캠브릿지에서 나름 지내기 편한 부띠끄 호텔입니다. 직원들은 친절, 유능합니다. 조식은 약간 간단 컨셉. 저는 아침에 베이글만 먹는데 베이글 퀄리티는 매일 약간 다른 느낌. 그러나 여러면에서 “매우” 무난하고 만족할만한 호텔입니다. Very nice boutique hotel. Friendly people.

This is an amazing hotel. It was a old fire house that has been extended and turned into a hotel. It is filled with fire house memorabilia like old coffee mugs, dept patches, drawings of old fire dept families and the like. Each room is very stylish, attractive and comfortable.

Visited the Boston area for the first time with the family. Hotel was very nice, and in a great area. Convenient to the T. Would definitely stay again.

I loved this hotel. It is a very good location for walking. Close to MGH, Charles Street, the Public Garden, etc. The room was lovely with a great bed and good linens.

The hotel was very cute and well decorated inside, almost like a museum. Rooms were well appointed, comfy beds, and great sound proofing! We even enjoyed a free wine reception, though had to take to go due to Covid. Only downsides were due to the restaurant on site being closed. We were supposed to get dining credit (and we’re not substituted in any way), and breakfast (which is typically included and a full breakfast) was cheap packaged Costco type food. These short comings didn’t match the rest of our stay, I am sure it is better in typical times when staff is full.

Nice hotel, good experience overall for Covid. Only issues were breakfast was thin even by Covid standards, and our room was serviced only once in seven nights.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location is fantastic, a quick walk to the Charles River, right behind MIT and a few steps away from the subway. Complementary parking was included with our booking. Also a very quick Uber ride to the airport.We stayed here during the pandemic and their covid procedures were excellent. The hotel is spotless.Breakfast buffet was very nice, for pandemic standards - hard boiled eggs, individually wrapped waffels/bagels, greek yogurt, cheese, individual oatmeal cups, coffee, tea, water, etc.Brenda was at the front desk when we arrived and she was super friendly and helpful.We LOVED the complementary happy hour (wine and snacks). What a wonderful extra perk to provide guests!The decor in this hotel is fantastic -- loved all the attention to detail and the firehouse/dalmation theme.Our room was perfect - super quiet at night and the beds are very very comfortable. Plenty of space and all the usual amenities -- microwave, mini-fridge, etc.Overall, this is one of the best boutique hotels weve ever visited and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Excellent management who bend over backwards to be friendly and helpful to guests. Amazing.

Going to Boston for medical appts we wanted a hotel close by. The ratings for The Kendall were great, FREE parking unheard of in much of Boston and complimentary breakfast was alluring.But the staff that we talked to on the phone, Eric, ask for a late checkout was so kind and helpful, the young lady that we text at the front desk was delightful and also helpful, the hotel and room SPOTLESS and appeared new. There was also a SAFE and cozy wine tasting for us in front of the fire. No one else in sight! Located by Kendall Square and close to Harvard Square there are tons of cafes and restaurants avail for takeout. We took our delish Thai dinner back to the closed hotel dining room and had a lovely evening!I cant recommend The Kendall Hotel highly enough on all levels! AND WE FELT 100% COVID SAFE! Thank you for making all of the provisions to address our new world. We will return!

Fun little place! Convenient next to MIT for student drop off! Loved the wine samples in the afternoon/early evenings!

This was such a unique hotel. I love that it was an old firehouse. Theyve kept the charm of the old building, while completely renovating the rooms! We visited during COVID, so unfortunately didnt get a feel for the restaurant the normal breakfast buffet. But we plan on coming back again when things are a little more normal! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

This is a gem of a hotel. Comfiest beds and pillows, adorable Americana decor that isn’t too kitschy and a Dyson hairdryer. Would highly recommend. Staff is incredibly kind and the breakfast buffet is well done, even in a pandemic.

Quick checkin and close for my medical appointment with a number of choices for packaged breakfast.

The place and rooms are impeccably clean, roomy, and comfortable. So we loved the accommodations. My only issues are with the booking. On this trip we chose this accommodation based on price and features. We tried to call and get a bit more information, however the phone number takes you to a useless phone message that continues to direct you to their website. Over a 2-day period we were unable to talk to a real person and ask questions. In the end, we got surprised by a $45 charge to park our car. And the included free breakfast was a rather useless cold Covid breakfast. The attendant was also missing in action upon check-out. We hung around for quite some time and no attendant ever showed up, so we tossed our keys under the glass, and off we went.

Everything was good but the breakfast was very poor. Menus not good , no bread or bagels, no juice, I asked them replied it’s finished by 8am. My kids very upset .

Loved all of the decor in the lobby and main floor. The staff was very nice.

I didnt get the room type that I reserved. The manager blamed Exoedia for the error. There werent enough parking spaces.

LOVED it! Cant wait to come back again! Also your front desk lady was SO WONDERFUL! I unfortunately forgot her name, but she was positive, fun, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the area and things to do. She definitely made me feel at home away from home! (I believe she does art under the name Primal Ooze, if that helps ID her.)

I booked this hotel for my weekend stay in Boston. Its uber ride away from downtown Boston, and walking distance from Harvard University. The hotel rooms are cute, nicely decorated,with a lot of detail, beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows, and cozy mattress. Bathroom is nice and clean, with few perks, like glycerine face soap, etc. Theres a coffee station in rooms, with starbucks coffee and tea.There is breakfast every morning included in the price of the room, with a wide variety of food, and drinks, pastries, fruit. There is a coffee and flavored water station in the lobby at all times, and cookies are served at 4 pm daily. There is a wine hour from 5-7 pm daily, and gym pass is provided for hotel guest at the nearby gym.Overall I loved our stay, it felt like being home, cozy and warm. If I go back to Boston, Ill definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very well situated in Cambridge very near MIT but also only a couple of subway stops from the Boston city center and super charming. Brilliant breakfast with tons of options to choose from. Very nice touches for the customers: cookies, apples, coffee, iced water all available as well as a very nice wine hour every day. The rooms are large and comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel that provided an excellent stay.

25 years leaving in Boston, gone for three (to Oregon), and just now we discovered this incredible place. My husband and I are all for family-own business, historical places and unique buildings. We could not have asked for a better place to spend a few days in our home town. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was incredible. Plentiful and fresh items for breakfast... lots of options for all needs and simply delicious. This hotel is a MUST to stay in your future visits. Thank you to the staff for everything !

Boutique-Hotel: Ein kleines, sehr familiaeres Hotel. man fuehlt sich wie zu Hause. Ganz gemnuetlich und sorgfaeltig eingerichtet. Grosse Zimmer. Ganz sauber. Schoenes Bad. Wirklich einmalig. Personal professional, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Reinigungsdienst besonders zu loben. Habe selten so saubere Zimmer gesehen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant (Black Sheep) ist auch zu empfehlen. 20% Nachlass fuer Hotelgaeste. Direkt im MIT, 50m von der Metrostation. 2 Stationen zu Harvard, 2 Station nach Boston Downtown. Besser geht es kaum.

We loved our stay at The Kendall Hotel. My son & I visited Boston to see the Red Sox play & were very pleased with our time spent at the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly, the room was nicely appointed & kept very clean. My son is a firefighter & we really liked the fact that the main building was an old firehouse. Very cool! Lots of firehouse related items on display as well as antiques & folk art pieces. The breakfast was excellent & above & beyond your average hotel breakfast. The in room wifi worked flawlessly & we were able to print our return trip boarding passes upstairs in the solarium. The hotel is very close to a T station so we could hop on & go anywhere in minutes. My only complaint is that our trip wasnt longer. I highly recommend The Kendall & will definitely stay there again when in the Boston area.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es ist in einem ehemaligen Feuerwehrhaus, die Angestellten sind sehr nett, das Ambiente ist sehr familiär, es gibt viele spezielle Dekorelemente, die mit viel Liebe ausgesucht wurden. Das Frühstück wird im EG eingenommen, das kleine Restaurant bietet nicht so viel Platz, aber irgendwie geht es. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach aber nett. Die Lage ist absolut ideal, nur 2 Min. von der U-Bahn-Station Kendall MIT entfernt, es gibt in der Nähe einige gute Restaurants/Kaffeebars. Das Haus ist mitten im Bezirk der Pharmafirmen. Wir hatten unser Zimmer Richtung U-Bahn und vor dem Fenster gab es so eine Lüftung, die machte in der Nacht Lärm. Aber sonst waren die Zimmer gut isoliert. Ich kann das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.
