Inadequate site and far too small for number of Animals they have. Not very green at all. Considering how green Kent & England can be, wrong site, dry and deserted. Not a single big tree there. Animals have no-where to hide, small zoo and not very wild for poor animals. This type of Dry & Deserted place you could expect from hot countries and not lovely green England. Been to Howeletts a few years ago and remember it big and very green. Poor animal welfare. Never again

Mine and my son go to zoo, love the dinosaur sections. Penguin are so cool as well.

Excellent experience. Well presented using all safety aspects. Cant wait for the new features.
