룸에서 뷰가 너무 좋았어요...여기저기 다니기 좋은 위치 였어요...다시 오고 싶어요

면봉이 뜯어져 있었던것 빼고 완벽했어요! 무엇보다 전망이최고입니다. 기차역이랑도 가깝고 주변에 멋집도 많아요.

전반적으로 위치도 좋고, 객실 상태도 상당히 양호 했다. 다만 흑인 프런트 직원이 상당히 불친절했다.

전체적인 뷰가 좋음. 특히 야경. 꽤 비쌈

Check in /check out시 직원들이 너무 불친절하고 시설에 비해 고객중심의 서비스가 되지 않음. Hardware는 좋으나 software가 나쁜 아직 고급호텔의 수준은 되지 않음.

지은지 별로 안돼 굉장히 깨끗함 !!호텔투나잇으로 제일 싼방 잡아서 뷰는 별로지만쾌적하게 지낼수 있겠음!!

Positive: Staff was super nice & accommodating to all our needs. Hotel was clean & inviting. Negative: My room was a little tight but I ended loving how it was set up. I¿d definitely return. Great location.

Original room AC was broken. The front desk said someone would be right up. After an hour and 2 more phone calls they brought us keys to a new room that ended up being much nicer than the room we had. Not sure why it took so long to just give us another room or that option. Felt lied to a little since they originally said someone was on the way. Real story was someone would be on the way After they went to 3 other rooms and fixed issues there. There is a club on the roof and that makes the lobby very crowded every night. Not a huge problem but people should be prepared. Check in is actually on the second floor and there is no signage or anything letting you know. You just have to figure that out on your own. It has the worst elevator system I ever saw. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes any time you need the elevator. Room was great. Location is great.

Phenomenal Hotel!!! View was perfect! Staff was nice and so helpful! We had a great stay! Clean, bed were comfy. Will definitely recommend and if and when I’m back, this is my first option!

Positive: The hotel was amazing definitely more than I could have imagined. The pictures on the listing don¿t do the room or view justice. I am so excited to go back. London house Hilton is something to Look forward to. Negative: No not at all.

LondonHouse is always a pleasant stay, courteous staff, clean rooms, fabulous views of course, and a spectacular lobby and general atmosphere. The only issue is the elevator system is a little slow and cumbersome, but that cant be helped so much I guess. Highly recommended.

Overall great but their cleaning policy was not acted on. The light switch in the bathroom and one next to the bed had visible dirt. They said they clean all “touch points”, clearly not true. Location was great, bathroom and room was nice size.

Positive: The location was perfect! We were right on the river walk and we walked to the bean, and the Willis tower, and walked very few steps to our boat ride. Our view was beautiful from our room, but oh you will definitely have to pay for it. Negative: My husband and I stayed here and our BIGGEST complaint was there was no standard bathroom door. It was a glass sliding door that allowed for blurred privacy. Although we have been together 12 years, we would still like privacy when using the restroom.

Positive: The room was clean and smelled amazing!!! The bed was so comfy and I truly got the relaxation I was hoping for. Hotel employee on top, the staff was so helpful and friendly! I would come back again and again!!! Negative: Nope! I loved everything!

I had enjoyed my stay the staff was great all tho the to get into the rooftop bar is confusing as far as the app goes. Also the Valet parking phone doesnt work it goes straight to the voice mail. All and all it was great.

The whole reason for staying here was because it had a rooftop bar/patio. It wasn’t open the first 2 days of our trip. We were on our way to a sightseeing tour and decided to go up and take a look on our way out. We were told we couldn’t and had to have a reservation... just to see it. Of course all reservations were taken. We stayed 4 days... sheets were never changed. The car was parked outside of our room for hours so we assumed they would clean our room as well. When e we returned at 2pm it wasn’t done so we called the front desk. We were told we should have called before 12. The front desk and restaurant staff were rude both times. There is also no microwave or vending machines anywhere in the building. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Positive: Location near river Negative: It was like a night club! So loud and every night had to fight through crowds to get back to room. The room was definitely not luxury as advertised. The shower had low water pressure, the bathroom was tiny, and the refrigerator didn¿t work.

I absolutely loved this place. The room was super nice & clean. My room faced the river which was beautiful even while frozen. In walkable distance to all the popular shopping stores & restaurants.

Positive: Very clean. Staff very helpful Negative: I thought I was booking a room with the lake view as the pictures state on the website. My view was not what I was expecting. I wanted to See the lake from the room.

Positive: The location is awesome. Everything is in walking distances. Lot of places to eat. Was given a higher level room with the River view without even I asking for it. Negative: Parking provided by the hotel is expensive and that is not surprising like any other Downtown Hotels but parking areas around the hotel are hard to locate.

Beautiful hotel but my partner and I were unpleasantly surprised to be upcharged from the price that was listed on Hotels.com. We had booked a river view room on Hotels.com then when arrived were told that a regular room had been booked. We were charged significantly more for the room we thought wed had all along without any friendliness from the staff.

Positive: Decor, and the gym was great Negative: The staff was not overly helpful, the room was tiny with no view and they did not accommodate my request to move to a better room,

Everything was beautiful. It was a little more open than usual but the first day the channels with the tv didn’t work. But it worked itself out after the first night

The setting and view are fantastic. I was disappointed however to see that my room was in a state of disrepair. Multiple broken window shades, cracked glass in picture frames, missing parts of lighting fixtures, and noticeable chips and scratches on the furniture. I was also disappointed by the lack of room service dining, but I understand the hotel restaurants and associated staff are very limited due to the pandemic. That said, there was plenty that met our expectations and gave us a great weekend!

I love the view of the city & river, the room was amazing and more classy modern style. And the bathroom was just astonishing and amazing with a big shower. I loved it, had to great time spending time for New Years there and would definitely comeback and give people recommendation about this hotel.

The view was amazing! Staff was very helpful.. very professional! Definitely planning for a summer stay to get a chance to visit the rooftop!
