오래된 호텔이 즐비한 거리를 지나다가 꽤 현대적인 건물이 보이는데, 그곳이 바로 글랜스 호텔.친절한 직원 응대를 받고 방에 올라가면 감탄이 나옴.무척 넓은 방과 침대, 그리고 깔끔하고 잘 채워진 물건들이 있었음.호텔 루프탑에 가면 피렌체 시내 전경이 쭉 보이고, 수영장도 있는데, 겨울이라 이용하지는 못함.조식은 무료 제공ㅋ정말 정말 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔.

16년도 한번 19년 한번 두번 다녀왔습니다.조식짱짱이고위치도 아주 좋습니다.친절하고 깨끗하고 두번 간덴 다 이유가 있겠죠꿀호텔입니다

깔끔하고 호텔 인테리어도 좋아요. 숙박비용은 꽤나가는편입니다. 근데 하루종일 관광하고 저녁에와서 잠만자고 담날 아침에 또 나가는데 굳이 비싼가격의 숙소를 잡을 필요가없었다는걸 느꼈네요.관광지에선 적당한가격에 깔끔한숙소가 최고!그점에서 여기 묵기전에 숙박했던곳이 베스트였던거같습니다ㅎㅎ

깔끔하고 좋았습니다 직원들이 매우 친절했어요. 다시 피렌체에 간다면 다시 묵을만큼 만족스러웠어요 참 위에 수영장도 있어요 담엔 이용해봐야지

신혼여행으로 3일동안 머물렀습니다.직원들 친절하고, 룸 컨디션도 깔끔하고 좋았어요.방이 좀 어둡고, 엘레베이터가 진짜 작은거 말곤 딱히 단점이 없네요.조식은 음식 종류가 많진 않지만 기본적인 빵, 과일, 샐러드 등 간단하게 먹기 좋았습니다.

호텔 진짜 마음에 들어요 룸에서 보는 뷰는 그냥 거리뷰였지만 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 어메니티 괜찮아요 조식도 고급스럽네요 루프탑 뷰도 좋아요 직원도 친절합니다 역이나 두오모 가기에도 멀지않아 좋네요

친절하며 깨끗한 숙소였습니다.위치도 역에서 멀지 않아서 좋았고 야경 보기에도 괜찮았습니다.수영장도 있으나 작습니다.이번 여행에서 마음에 들었던 숙소중 한곳입니다.피렌체 재방문시 이곳으로 예약할 것입니다.

처음에 호텔 찾는게 조금 힘들었지만 3일 정도 머물다보니 금방 적응돼서 잘 찾아다녔네요 :)나머지는 전체적으로 좋았어요

위치나 서비스나 완전 강추!다른 부대시설은 이용 안했으나 조식도 괜찮고, 위치도 좋아서 두 번 다 여기 이용했어요~친절하고 방도 깔끔합니다.

직원들 친절하고 깔끔해요~조식 종류 많지는 않지만 맛있어요~체크아웃 하는 날 더몰 가기전 캐리어보관도 무료로 해주고 역에서 걸어서 5~10분 거리로 편리해요

허니문으로 가면 샴페인도 주고 너무 친절해서 맘에들엇어요 ㅋㅋ공간은 넓진않지만 아기자기하게 공간들이 세련된느낌을 줍니다

시설은 최신식이었어요. 어머니랑 둘이 쓰기도 괜찮았고, 직원들도 친절했어요. 특히 옥상에 바와 수영장이 있었는데 풍경이 좋았어요. 비록 이용은 못 했지만 아침에 올라가서 보는 피렌체 두오모와 아침풍경은 고즈넉하니 좋았습니다. 별 하나 뺀거는 방이 1층이었는데 벽뷰였어요~ㅋ 방은 복불복이지만 그래도 아쉬웠습니다. 1층에 방이 4개 있었는데,여기만 피해가면 별 5개 줄 수 있을 것 같아요~ㅋ

매우 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다.피렌체가 오래된 건물이 많은 도시라, 신축 호텔을 찾으시는 분에게 매우 추천드려요:D호텔 내부상태도 매우 깨끗하게 잘 유지되어 있고, 무엇보다 직원들이 매우매우 친절해요!체크인할때 지도에 펜으로 표시까지 하면서 유명 관광지를 추천해주신 직원분, 체크아웃할때 짐 보관을 도와주신 직원분, 그 외에도 다른 직원분들도 친절하셔서 10일간의 유럽여행중 가장 기억에 남는 호텔이 되었네요^^조식은 음식 수가 많지는 않지만 다 무난하게 먹을수 있는 것들로 깔끔하게 구성되어있구요, 맛도 괜찮았습니다.위치도 산타마리아노벨라역에서도, 피렌체대성당에서도 가까워서 다니기에도 좋았습니다.다음에 피렌체에 또 오게된다면 이곳으로 꼭 다시올 생각이에요~

신축이라 아주 깨끗하고 역과 5분거리라서 좋아요. 조식도 대박 맛있고 조식먹는 공간과 테라스 공간도 쾌적해요. 여름이면 수영장도 이용했을텐데 못써봐서 아쉽네요. 데스크 직원분들 엄청 친절하고 짐도 잘 맡아줘서 좋았습니당

역에서 가깝고 중심지인 두오모랑도 가까워요!조식 맛있고 방도 깨끗합니다!주변에 슈퍼,카페,한식집,맥날 등등 있어서 편리했어요!

매우 현대적이고 깨끗한 호텔입니다 조식이 다양하고 직원들도 매우 친절해요 근처에서 12번인가 버스타면 미켈란젤로 언덕 바로 갈 수 있고 SMN역도 가까워 캐리어 끌고 이동하기 무리없고 중앙시장도 바로 옆이라 좋습니다

Freundlicher Empfang, kurze Erklärungen wo sich was befindet im Hotel. Schöne geräumige Zimmer vorgefunden.Auf dem Dach ein schönes Pool und eine Bar. Weil aber das Wetter nicht so mitmachte konnten bzw. wollten wir diese Annehmlichkeit nicht benutzen.Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (5 - 10 Min.) und vom Markt (2 Min.) entfernt. Zum Dom brauchten wir ca. 10 - 15 Min.Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Beautiful, sleek and modern hotel! Location is great, near the Santa Maria Novella square and the main streets, but tucked away so that its very quiet and safe. Also just a 5 minute walk from the Tramvia which made it super easy to get directly two and from the car rental and airport.The service was very good for anything we needed. Prior to our stay I reached out for directions to and from the hotel and they provided the information for a cab, or the Tramvia. Upon arrival they walked us through a map of the city and pointed out specific sights we could see nearby along with directions. The room itself was great. Very clean and everything felt nice and new, very different from the older feeling of everything else in Florence. It was one of the more spacious rooms we had during our trip through Italy.The hotel common spaces were great. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar for relaxing in the afternoon. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel with a bunch of both local Italian options and American favorites.Overall, highly recommend!

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Room very clean. The entire staff: front desk, valet, breakfast and bar area and housekeeping were wonderful throughout my stay. Daily bottles of water much appreciated. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Location great.

The hotel is quite new compared with others. Staffs are friendly especially when we check in, staff named Ms. Monica serving us very good, teaching us good the visiting point. we stay here for 2 nights, although 2nd day only refill 1 roll toilet tissue, as i comment on Expedia about this, they immediately come and checked and re do the cleaning. i was surprised that they are very efficient. i highly recommend to others.

Gran servcicio de desayuno con personal muy amable.La habitaciòn contratamos doble Luxe exterior completamente como indicaba la fotografia y al llegar la tercera cama era interior de cara al armario.No nos gusto sistema de armarios.En el baño al ducharte sale el agua por debajo de la manpara, se debe corregir ya que es muy incomodo.Situación magnifica y hotel muy agradable y silencioso.

Glance Hotel was where my husband and I shared our honeymoon in Florence. What an amazing place and location. The hotel is clean, chic and so modern. The hotel provides all the essentials you would need. The rooftop bar is amazing, the views from the pool are brilliant. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon and what a treat this was! I cant say enough about this place. SO close the the Mercado Centrale, food and so many treats to buy!! Loved this place.

The Glance is a very modern and extremely comfortable hotel in the perfect location. Our room was really quiet.The roof terrace with its beautiful views is a delight and just sitting there is so relaxing.On top of this, every member of staff without fail was, friendly, helpful and professional.Breakfast was really good too.We really enjoyed our four night stay. I hesitate to recommend a hotel but have no reservations in doing so for The Glance.Enjoy Florence and The Glance!

Nice rooms and seemed newly renovated/taken good care of.Only the typical hotel bed linens are not quite my favorite (dont like the sort of sheets that are folded only folded over the duvet).Staff was super nice and service oriented. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of sweet ans savory products of good quality.Area is perfect to start a day discovering florence with nice coffee shops, bakeries, groceries, market hall, main rail station,... closeby.Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Had a cozy room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was pretty standard. The hotel was clean, and had a convenient location near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful!

Todo muy bien, habitaciones modernas, limpias, piscina pequeña pero agradable, desayuno bueno, personal muy amable y colaborador. Lo malo, el costo del parking, 37 euros la noche, es pequeño y son los empleados los encargados de moverlos. Por fortuna al momento de alquilar el carro tomamos todos los seguros disponibles, porque lo golpearon en varias partes y de no ser por el seguro, nos habría costado una fortuna, más cuando teníamos una camioneta Audi A6 Station wagon. Bueno hay que aclarar que el parqueadero no es del hotel, pero es uno de los que recomiendan y está prácticamente en el sótano del establecimiento

Great hotel with an excellent location. House keeping came round every evening to enquire if you needed anything. Towels changed daily and bathroom toiletries replaced everyday. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The only thing that would have been nice would have been english subtitles on the TV channels. 9/10 programmes were in Italian which could have had English subs ️

The hotel was in the perfect location for my short stay in Florence before heading to the countryside. It is close to the train station, so I was able to walk there for my train. Its within a very short walking distance of the main sights of Florence. The rooftop bar was a real highlight. I could see the San Lorenzo, Duomo and Duomo bell tower right there. Although I didnt sample the pool, it was very appealing, especially as the afternoon sun was going down. The rooms were modern and clean. Only issue was the shower floor was really slippery.

The rooms were a little small but it had everything you’ll need. Very well designed and kept very clean and organized. Especially enjoyed the breakfast! Huge plus. Booked primarily for the rooftop pool, too bad I didn’t realize it closes during “winter”.

During our staying at Glance Hotel for one week, we had no problem at all. Our visit of this hotel was 3rd time and we felt their service has been improved. Only we had problem about the air conditioner temperature control. It was cold for us but it was adjusted by the staff later. This problem was not improved.All of other things were perfect. We will definitely come back.

Hotel relativamente nuevo, adaptado a las condiciones de los viajeros actuales y en el que te sientes cómodo y a gusto, espacioso, limpio y con un personal muy atento. Estancia estupenda. Excelencia en todos los aspectos.

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht top: Top-Lage, Top-Ausstattung (sehr modern!), alles sehr sauber, perfekt sortiertes Frühstück und die Dachterasse mit dem Pool ist ein echtes Highlight! Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht begeistert.

L’hôtel est très bien, moderne et propre. Les chambres sont assez petites mais fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, copieux et frais, un vrai délice. La terrasse avec piscine donne une assez jolie vue sur les toits, mais la piscine est vraiment très petite et le bar pratique des prix exorbitants (10€ le Spritz alors qu’il est à 3,5-5€ dans les bars de la ville)Le grand avantage de cet hôtel est sa situation, à 2 pas du centre de Florence. Il est idéal pour les touristes comme nous. Bref une belle adresse pour visiter Florence.
