We had an overall good experience with the hotel. It is in close proximity to all of the locations necessary, in our situation to process my husbands consular appointments. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Very helpful when we had any questions regarding the hotel or nearby locations. Definitely made our stay pleasant.

The hotel felt very safe and was up to the standards of cleanliness and sanitzation. Would recommend especially if coming to the consulate for anything needed. Everything is close and hotel rooms are at a good price.

You get what you pay at an expected standard. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ok. But the hotel as such is old and outdated, a modernization is needed. Im grateful to have been able to stay over at an affordable price.

Staff was very helpful during my stay.They went above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful. This was my first time traveling on my own without my wife and everything was enjoyable about my experience.

Buen hotel. Cómodo y bien ubicado. El único detalle fue que nos hicieron esperar más de 1h para entrar a la habitación supuestamente porque no tenían ninguna limpia, aún cuando el hotel se encontraba vacío

Our main concern was safety since it was our first time in Juarez. The staff were friendly and we felt safe the entire time of our stay. I would recommend this hotel if your are going for your appointment at the consulate.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es pesima. La cama mal tendida, de dos habitaciones, una tuvo que ser cambiada dos veces y en ambos casos estaban los blancos manchados, con pelo en las almohadas.

The elevator was for disabled people only. Everyone else had to ise the stairs sucks when you are on the 4th or 5th floor. The rooms are tiny no room for 4 people. We were constantly running into each other. The beds are full sized and we had to sleep at opposite ends of the bed so that it did not feel like we were going to fall off. I will never stay at one of rhere hotels again.

Room was dirty, with hair on the furniture, floor and bed. Made me feel filthy the whole time there.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The assigned room was on a ongoing remodeling floor, boxspring and/mattress on the hallway, construction material everywhere. The room was tiny and the floor had water damage. Asked for another room, was told was nothkng else available.

Hotel doesn’t have a fridge or a microwave in the room so you won’t be able to buy food, I believe adding small fridges and microwave to the rooms will help out, afternoon workers are rude I asked them to call a taxi and they had me waiting for 1:30hrs until I decided to call an Uber, over all experience it’s 5/10 because it’s close to everything including restaurants but the service and the room it’s not something to get for more than 3 days.

Las habitaciones son muy chicas y para 3 personas es muy chico, ni para dormir en el suelo.

El Hotel tiene excelente ubicación, cerca del Consulado Americano, de fácil acceso y con servicios y el centro comercial muy cerca.

I didn’t hate this hotel, but I didn’t love it either. Rooms are pretty small, which I don’t mind. The AC unit was nice & worked very well. I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning! Walking distance from the US consulate and the medical clinics and across the street from a huge mall. BUT the sheets were not very clean and there was multiple hairs on the bed and in the sheets. They did not have free mini shampoo, conditioner, and soap like typical hotels have. They had a soap dispenser by the sink and in the shower. I don’t think they wipe down their toilet seats or anything in the shower. I think the main issue with this hotel is cleanliness.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Hair everywhere, bed, sink,bath, etc. Not clean that all.

It was an okay room but for me it was to small. I will not stay there again.

Los cuartos son muy pequeñitos !! En el baño no cuenta ni con jabón ni shampoo !! De más de comercial !
