I cant think of a single negative thing. We were met by a kind woman at the reception, who even showed us how to use public transport outside of working hours. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. Housekeeping was so patient as it took us a while to get out of the room in the morning, but later that day, the room was spotless. The conservatory is a dream and the hotels location is good if you dont mind traveling 10-15 minutes to get to the center.Thank you so much!

The service was excellent, very helpful staff. Rooms are a little old-fashioned, but very nice and clean. We even had a bath in the room :). Location is great, the walk to the city centre is very pleasant.

Beautiful historic house in great location for the Silicon Docks. Corner property with great views of a neighborhood filled with iconic Irish architecture. The building is a bit old and the amenties could have been cleaner, but all around a great place for this charming city.

We had a large room with large bathroom and great power shower Easy to get to ports and into the city centre Just a lovely place to be with lots of extra detail in the rooms .....also a plentiful supply thoughtful useful toiletries, tissues and not only still water but sparkling water as well. Preis-Leistung paßt hier 100%. Wir haben uns in den zwei Tagen gut betreut gefühlt. Auch eine frühere Anreise und Abgabe des Gepäcks war kein Problem. Abens waren alle Koffer schon in unser Zimmer gebracht.Besonders toll fanden wir die schön gestalteten Zimmer. Auch das kontinentale Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, so dass wir kein zusätzliches warmes Frühstück bestellt haben.Circa 10-15 min Fußmarsch und man in schon bei den ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt (z.B. Trinity College). Eine Busstation gibt es um die Ecke, falls man nicht laufen möchte.Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der nahen lage zur 3Arena ausgesucht, so dass wir nach dem Konzert keinen Bedarf haben mit der restlichen Menschenmasse ein Taxi oder öffentliches Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen.

We only spent one night here but the room was very well decorated, clean, and quiet. It was relatively small but plenty of room for 2 people. Wish we had more time!

Die Lage des Townhouse war in Ordnung, direkt am Aviva Stadium und an der DART. Dublin City Center war in etwa 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es ein sehr gutes kleines Restaurant, in dem wir frühstückten (Juniors). Wir finden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war echt alt und für den Preis hätten wir ein Frühstück erwartet. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tired and shabby. Small rooms. Night light did not work and could not be fixed between Friday and Monday morning departure. Could not open or close windows. Heard every move made by people above and next to us. Too far from town. I do not recommend staying here

We were hoping for more when we booked this place. On the positive side, it is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown Dublin--you can walk to the Trinity College area in about 30 mins, take public transportation or it was easy to book a ride-share service or taxi. There is limited, first-come, first-served free parking at the property, which was nice, as we had rented a car for the duration of our time in Ireland. The room we had, though, was tiny and the bed rock hard. The bathroom we had trouble even getting into, and we are relatively small people! Decor and furnishings looked like they needed refreshing and there was a horrible smell of vomit in the foyer when we first checked in. The staff was young and earnest and tried to be helpful, but gave us erroneous info which resulted in us paying more for our room than we should have. Breakfast was okay--a cold buffet that was average at best for 10 euros or a selection of hot items for 15 euros, which we thought were both overpriced. Next time well stay elsewhere.

Butlers Townhouse was a comfortable place, close to the Dart train so you can go anywhere. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast options.

Uriges Hotel mit der entsprechenden Atmosphäre. Leider mieft es in den Zimmer ein wenig nach alt. An Steckdosen wurde leider gespart. Im Bad gab es keine Steckdose für den Föhn. Da musste ich unter das Tischchen krabbeln und auf Knien die Haare föhnen. Am Waschbecken gab es zwei Wasserhähne. Einen kalten und einen heißen. Man konnte demnach die Temperatur nicht einstellen, sondern entweder brühendheiß oder eiskalt...Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt könnte besser sein..

Ein wirklich perfektes kleines Hotel mit viel Charme und sehr nettem Personal, man bekommt immer einen Tee oder Kaffee angeboten.Das Frühstück war auch super, man konnte alles aus der Küche bestellen was es nicht auf dem Buffet gab. Auf dem Buffet gabt sogar frisch gemachten Fruchtsalat, sieht man auch nicht jeden Tag in den Hotels.Auch für unsere Auto hatte es auf dem Grundstück einen Parkplatz.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und auch sicher (viel Botschaften in der Nachbarschaft).Ein kleiner Nachteil: Man benötigt 20 Minuten zu Fuss um mitten in der Einkaufsmeile (Grafton Street)zu kommen. Man kann aber auch den Zug nehmen, 2 Minuten zu Fuss zur Haltestelle (Landsdown-Road) und nach 3 Stationen ist man mitten in der City.

Hotel sehr schön im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Grosszügiger Aufentalstsraum. Nachtischlamprn dürften heller sein. Wifi in meinem Zimmer war schlecht.Nettes Personal. Hotel liegt ausserhalb des Trubels. Zentrum zu Fuss erreichbar. Dart-Zugstation in der Nähe.

Sehr nettes Personal, die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und das Haus an sich sehr schön. Hier und da merkt man kleine Abnutzungen der Möbel, auch die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung war schon etwas älter und unansehnlich. Aber wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

This is a nice place to stay in the Ballsbridge area. The building is beautiful, rooms nicely furnished and neighborhood is primarily residential, just a short walk from some good dining and shopping options, and close to the Lansdowne Road train station.The only negatives were:Traffic noise, very weak WiFi signal on the upper floor where we stayed, and a toilet that didnt flush very well.

Butlers Townhouse ist ein schönes Gebäude mit Stil. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war zwar gross, aber doch schon sehr gebraucht, fast etwas schmuddelig. Keine Aussicht. Ein Doppelbett gab es obwohl bestellt nicht mehr, so dass wir zwei sehr weiche Einzelbetten ohne Duvet erhielten. Das Bad erhält bestenfalls 2 Sterne. Die Duschbrause funktionierte nicht richtig, so dass in alle Himmelsrichtungen spritzte. WC-Rolle steht einfach auf dem Spülkasten, da kein Halter vorhanden.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; Zimmer sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet; man hört die Straße etwas; ca. 30 min zu Fuß zu TempleBar; 2 min zu Fuß zu dart station; schöne Gegend um das Hotel; Spaziergang zum Strand war sehr schön; es wird kostenlos Tee im Drawing room serviert; absolut empfehlenswert
