Fast Wifi and Smart TV were very modern and useful to us. Right next to the central park of Mexico City, you can step right out of the hotel and explore the forests and museums in Chapultepec. Staff was very helpful, they even arranged my covid test to return to the states. Amenities were comfortable and the attached restaurant is high quality in case it is raining and you dont feel like venturing out. However there are many fine options nearby as well. Gym was open upon reservation but jacuzzi and spa were closed due to covid (oh well, better luck next time).

Positive: Easy to get to. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping area. The hotel is very quiet and you it has great views to the chapultepec park.

AMAZING! No other words to describe our esperance at this hotel... location, view, service, restaurant! Everything was top notch! If you can stay here, do it you won’t regret it

Positive: This hotel has the best location in polanco/castillo chapultepec with in walking distance to museums, easy access to the airport freeway. The restaurant has excellent food but if you dont feel eating there staff can recommend you a rest. w/easy delivery. Negative: The room was remodel since last time i was there. The only thing after taking a shower water floded. It wasnt good drainage.

Es una excelente opción como alojamiento y ubicación, un plus que tiene es definitivamente la vista al exterior, no importa la elección o la que el sistema le de todas serán excelentes, la atención es buena, elServicio a cuarto es muy buena. Se recomienda ampliamente !

Llegue horas antes del check in y aun así me dieron la habitación sin costo adicional.Me dieron además un upgrade y la atención muy amable.El hotel esta recién restaurado y es muy bonito. Únicamente el elevador es muy ruidoso y lento.

The Hotel was under renovations and it was not listed in the Resort profile at time of booking. Bellboy staff were really great, Front Desk did not have our booking at time of arrival. I chose this Hotel over another one because it was a VIP access Hotel, but no recognition was made, so makes no difference about service.

Reno’s underway without prior notice. Jackhammers started at 8:10!! Traffic noise noticeable. Old fashioned rooms. Limited plug ins for charging. Very slow hot water and low pressure I sink. No real lobby. Front and door staff not friendly. Great breakfast with good staff

This is feedback to the hotel. Breakfast only started at 6:30 but I had an early flight so had to leave at 6:30 from hotel, passed by bf at 6:20 and just asked to get some fruits/juice since my bf that was already ready available at the buffet but manager said strictly NO and advise me to order room service. I explained the situation and just asked for take-away, still strictly NO. Not would you would expect from a hotel striving for 4/5 stars. At least have the option for a bf box or similar.Take time to listen to your customers and provide them proper service in the future is my advice.
