Amazing! This place is a must if you stay in Colombia, Bogota. Very clean amazing, service and great food. They all called me by my name and were always so attentive. Great zone. I recommend this place To anybody!

Hotel seemed new and well maintained. Price for value can’t be beat. The only con is the location is a bit out of the way and a car/taxi is needed to access pretty much anything touristy or fun in Bogotá.

Clean, modern hotel in quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-furnished. The city center, airport and Monserrate are all about 15-25 minute taxi ride away. Excellent value.

I love the customer service in this hotel. Staff is very attentive and friendly with its guests. The only inconvenience Ive found is the antisismic rooms, they all moved fir security reasons, but still quite uncomfortable. Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone whos looking to stay in a calm business-oriented areas in Bogota. You have everything from banks to nice restaurants, business nearby, hospitals, pharmacies, etc... Good job guys!!! Keep the right attitude!!!!Im looking forward to stay again in your installations.

It’s was amazing hotel and very nice modern style. I know Diego very well from another hotel. He’s great guy! I like Jamie too. He’s cool guy and he explained to me everything details in the hotel! Also, I like the manager lady is very nice!

Rooms were nince and modern, but maintenance was an issue (e.g. in our room, the shower doors were not closing properly so watre leaked on the bathroom floor each time when showering). The breakfast was ok, but boring since it had the same items every day. The location is good as far as public transportation goes but restaurants are either very expensive or close early.During our stay the hotel had an 8-hour electricity shutdown on Sat night, quite unacceptable.In general the hotel is very geared towards business travel.

It’s a great place but this is the third time I stay here and every time they charge me for an extra guest even though when I have the option on Expedia the price doesn’t t change for any extra guests and on top of that I got a room with two small twin beds and not the queen bed I reserved,and also was charge a tax fee that apparently Colombian nationals get charge but I have dual citizenship and was only in the country for one day

Charge for coffee machine in the room, but nowhere were we advised about this. We just received a bill. Our bedroom window faced a hospital ward which was very close and uncomfortable as the blind didn´t close fully Breakfast was edible but not exciting eggs or omelettes made to order and a selection of fruit cheese and ham.

The hotel exceed my expectation and the personnel and staff made an outstanding customer experience. The Hotel have their oun taxi personnel that help me not to lose time between meetings. Is very clean and bright. Is modern with a great touch.

It was a pretty good place. nice and clean. close to almost everything. Service was good, just a little altercation with one reception clerk, but aside from that it was a great experience, 99 recommended
