The hotel was clean and service very good. Food was also good. Able to walk wherever you needed to go. Also had maid service, which other hotels did not have. Front desk offered 2 bottles of water daily so did not have to spend $2-$3 per bottle else where. Beach was also nice and clean with no panhandlers constantly bothering you. Felt safe wherever we went. Nice room with an ocean view.

Overall a nice stay. The staff was pleasant, although they were short-staffed in a few areas such as the pool and poolside restaurant. The food was good in both restaurants. The amenities were ok. Favorite feature was the patio daybed swings. Close to shops and restaurants. Could use another family activity or two (bags, a pool or ping pong table) and the gift shop could use an overhaul.

We just came back, we went with 2 kids. Hotel was very clean, accommodating, rooms were beautiful. Location was perfection just steps to the beach and restaurants. Pool had live music, staff were great. I can’t wait to come back!!! Loved this hotel!

This resort is just OK. The sad part is it could be amazing! Perfect location to the beach! Has a 6th floor pool overlooking the ocean! But it not amazing!! Our suite had nothing! No cups, no silverware, no spare bedding for the pullout! The staff is average. No ones goal is to make you have an amazing stay at there hotel. They literally made us get out of the chairs we were sitting on in front of the hotel at 845p!! while we were drinking a bottle of wine because the “coffee shops closes and that’s where they store the cushions overnight”! Seriously?? None of the heat lamps or fire places were lit the entire time we were there. Garbage cans overflowing. Just not what I would expect from a Hilton. There are MANY other hotels on the strip, I definitely will never return to this one.

Looking forward to coming back again. The bed was comfortable, the staff was super helpful and kind. The pool, the views, the many comfortable spots to relax around the property were great. The location offers everything within walking distance. The only possible down side is how expensive everything is in Fort Lauderdale. We will be back for sure!

Unfortunately the housekeeping situation was very poor. One day you had towels the next you had next to none. No coffee cups for coffee maker which we continued to ask for and never got until we stood at the reception one day until they physically gave them to us. There was no consistency and several people complained. The front desk staff were all very nice and well aware of the problem but nothing was rectified. Our room on the day we arrived was not cleaned properly still left overs in the drawer after several requests finally they dealt with it. On a positive note location was perfect nice pool and great access to the beach. The main restaurant was superb sushi and steak. However the pool restaurant was mediocre. It was a shame they had these issues because it would have been great. Perhaps some new housekeepers would improve this property

Management said they would follow-up, still waiting. We were charged $40 per day for a resort fee. Which was shared on the expedia site. However, 2 of the 5 days we were provided 1 towel each for the beach. The hotel walls are very thin, no privacy. Staff needs customer services training 101.

Excellent area and located right on the beach! Room was absolutely beautiful, no complaints whatsoever. Staff is extremely nice and will accommodate your needs. Very pleased with my stay!

The was really a bad choice for us. Our room was near the elevator and it was so loud all day and all night. It was hard to sleep. Also, our room was supposed to be an ocean view room. It was not. If you looked out the door, you could almost see the ocean, but not quite. Our balcony was not private at all, and we could not even sit outside because had a bunch of people smoking cigarettes all day right next to our balcony.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Our service was excellent especially Wendy who was the hostess at the beautiful Ilios restaurant. We were very blessed to stay at this resort and they upgraded us to a beautiful room with large balcony.

Positive: Location was key, proximity to food and the beach was excellent. Room itself was very clean, sealed prior to our arrival and smelled fresh. Negative: The construction next door, the noise wasn¿t that bad and they shut down about 4PM but there was zero cleaning done on the outside balcony. Filthy railings, glass and furniture. No beach towels, none at beach or pool. Had to ask the front desk and wait 2

Our room was not what our pictures showed we were paying for. We were showed a pull out sofa we had planned to watch the super bowl on, but never had one. We were unable to use our jacuzzi tub because the jets did not work. We were also woken up by construction from next door that we were never warned about in advance. We loved this resort in the past, but this visit made us not want to stay in the future.

When arrived at my room I realized they gave me a smaller room then what I paid for which was really annoying after a long day of traveling. I guess they think guests would not notice and not ask for what they paid for.There is very loud construction going on next door so do not bother getting a nice suite with balcony. Parking is overpriced and no discount is offered for hotel guests. Suite was nice and big however you would think having a full kitchen they would supply you with dishes to use in the full kitchen. Expecting guests to buy kitchen utensils after charging over $400 a night is ridiculous and disappointing

Positive: Its ground zero for the beach strip. Pretty noisy at night with vehicles but overall, a nice experience. Ask for a quiet room - maybe on the south side away from the building construction next door.

The hotel was nice and staff very good but the construction next door woke us up at 5:30 AM every day but Sunday- loud beeping and banging - you couldnt enjoy your balcony until after work hours. Ridiculously loud.

Positive: Location and that they provided beach chairs. The S3 restaurant was also top notch. Negative: Everything was good
