了一段时间，硬件设施上维护有些不足。卫生间外侧的门把手脱落，关门的时候经常掉下来。开窗通风的时候，右侧支杆的一颗螺丝居然脱落了，还好窗户没有滑下来。早餐品种丰富，一层人有点多，服务员的响应速度有点慢，行政酒廊就清净多了。行政酒廊的服务有些冷。入住期间去了几次，服务员都是淡淡地看了一眼，也没有打招呼。不过酒廊整体体验还是不错的，餐食也蛮丰富。总之，性价比很高，但服务仍有提升空间。

大使免费周末预订的基础房，升级了观景房，送了双早加酒廊待遇，很不错，值得推荐入住，入住期间赶上大雪，在房间看着鸟巢和水立方很美。

As many modern and busy cities in China, the capital is packed with many amazing architectures. Staying in this hotel, you could overlook the famous bird nest and water cube from 2008s Beijing Olympic Game. The hotel is quite well maintained and carefully designed with some best infrastructures among the Intercontinental hotels that I have been. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable. The night view of water cube through the floor-to-ceiling room window is a magic! The breakfast buffet has a broad selections of eastern and western foods, but could be really crowded when its peak hours.The only downside is the service. I enjoyed the conversations with the staffs from the concierge and the front desk. They were very nice and tried hard to help.However, the servers in the restaurants may never talk to you if you did not try hard to wave or stop them. The chefs in the buffet room do not seem to bother but have a loud conversation with each other during the busy hours..In terms of location, due to my business meeting, it has not been an issue for me. However, if you are in Beijing for sightseeing, the location is a bit off the center. It will take 15-mins taxi to get to all major sightseeing sites except Olympic park.

Die Lage direkt am Olympiapark ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön sowie komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Auswahl der Speisen in der Club-Lounge war allerdings dürftig. Ich kann das Hotel aber als Business-Hotel in Peking empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay here. We stayed here for about 15 days.During our stay, wed like to thank all the staff here, especially Owen, Panadda, Renne, and Jane.Owen (staff at the front desk and GRO) was really professional and nice. Very passionate and helpful. Tried his best to meet the customers needs. Was always on call and would provide very detailed information.Panadda and Renne (at the Club lounge) were super sweet. Service was great. Felt great to stay in the lounge.Jane (at the front desk) was very helpful and answered our questions very patiently. She was super sweet too.BTW, the room is big. The beds are super soft and comfy.

酒店的地位置真的很好 周围有两个地铁站 打车也很方便 去机场一个小时也用不上。酒店员工都很热情，特别是行政酒廊的renee yuna shirley，她们都能记住我的名字以及我的喜好。感谢！

酒店的地理位置很好，内部环境很好。但是服务质量还需待提高。比如：浴室淋浴房玻璃门前的垫脚毛巾应该提前铺垫好。房间里的气味还是比较大的。餐厅服务员的脸上都没有笑脸，就餐厅门口的两个服务员有笑脸。

我房间西晒，温度非常高，35度以上。我中午休息，被热醒。问可不可以开空调，说是关了。打电话前台，解决的非常慢。没有办法，我只好自己躺大理石地面降温，不然非中暑不可。体验极差！其他就不说了！！！

酒店的房间有些旧，卫生间整洁度较差，但是酒店的地理位置很好（仅针对在国家会议中心有会务和展览的住客）距离市中心还是有些远的。早餐种类丰富，口味也好，用餐环境也很愉悦。酒店员工的服务态度也很好，尤其是礼宾部帮了我很大的忙，印象很深的还有一位特别热情的开电梯的大哥，老欢乐了哈哈哈。

The hotel is very clean which is most important to me. Housekeeping does an excellent job with attention to details. the location is convenient to avoid traffic in Beijing for business travelers. the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. the water pressure was workable but could use a bit of boost.all in all this hotel is excellent. i have stayed there a few times and the staff has been consistently helpful and professional.

Located just near the Beijing Olympic Stadium, I stayed with a couple of friends I was taking to a cultural and historical trip for their first visit to China. At first only one room was supposed to upgraded (their room), but to my great surprise we were all upgraded and this was very much appreciated! The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible, but food was a bit disappointing especially the evening buffet we had on the first night.However this was largely compensated by the the Italian restaurant in the Hotel we tried on the second night. It was also a pity that the Club wasnt accessible since under renovation.The entire management team deserves a special thanks especially Sacha. We had great evenings and quality moments here, which obviously also added up to the overall experience. All my respect for the general manager who does a great job here. I definitely recommend this Hotel!

This is my preferred property when in Beijing.I am recognized as a return guest with solid Royal Ambassador benefits and upgraded to studio suites, which are big rooms with a large living room and office area.Some of the best Club lounges in China with fantastic staff. Wonderful, warm service and all you can wish for breakfast and evening cocktails.Minor drawback: Printing is not free in the club lounge (but is in almost all other Intercontinentals in China).The Italian restaurant serves very good food in a relaxing atmosphere.Location is right at the Olympic grounds in-between 4th and 5th. There is much space around the hotel and the area doesnt feel crowded like Beijings city center. Nonetheless, the hotel is easily accessible. Taxis are always available (otherwise a problem in Beijing), and there are several routes to the airport avoiding the usual traffic jams. With the metro line 8 now allowing a transfer to line 2 (and 10), the city center is also easily accessible by public transport.Overall, I am always looking forward to return to this hotel.

If you want to see Beijings 2008 Olympic Village, this is the hotel to stay at. Just know that there arent many decent restaurants that meet Western travelers standards nearby. Best bet is to eat at the hotel. Youll pay a hefty price but at least the food is decent. My wife is from China and she asked the concierge for some help a couple times. Shes always wanted to see a Chinese opera at Beijings newer performing arts center. The concierge did a quick query and told her there were no performances during our stay. A few days later we took a tour of the arts center and found out we missed a spectacular opera. She also asked him for a larger van or sedan to take us to the airport and the best he could do was charge us $180 for a half hour trip in an older Buick van. The Hong Kong Intercontinental charged us $100 USD for half hour trip from airport to hotel in a new Mercedes S class sedan. This hotel is clean but lacks character. It is ultra modernistic and sterile looking. Food is good and views of Olympic Village are great. Quiet place.

Stayed at the club floor, club lounge treatment was way below inter continental standard, wine was a so bad that is not even drinkable, even when ask for a better wine that I wanted to pay for if, there is none in the whole hotel, food at the club floor was very bad as well...i would strongly agree that the GM and F&B director are both not doing their job..

Very nice hotel. Better than most that I stay at in China. Very good location right next to the Olympic stadium. Staff is friendly, rooms are nice. Lounge was really nice and the food served there at happy hour was good enough to replace dinner.Only bad mark is that AC was turned off. Even though the temperature outside was cool, the temperature in the room was quite high. It was 23C at night, or around 74F, just warm enough to make it difficult to sleep without waking up constantly in a sweat.

Great hotel and nice place to live and stay. Staff are generally very helpful and look after you. Their english is not always the best. Hotel restaurants very good, but hugely expensive. I picked this hotel for myself and team for long term stay meaning 75 nights in 9 month period and happily recommend to others. Taxis into central Beijing 20ish minutes away from rush hour

My husband and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much for 10 days. All the staff are very professional, polite and work hard. room is very clean, food in the restaurant is nice too. Room upgrade for RA is indeed appreciated. We are especially appreciate the hard work of Mr. Dexter Gao, executive Housekeeper as well as our housekeeper, Ms. Qu, who together helped to provide the Distilled water in advance for our CAPA machine in our room, along with other helps during our stay which made our stay a lot easier and enjoyable.We will definite come back to this hotel in the near future.

All staff were highly professional and personable. We visited for business purposes and fully enjoyed the experience made like home. The most memorable part of the stay is the people, from reception desk to housekeeping, all were very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel/location to all who visit Beijing. Will definitely stay again next time.

If you are visiting Beijing for convention. This place is the best location to be. Hotel facility is excellent and quite clean. But nothing else is near there. The nearest convenient store is about 2km away. But I will come to this place again because of the location near convention center.

When I travel on business, I just want clean and efficient. The InterContinental Beijing Beichen exceeded my expectations and the friendly staff made the difference. Panada, but also the others and were very attentive and very welcoming. They not only gave one the feeling that they are here to help but they indeed really did their best to make my stay pleasant. Plus, I really enjoyed and took advantage of the Executive Lounge which was exactly what I needed after a busy day. The buffet was much larger than I expected with wonderful food and wine.

I recently stayed in the Intercontinental at Beijing Beichen, and would recommend this hotel to all. Rooms are excellent quality design, and very spacious. It was very cold in Beijing at the time, and the room was always at just the perfect temperature. In addition, my stay happened to coincide with my birthday.I was very pleasantly surprised on my return in the evening of my birthday to find a beautiful birthday cake waiting for me complete with a Panda Bear and a nice card from the hotel staff. This is very good service, and a huge endorsement for the attention to detail and courtesy of the staff.I will definitely return soon!

总体经验非常棒！硬件设施是一流的。交通也很方便。印象最深的是酒店工作人员的热情周到的服务。从办理入住手续，咖啡厅享用早餐，行政酒廊Happy Hour，都给我提供了最热情周到的服务。他们是前台的Kelly；咖啡厅的Nana；行政酒廊的Panadda, RENNE, Amy, Tina和Winnie; 客房部的Feng；礼宾部的Frank。他们热情周到的服务让我有宾至如归的感觉！我在此表示感谢！

The hotel is in great shape and staff very helpful. My only only complaint is regarding the inability to adjust the room temperature colder after October, so I was forced to sleep with my window open, which was a little noisy.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. It was my first time in Beijing. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean, cleaned very promptly, comfortable and quiet. The quality of the food could be better expecially the western selections but overall it was okay. The location in the Olympic park also made this hotel quite special. There is a nice shopping center and a subway station nearby.

A great stay. I stayed with my three kids and the staff were very helpful in supporting our needs. This included food and drink requests, transport and extra activities. I highly recommend this hotel next time you want to stay in the North of Beijing.We traveled daily to the local ski fields and felt very happy to return to good food and great service at the hotel.The rooms are well equipped and have plenty of room in them.

酒店地理位置很好，非常方便。服务方面尚可，服务人员服务意识很好，只是酒店性价比不高，房间和走廊装修有些陈旧，一看就是有些时间没有更新过了。

A good hotel in the Intercontinental group. The staff are not so aware of the area or we misunderstood their directions to the subway station. The area is lively and nice in the evening time but we found this out ourselves. Better checkin experience is needed for the leisure customer.

客房：无线网络稳定而且速度很快，下载上传都很给力。毛巾、床单、地毯都很干净唯一小缺陷就是mini bar和水壶以及相关配套设施都是在壁橱里，喝点儿水很费劲，要打开一个2米多高的大门服务：前台办理结账入住很迅速，有问题第一时间解决room service汉堡很好吃，根本停不下来

Had a memorable stay at the hotel. The hotel felt like home away from home. The reception and hospitality were perfect. The food and service adorably excellent. Workers at the hotel were warm and well cultured. I would actually commend to any one that whenever they are in Beijijng, they should try this hotel and definitely would prove me right.

An excellent hotel if you are at a conference at the Conference centre. Very good service, and helpful concierge. Food good value and excellent choice. Some staff do not speak good English, but usually you can find someone else who does.Convenient enough to the ring roads, and the view of the Olympic venue is still impressive.

高端舒适，位置方便。设施比较新，服务人员态度非常好。本人入住的是豪华大床房。整个装潢确实很温馨。很有家的感觉！洲际大使可以获得免费客房升级，就是不明白什么时候升级到行政楼层，希望有人可以解答。

This hotel is very close to my office in Panngu and Olympic Park. Its easy to locate and lots of things you can walk and visit. The service very good also. Staff is always polite. I love the live piano in the bar. Really helps after long day at work.

酒店前台员工热情友好，业务熟练，非常积极的为用户解决问题。房间不错，一如既往的安排了景观房，可以看到鸟巢水立方。特别表扬酒店二层意大利餐厅的经理，他服务水准高，态度热情，给人留下深刻印象，而且在他的带领下，二层餐厅工作人员都非常不错，菜品好吃，价格便宜。

参加会议住的酒店，就在会场旁边，地理位置非常之好，信步可达！酒店的硬件标准非常高，大堂豪华大气，客房舒适宽敞，景色好，整体以深色调给人以稳重的感觉！酒店的STAFF服务意识很强，每个人都面带微笑，但是不会令人感到做作。亲切，温馨，急客人所急，是集团内很多酒店应该学习的！同时处理问题也非常到位，尤其是廉经理和前台的Elaine，特此表扬！酒店早餐非常棒，中西兼并，营养丰盛。总的来说，是一次非常完美的入住体验。
