Great place to stay in central Belgrade and excellent value for money. The rooms were very comfortable with A1 bathrooms (heated floors a nice feature). All staff very helpful and informed.One thing I would say needs changing is the billing system. I was told that splitting the bill was not possible and I could not settle the final invoice with a card different to the one I made the original booking with. As a result as I was whacked with credit card charges (~£25) which I would not have incurred if I had been allowed to pay with an alternative Visa card. Might not sound like much but Id avoided paying any credit or debit card charges all holiday up to that point....

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mitten im Zentrum. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und für eine zukünftige Reise nach Belgrad definitiv wieder in Betracht ziehen.

The Maccani Luxury Suites were great! The location was perfectly central, the room was exactly like the pictures, very nice and modern. The staff was also very kind and helpful, and had great attitudes! There was even a little bakery downstairs that had good food at cheap prices. It was overall a great experience at a great price and I would definitely stay there again.

A lovely suite of apart-hotel rooms in central Belgrade. Great amenities and very helpful staff. I’d recommend it to anyone for a short stay.

Spent time at Maccani on two occasions over the last month. The best location in downtown Belgrade. Room is very clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. Super friendly and helpful staff. Maccani arranged limo pickup from the airport and early morning transfer to the airport. I would recommend for short stays in Belgrade.

Superb location right at the heart of things. A warm and helpful staff at all times. Exquisitely appointed rooms and their bathrooms. But to me a very peculiar set-up due to absence of lobby, lounge, breakfast area. The building entrance also doesnt do justice to this excellent address.

The place is located at a very good spot and you can easily walk to all the atteactions in the city. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. There are no sounds from the nearby rooms or from the outside so you can have a good sleep. Above all these, the stuff are amazing. They are there for all your needs and will do everything they can to help you. I definitely recommend these suites for your stay in Belgrade, as I will be staying here next time as well

The bedroom was a good size and had high ceilings and the AC worked well. The bed was pretty comfortable and the place was very clean. The staff made you feel very welcome too. My one downside was that the location I thought was decent about 15-20 minute walk to most things and that the water in the shower would go from extremely burning hot to cold constantly maybe 20-45 times in a short shower. However the staff said this was the first they heard of it and that they would fix it. Besides that the bathroom was a great size and very nice. And the best part of this place was that it felt very new and well kept!

My 11year old son and I had a great stay in this boutique hotel. The location was very central and we were able to easy walk to most of the sights. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, nice and comfortable.

3-Tage Aufenthalt mit Familie. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Schöne geräumige Suite für drei Personen. Viel Wert auf Design leider etwas wenig auf Funktionalität ausgelegt. Sehr enge Zufahrt zu abgesperrtem Parkplatz im Innenhof. Super zentral gelegen, vieles direkt zu Fuss erreichbar. Empfehlenswert.

Sehr symphatisches und zuvorkommendes Rezeptionspersonal. Da sich aber das Zimmer in der unmittelbarer Nähe von der Rezeption befand, war es manchmal etwas laut. Für zwei Personen hätte ich das Zimmer zu klein gefunden (von der Einrichtung her), da ich alleine war, war es sehr angenehm. Sonst war alles top! Werde bestimmt wieder diesen Hotel buchen, wenn ich wieder in Belgrade bin.

This is not the typical hotel room you expect nevertheless the room is clean, customer service is top-notch, location is great and the security of the place is good. We were very happy with our stay here as the staff were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The exterior of the place is not good but who cares when you get inside its very comfortable. Highly recommended!

A fantastic place! A hidden gem in Belgrade. The outside does look a bit drab and out of place, as this is in amongst other private residences, office space and retail premises, but this is located on the second floor of the building so is nicely tucked away. As such, it is very quiet (despite being in the city centre), professional and the rooms are of excellent standard - clean, modern and safe. As there are only a few rooms, the front-desk is not manned 24/7, so they text me the day before my trip to see when I would be planning on arriving to ensure there was definitely someone there. The staff were lovely, spoke excellent English and gave some really useful tips and tricks for getting around on the buses and trams, as well as recommending some nice places to eat (as there is no restaurant). Id heartily recommend this place and would definitely stay again. To get this quality for this price is outstanding.

Everything was great with the room itself. Im just very unhappy that I couldnt cancel one night at 5 nights notice as I had to change my plans. Didnt do anything at all to lessen the pain of paying 2 nights for a one night stay. Very cold!! So Im done with this place

Perfektes Hotel/Apartment im Herzen von Belgrad. Das Hotel/Apartment ist sehr modern und schön Ausgestattet und vermittelt das Gefühl einer gehobenen Klasse. Die zentrale Lage und das freundlich Personal ist auch zu loben.Ich werde Maccani Luxury Suites nochmals besuchen.

De lexterieur sa pourrai ne pas donné envie de rentré mais une fois passé la porte il y a une super receptioniste et la chambre etais magnifique comme sur les photos.Tres bien situé a 5 m de marche du vieux quartier ou il y a des restaurants

This boutique hotel is in luxury standards however the price is reasonable. It is near by all attractions. Room is clean, stuff is friendly.
