Extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. No pressure to buy just full of useful information about their vehicles and the features. All the office staff were very professional and helpful as well. Best description would be that Pohanka is a class A organization and team of people.

I found a low mileage Avalon at Lexus on line. The salesman drove the car to my house in Alexandria so I didn’t have to travel to Chantilly. Once I decided to purchase , the salesman drove the car to my apartment and explained all the different hi tech items on the car. He also promised to bring the new license plate and put it on for me. As a senior citizen I couldn’t be happier with the Pohanka customer service and the price was reasonable.
