Great stay for 4 nights as exploring base.Customer service was world class level, extremely helpful employees at this hotel.

I think this is the best place to stay in Machu Pichu town. It’s really beautiful and close to everything. We were not there long enough to see the bears but wish we had time to enjoy it a little more. The spa was really nice and I had a great treatment. The breakfast is good and the rest of the food is pretty good but we really liked the restaurant Directly outside the hotel right after you cross the bridge. Plan at least one meal there. I don’t remember the name but it’s right there by the hotel. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you have problems with stairs just be advised there are a lot. Just ask for a room closer to the lobby.The staff was waiting for us to help us with our bags at the train station and were very prompt and helpful.

We were part of a great number of tourists who were shut off from getting out of the country of Peru and then quarantined for what was 15 days! Hence the #stuckinperu for social media! I’m currently in Day 4! If anyone ever asks me how was the hotel I can honestly say the beauty of this hotel was almost eclipsed by the absolute awesomeness of the staff! Muchas Gracias Por todo! Very very nice place, I cannot recommend more. It is the only place to stay in Cusco. All staff was overwhemelingly helpful! The food, ohhhhh man the food was very tasty. For anyone who has not been to Cusco they are all about Pisco sours and they were running a promo (not sure if it is always available) but a free Pisco sour a day and they were very very good. This place makes the best!.

5 star luxury and class. This hotel is worth every penny. In fact for for the price it’s a steal. The location was perfect. The balcony overlooked a historic site. Surrounded by gorgeous cathedrals and churches. The property itself was an actual museum. Decorated with gorgeous art and impeccably maintained. The staff ran to help us every step of the way. Gorgeous room well decorated fantastic view. Excellent all around top notch everything! excellent buffet breakfast was a welcomed bonus!

This hotel in particular is special/intriguing because of its place in Peruvian history. The remodel and architecture were astounding and well done. Service is equivalent of what Ive received at other Marriott hotels, if not better. Very clean and cared for - you get so much for your money at this particular Marriott because of the building, service, location and price.

The service at this property left us in awe. Helpful, kind, patient and always looking for ways to enhance our stay in Cusco. The property is beautiful and there is great pride in its upkeep that makes you feel like youve chosen the right place to stay. I would INSTANTLY book with Palacio del Inka again...no hesitation at all.

Amazing!! The hotel itself is beautiful and rich with history—it’s actually classified as a museum. The service is beyond phenomenal—every single staff person we encountered was stellar. Amenities like spa services, a history tour, and even pisco sour tastings really elevated the whole experience. Everything was great—I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The most wonderful luxury hotel experience! Every single staff member has a warm genuine smile and greeting when they see you. Outstanding customer service — they do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. You would be crazy not to select this palace hotel if traveling to Qosqo. They also have an excellent tour company right in the lobby and take care of EVERYTHING so you dont have to stress planning your trips to Incan ruins and Machu Picchu. After long tours you are welcomed back with a large delicious Pisco Sour in a bar with Incan walls. A plentiful generous breakfast overlooking a 500 year old Spanish colonial garden prepares you for a day of exploring. One of the best most beautiful hotels in the world. Sulpayki!!! Gracias! Palacio del Inka! The hotel is amazing! They give a short tour every night at 5pm of the lobbies and courtyard. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The only place that could be better is the spa. It is very nice but felt the wheeling and dealing I experienced in choosing a service was out of line with the rest of the hotel. I felt like I was out on the street. I did enjoy the massage and paid the extra fee required to use the steam room, sauna, showers, pool, and mediation room (not included in your room fee or if f you book a spa service). They are nice but wish housekeeping wasn’t sweeping water up every 5 minutes. They needed to to keep the floors dry and safe I suppose. The mediation room is a highlight.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Nil was a great uber driver that is usually in the area close to the hotel. Concierge provides great dinning recommendations according do your specific taste or mood. The hotel providing oxygen when needed was a great bonus if you are not used to the altitude of the city. Great breakfast buffet, the honey dripping from the honeycomb was a great touch. Highly recommend this hotel.

The family suite configuration was perfect for our unique traveling family. We are divorced parents on good terms and like to travel with our grown son and his girlfriend. The a king bed area had a 1/2 bath (for me the mom) and another room with a full bath and two queen beds perfectly attending to dad having his own bed while grown children had their own. No Uncomfortable privacy issues for us, And I didn’t have to hear snoring from ex-husband. Sorry kids! Super great service and experience. Staff meet every need we had. And quiet supportive with with one altitude sickness person, bringing oxygen to the room Highly recommend this hotel and experience

The device was excellent. My daughter got altitude sickness and Elmer and all his staff went above and beyond to help in her recovery. I’m extremely thankful for that. My only suggestion is for the kitchen. I would love to see more authentic Peruvian dishes on the menu, but the food was excellent. An unforgettable experience.

This hotel has put together all the right pieces to make a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, with many historical, dining, and shopping options within a few minutes walk. The facility itself is an amazing blend of old and new. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, and responsive. The hotels restaurant is amazing (I highly recommend trying the guinea pig). Benedict, one of the servers in the restaurant, was particularly warm and kind to us, as we saw him each day for breakfast, and for some dinners. It is also nice to know that the hotel offers portable oxygen to help those who might be suffering from acute mountain/altitude sickness. (We acclimated for a few days in the Sacred Valley, so we did not experience any altitude sickness.) Overall, this has been one of the best Marriott properties weve visited and we will definitely return.

We definitely found our slice of dreamy home away from home during our stay at this hotel. The staff is one of the best we encountered & the hotel is enriched in history. Be sure to take the tour about the hotel & learn how to make Pisco Sour at the bar. The daily buffet breakfast was well worth it as the last thing we wanted to be doing was to look for food at early hours before the big excursions/activities. It’s conveniently opens at 4:30 AM!!! Use the services they offer & book all your tours there & experience premium tours!!!

We instantly felt at home from the personal greetings and warmth of the employees. The room was better than expected and the linens were soft and clean. We appreciated having two extra pillows readily available in the room. Eliu at the concierge desk was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety every morning. It was a nice peaceful way to start the day. The hotel was in the perfect location. Everything was a short stroll away and cabs/ubers were not necessary.

We loved our stay at the Palacio del Inka. The history of the hotel is amazing along with the artwork and decor. All staff provided excellent service. The restaurant and bar are top notch. The buffet breakfast service is unbelievable. The spa services were all pleasant and luxurious. The rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet. We would certainly stay here again. The location is perfect for all of the attractions in Cusco.

Es un hotel único ya que te hace sentir que estas viviendo Cusco en un palacio, acorda a las costumbre de la ciudad. Impecable por donde se lo mire, antes fue un museo y es grandioso. Su personal es tan amable que se adelantan a lo que uno puede necesitar, siempre con una sonrisa sincera y dispuestos a ayudar. El bar, el desayuno impresionante, super completo, todo riquisimo, con detalles autoctonos. Y el pisco sour buenisimo. Realmente un placer la estancia en el Palacio Inka.

One of the best overall experiences I have had at a hotel. The staff and atmosphere and culture of service and care is unmatched - the staff is extremely attentive, professional, available, accommodating about any question or need/want - at meals, at check-in, at front door.. the physical building - especially interior is one of a kind - the attention to detail in so many regards... the preservation of ancient Inca structures combined with modern style and comfort - is amazing. The additional “perks” such as the 5pm hotel tour, 6pm pisco sour bartending class... the concierge professionals, the service and experience at the lounge bar... just an incredible experience.

Words cannot describe my experience at Palacio del Inka. I was beyond impressed by the caliber of service and warmth I experience upon stepping into the hotel. Everyone was so welcoming and I just wanted to give everyone a hug. I would like to highlight a couple of people who made my stay extra special: Walter, the bellman, who helped me with my bags and escorted me to my room and for always remembering and greeting me upon my arrival from discovering the many pleasantries of what Cusco offered me that day. Adila, who helped me check in upon arrival on May 6 and ensured that my accommodations was comfortable. I really appreciated her sweet gesture of a Cusquena after a long day of touring Lake Humantay. The spa receptionist, I cant recall her name, but she was also very welcoming and the ladies who provided the service. Wow, what an amazing job they did that I went twice! :) Id also like to highlight the gentlemen who checked me in upon my return from MachuPicchu on May 12th. I cant remember his name, but he helped my sister and I quickly. I had told him upon check-0ut that I would be returning, but my sister would be arriving first after her 4 day hike on the Inka Trail. He was so accommodating on making sure that her check-in process was quick so she can freshen up and relax. Overall...I have never experienced the top quality of service at any hotel that Ive ever stayed. Thank you for making my stay in Cusco so much more enjoyable and for being so loving and warm. I look forward to coming back!
