넓은 객실에 주방이 딸려있어 간단한 요리를 할 수 있고 위생상태도 훌륭한 편임. 식기세척기가 있어 설거지도 문제없음. 호텔 바로 옆에 상점가가 있어 식사를 하기에도 좋음.

2일은 3층 객실 8일은 8층 전망이 있는 객실이용을 하였다주변 편의시설과 영화관이 있으며 맨하탄으로 건너갈수 있는 페리 선착장까지 셔틀 서비스를 이용 가능편리한 주차장취사할 수 있는 작은 공간이 마련되어 있어 좋았는데옮긴 객실엔 싱크대에 배기후드 시설이 설치가 안되어 화장실 후드시설을 이용해 냄새를 빼야 하는 불편함이 있었다넓은 화장실 좋은데 욕조에서 샤워 하기엔 불편 파티션 부스가 따로 있음 좋겠다샤워기가 상하 이동 가능 하고 인출이 안되는 고정식욕조 높이가 있어 들어갔다 나왔다 하기에 위험 욕조 안을 넘어 다니며 샤워 해야 하는게 불편하다침실에서 내려다 보는 허드슨 강과 아침 저녁으로 일몰 일출이 아름답다객실에서 내려다 보이는 상점들 과 강 주변이 좋다3키로 범위에 마켓이 여러 곳이 있어 편리하다

룸 컨디션은 아주 좋습니다.깨끗하고 맛은 보장하지 못하지만 조,석식 제공되고...방마다 큰 냉장고도 있고 하이라이트인지 인덕션도 있고 전자렌지도 있습니다.숙소 위치가 좀 애매하네요.

깔끔하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 주변에 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 있어서 더 좋지만, 레지던스 형 호텔인만큼 기본적인 집기류가 모두 구비돼 있어 오랜 기간 머물러도 큰 걱정없이 이용할 수 있어 좋습니다.

깨끗하고 주방이 있어 좋았습니다. 오래 숙박하기 좋구 early check-in이 가능하여 좋습니다. 방이 준비되어 있을 경우에만 early check-in이 가능 하니 참고하세요.

3성급 호텔입니다.그렇게 깔끔하진 않아요.하지만 나쁘지 않습니다.

Although my stay was great. I had two concerns. First check in is suppose to be 3pm however when I got there after 3 the room was still not ready for another half hour. Also my confirmation stated I had free 2 hour late checkout and constantly got calls at 12pm asking us to check out and when we went to put things in our car the key didnt work for us to get back in the hotel. Also please ensure the cleaners a doing a thorough job of cleaning because I went to plug up the clock and there were empty water bottles behind the night stand.

It’s a little confusing getting to the entrance. I also had to figure out on my own that I could park in the garage and take the elevator into the hotel (need a room key to open the doors to get inside the basement entrance and then again to get into the actual hotel from that way FYI. I learned to pull up first and check in to get your key so then you can use the garage entrance. Room was immaculate upon arrival and looked newly renovated. I did a room a view. Had to look on an angle but the view was there at least. Hotel is located in a plaza with a lot of options. I would definitely stay here again! AllCovid precautions were taken and breakfast was given out pre-packaged “ready to go” which is a good idea. Felt very safe and clean inside! Staff was sooooo friendly and helpful!

This is my 3rd stay. The employees at the front desk have always been amazing. Covid has caused some changes. Room was comfortable and very clean.

It’s 25 degrees outside, snowing, and my room had no hot water.... I called the front desk 4 times to complain:First complaint I was told to wait 15-20 minutes as system was being “restarted”when I made my second complaint I was passively called a liar (as if I have any reason to lie about there not being hot water)... My third complaint a staff appeared bothered and offered to “show me how to use the hot water” as if I am some kind of invalid... Maintenance was sent to my room after 24 hours, three complaints and 1 full day and 1 full night without showering (I am a hospital staff traveling for work in the middle of a health crisis) I found out the whole water pump has been in malfunction for days already, this was never disclosed to me; which I believe should have been when I initially checked in...Then I was l told other rooms had hot water but I was left in my room without hot water.On the second night before work I complained again and 45 minutes before the start of my next overnight shift I was moved to another room.Basically I was at the hotel 36 hours without being able to shower between hospital shifts, my intelligence was insulted, and my character defamed before the hotel was truthful about their water issue, oh, and I was offered another room 12 hours before my checkout... Extremely disappointed ... this is supposed to be a “Hilton” extended stay experience.

Positive: I Loved the location!!! It is so close to shopping and entertainment as well as the Hudson River and New York City. Negative: The hotel has a kitchen (thatâ€s primarily why I booked to stay here) but no ventilation or hood over the stovetop. When I began to cook using the pans from the room, the poor quality pans and lack of ventilation caused the smoke to trigger the alar

The bathroom did not function properly, the toilet was running, the shower water pressure and temperature was poor. Also the room was small then advertised.

Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. They were charging guests for water when they are required to give you two when you check in. I stepped into the area where they have the reach in refrigerator to grab a bottle of water and i was starred at as if i was stealing something, then the lady behind the counter asked if i was going to pay for the item very very rude and uncomfortable.

Stayed two nights Charging normal fees but no house keeping they said. Only One cleaning per every four days??!!!Short staffed? As long as they are open for business during this pandemic, they should do normal services and must clean the room more often than before!!Next room has rough birthday party it was messy until I checked out.

Super hotel très bien situé en face de larrêt dautobus et sur le bord de leau. Magnifique vue sur la ville de New York. Très bon déjeuner style buffet et stationnement sous-terrain à labri des intempéris. Divant lit qui craque mais les lits de la chambre principale sont super. Personnel accueillant et sympathique, toujours prêts à nous donner de linformation afin de faciliter notre séjour dans la grosse pomme. Plusieurs boutiques à quelques pas et un gros cinéma à côté pour les journées pluvieuses...

Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Nous avions une chambre fermée avec lit king, un salon avec un sofa-lit ainsi qu’une cuisinette. Le petit-déjeuner inclus était tout à fait acceptable. Pour nous rendre à New-york, nous avons pris la navette gratuite qui nous amène au ferry et le ferry nous amène près du terminal de croisière et du USS intrepid ( coin de la 39th st). Une petite marche de 10-15 minutes est necessaire pour arriver à Time square. Le ferry coûte 9$ par personne par passage. C’est dispendieux mais le coup d’oeil du centre-ville est magnifique de jour comme de soir.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Sehr gute Anbindung nach New York (kostenloser Shuttle zum Fährhafen). Gutes Frühstück und abendliches kleines Essen mit Wein und Bier, auch sehr lecker.

Clean and comfortable suite with kitchen and living area separate from double beds and bathroom. Allowance for 6 permitting a wonderful family vacation with free breakfast and free dinner and wine during weekdays. We will return! The area was safe and had plenty of shopping opportunities. The only con was that a kitchen chair had an exposed screw which perforated my sisters skin.

Wenn ihr auf die überteuerten Hotels mit kleinen Zimmer in Manhattan verzichten könnt, würde ich ihnen dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Die Suiten umfassen zwei Zimmer mit 2 Doppelzimmer und Schlafsofa. Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Super Aussicht auf die Skyline von Manhattan (Zimmer 602). Sehr gutes Frühstück, sogar mit Porzellangeschirr. Von Mo bis DO gibt es ein gratis Abendessen-Buffet. Gratis Parkplatz für den Mietwagen. Im gleichen Haus und ums Haus gibt es genügend andere Restaurants und Einkaufsläden, nach Bedarf. Nach Manhattan gelangten wir mit dem Bus Nr. 158 oder 159R in 20 bis 25 Minuten (port Authority) 42 Street. Unbedingt Roundtrip lösen (6.40 $). Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind 2 Erw. und 3 Kinder (Jugendlich)

Das Hotel ist direkt am Hudson gelegen, genau gegenüber Manhattan, Höhe nördl. Central Park. Die Aussicht auf die Skyline ist überwältigend. Mit einem Linienbus (NJ Transit 158) ist man in 20 min am Timesquare. Der Preis ist günstig, zumal Frühstück und Dinner (falls man so früh im Hotel zurück sein möchte) inclusive sind, kein Vergleich zu Manhattan. Es ist sehr angenehm, den Trubel von NYC am späten Abend hinter sich zu lassen. Für New York Reisende unbedingt empfehlenswert!
