Wir waren 1 Woche im Seapoint Boutique Hotel und es war eine super tolle und sehr entspannende Zeit. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer ist klasse. Auch der Pool ist wunderschön und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Auch das Essen war super lecker. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort. Der Service war hervorragend und das Personal vor Ort immer zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist traumhaft und der Pool-Bereich fantastisch. Wir kommen wieder!!

Overall is good except for 1 thing. Wi-Fi in our hotel room keeps failing every day. We have to keep informing the staff to get it fixed. Staff response is pretty quick and we are able to get on Wi-Fi.

Jättefint boende, vacker och trevlig pool med pittoresk liten bar. Lite tråkigt matutbud i restaurangen där flera rätter dessutom ofta saknas för dagen. Personalen blandat intresserad, somliga väldigt hjälpsamma och service-inriktade, andra mindre proffsiga och fokuserade, där man tex flera gånger glömmer beställnings, kommer med fel mat, personal skämtar med varandra mellan borden över huvudet på gästerna.

Cet hôtel est très calme et très bien tenu. Le management de lhôtel est très présent pour sassurer de la qualité du service.A recommender pour des couples sans enfant qui recherchent un hôtel pas très grand avec de belles prestations et la possibilité de manger sur place à midi et le soir.

Wir haben unsere 2-wöchigen Flitterwochen im Seapoint Boutique Hotel verbracht und waren begeistert. Wer ein paar schöne Tage auf Mauritius verbringen will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.Anders als in einer großen Hotelanlage geht es im Seapoint sehr familiär zu. Mit gerade einmal 23 Zimmern und vermutlich doppelt so vielen Angestellten ist dafür gesorgt, dass man rund um die Uhr verwöhnt wird. Für uns hat das damit begonnen, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft (6 Uhr morgens) ein Übergangszimmer bekommen haben um zu duschen und uns auszuruhen. Wir hatten dann das Glück für unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt ein kostenloses Upgrade zu bekommen. Die Zimmer inklusive Meerblick sind wunderschön und werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Am Blick über den Infinity-Pool ins Meer kann man sich wahrscheinlich niemals satt sehen. Der Strand ist nicht der schönste, jedoch ist mit Mon Choisy ein Traumstrand quasi ums Eck.Das Frühstück und Abendessen in Menüform sind immer lecker. Sollte einem die Auswahl zum Abendessen nicht passen, besteht die Möglichkeit aus der Karte eine Alternative zu wählen. Mittags hat man die Möglichkeit Snacks oder richtige Mahlzeiten am Pool zu sich zu nehmen.Das Hotel bietet eine Delfin-Tour an, die wir mitgemacht haben und weiterempfehlen können. Außerdem hat das Hotel für uns einen Fotografen organisiert, der von uns einige Bilder im Hochzeits-Outfit gemacht hat.´

Sehr schönes Hotel am privaten Stand mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Im gesamten Hotel schöne Deko, Farben und Einrichtung durch. Die Mitarbeiter sind hervorragend, extrem freundlich, erfüllen jeden Wunsch, sind sehr bemüht, organisieren Transfer/Touren/geben Tipps, nehmen sich Zeit sich mit Gästen auszutauschen und sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Ein ruhiges Hotel allerdings hauptsächlich für Paare.Super Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, romantisches 4-Gänge-Menü (bei Vor & Hauptspeise 2 Gerichte zur Auswahl), Wein zwar teuer dafür aber nicht-alk.Getränke zu guten Preisen und Cocktails gibt es bereits für 7 €. Was man verbessern könnte ist, daß das Fischgericht eine recht kleine Portion ist (Männer könnten hungrig bleiben) während das andere Auswahlgericht im Vergleich eine Riesenportion ist. Ein toller Sänger hat das Dinner mit live Musik abgerundet. Die Bar am Pool ist klein dafür ist der Barkeeper Anoop sehr herzlich und mixt hervorragende Cocktails (auch vieles das nicht auf der Karte steht). Im Wasser haben sich die letzten Wochen teils Algen gebildet die das Schwimmen im Moment leicht erschweren. Man kann sehr weit ins flache Meer gehen allerdings eher mit Badeschuhen. Einzig verbesserungsbedürftiger Punkt: Fernseher nur 7 Sender und alle in französisch. In der Wintersaison ist es früh dunkel und s regnet öfters, da wäre Fernsehen zwischendurch angenehm. Unabhängig davon: absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, war ein sehr schöner und entspannender Aufenthalt.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seapoint, we stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of our trip in Mauritius and we didnt want to leave. So where to start....Rooms and location. Rooms are beautiful clean, airy and well designed. Our room had a great view and lovely balcony, as do pretty much all the rooms at the hotel.Food. Breakfast is outstanding, a really great selection of cheese, cold cuts, breads, fruits and sweets. A special mention for the wonderful Eggs Benedict which even had a pinch of truffle, delicious. Dinner and lunch options were also excellent we didnt eat every night at the hotel but easily could have. Only slight grumble would be prices are very high end.Service. The service was faultless and the staff couldnt do enough to help us throughout the stay. Staff were extremely polite, attentive and always had a big smile. Well done to the whole team for making the stay so special.Negatives? We did find prices very high at the hotel especially 220rupee for a can of Beer, this was a bit much as most places charge 100-120rupee. The private beach is beautiful but there are lots of corals so its not the most ideal for swimming. Also you just miss the sunset which is a bit of a shame. But you only have to walk to Mount Choisy beach which is 10 minutes away for amazing sunset.Overall I couldnt recommend staying at Seapoint more highly, you are guaranteed to have a relaxing, comfortable and memorable time.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wunderbar. Hotel mit Seele. Hier versucht man einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Kulinarisch hervorragend, super Küche. Service sehr freundlich und bemüht. Pool und die Anlage immer ordentlich. Zimmer sehr schön und tadellos gepflegt. Ein ruhiger Platz zum Entspannen.

Un hotel pequeno pero con trato excelente! El personal esta muy atento al cliente para hacer de la estancia algo especial. Desayuno muy bueno con viennoiserie, sumos frescos, pan bueno, y mas cosas. Piscina infinity de lujo y vistas geniales. El unico punto negativo es el precio de las comidas/cenas, bastante exhorbitantes comparado con la isla, aunque la calidad debe ser muy buena por lo que nos comentaron. Yo no volvere a hoteles en mauricio pero lo recomendaria. Mencion especial a faizal, akash y atish por el buen trato

The hotel is placed between two stunning Mauritian beaches and they allow guests to borrow bicycles to explore the area. In addition to the wonderful rooms and quality boutique service, we can recommend the hotel for any other guests.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were outstanding. We were met at the door and offered refreshments in the bar, with a fantastic sea view, while our bags were taken to the room. Check in was done at the table. As the name suggests, it is a boutique hotel - so relatively few guests, which gives it a very friendly atmosphere. There is a small pool to cool off with a poolside bar for refreshments. There are sufficient sun loungers and bean bags around the pool and on the beach. The hotel has paddle boards and sea kayaks for guest use. To top it all, the food is outstanding!

I stayed for 4 nights in Seapoint boutique Hotel. It is a lovely small hotel, romantic atmosphere, very quiet (just adults), super friendly staff (especially Vishnu, Manav, Yusra, Rashvan and Nick), great spa service. The hotel has nice private beach, but it is small and rocky. The hotel has a nice restaurant that serves a delicious food for dinner. However, they need to improve the breakfast. Regarding the swimming pool, it is small and they need to make it bigger.They provide some free activities such as bicycles, kayaking and snorkling. However, they need to work professionally on outside excursions. There is nothing around the hotel, but the Grand Bay area is about 8 minutes by car. In addition, there is a shopping mall about 10 minutes by car. You can use the bicycles to go there.In general, I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Stayed in July 2019..Nice place to chilled and unwind..not too crowded with human traffic. Staffs were friendly especially Mr Manav and Pooja. Suites are on 2nd floor with terrace and deluxe room on the ground with easy access to the beach. Nice view of the ocean and Sunrise within meters but nobody swim as there’s lots of corals so take a bicycle provided by the hotel and go to Mon Choisy beach around the corner for a swim and sunset. Breakfast choice was limited and the same daily . No Room service so u can’t dine at ur terrace and dinner ends at 2130hrs so if ur hungry after that time, too bad.. Renting a vehicle is a must to go elsewhere for food and varieties. Basic water sports activities is provided free by the hotel but since there’s tons of corals, it’s basically useless

Service at Seapoint is nothing less than outstanding! My boyfriend and I did a quick overnight here before a catamaran trip and didnt want to leave. From the welcome drinks during orientation to the birthday cake my boyfriend was surprised with, the staff did everything to make our stay wonderful. Location is ideal if youre looking for a serene getaway. Youre far from the bustle of Grand Baie which was what we wanted. The Beach is small and rocky, but you have a gorgeous view that can also be taken in from the pool. All the rooms seem to have a sea view. My only suggestion would be to request a room closer to the water as it would provide more privacy. We had the furthest room back and it seemed that anyone in the courtyard or on their own balcony could see well into our room. Wifi wasnt the best, but this isnt a place you come to spend in front of a computer screen. Unfortunately, I work remotely so I had to and this was an issue given the slow speed. The room made great use of the space and beds were comfortable and shower strong. Drinks from the bar at the beach were delicious and fairly priced, although we waited almost 25 minutes for our order to be made. Overall, our stay was amazing. The staff at this hotel really make you feel taken care of and I would happily stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt romantisch an einer schönen Bucht, beim Frühstück / Nachtessen sieht man direkt aufs Meer, auf Wunsch kann man vorne am Strand essen. Keine Abendunterhaltung, somit ruhig.2 Tage vor Anreise erhielten wir ein EMail, dass die gebuchte Villa nicht zur Verfügung steht und wir uns mit einer Suite abzufinden haben. Das Hotel bietet kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Teekocher/Nesperessomaschine, tägliches Auffüllen findet nicht statt. Das Nachtessen ist ein 4-Gänge Menu, man kann aus 2 Vor- und Hauptspeisen wählen, was aus unserer Sicht nicht wirklich zeitgerecht ist. Eine vegetarische Abänderung der Vorspeise endet dann täglich in einem grünen Salat. Die Speisen sind geschmacklich gut, werden teilweise leider nur lauwarm serviert und Fleisch eher durchgebraten. Unbedingt Brötchen nehmen... diese sind wirklich gut und sind auch für Wenigesser zum satt werden hilfreich. Das Früstück umfangreich, jedoch täglich mit gleichbleibend aufgebaut. Das Brot ist frisch, leider einfach alles nur von der gleichen Sorte. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist perfekt. Käse, Schinken und Wurstwaren sind von billigster Qualität. Im Zimmer funktioniert alles und es ist noch nichts abgenutzt, Wifi funktionierte nur lückenhaft und wenig stabil. Das Hotel stellt kostenlose Mountainbike zur Verfügung, diese sehen ordentlich aus. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lovely, small Boutique Hotel, relaxed and quiet atmosphere, very personalized and attentive friendly service. Nice, airy rooms in cool aquatic colors, delicious food. We loved the suite with the big balcony and seaview. (All rooms have sea view!) Swimming right in front of hotel not really possible as coral reef very nesr and water too shallow, but fantastic Mon Choisy and Trou aux Biches Beaches adjoining.

The level of service at this hotel was exceptional. The food was excellent, the room perfect, the beach gorgeous. The staff was consistently polite and helpful. As an example, they let us check out at 6 p.m. because we had a late flight with ho additional charge. Highly recommended.

Petite structure dune vingtaine de chambre. Personnel très sympathique, chambre très très propre, très bien agencée et très confortable. Juste des petits soucis de connexion et déconnection dinternet assez réguliers et très mauvaise réception des chaines TV.Extérieur très agréable également, la piscine est magnifique, à taille humaine.Lensemble de lhôtel a été entièrement rénové et est vraiment très bien décoré.Il serait bien davoir dans les chambres les tarifs du mini bar et du restaurant.

Wir sind vielleicht mit zu hohen Erwartungen angereist - ein nettes kleines Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern - aber nicht mehr - kann nichts so richtig negatives sagen, es war absolut okay. Unklar ist woher die ganzen hervorragenden Bewertungen stammen.

Kleines, ruhiges Hotel mit separaten Strandabschnitt. Kayakverleih, Standup-Paddeling. Pool.Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und sehr sauber, wie das ganze Hotel. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service, unbedingt HP buchen, sehr gute Küche. Kleiner Spa-Bereich, die Massagen waren toll!

Hotel is perfect for a relaxing stress free holiday . Attentive staff warm and welcoming. The hotel is run by the best management team and reflex’s in the staff who work there. Couldn’t fault the dining experience well worth going half board.

Sehr schöne Suiten (das sind alle Zimmer im Obergeschoss), sehr gutes Restaurant, super freundliches Personal, tolles DesignBitte beachten:Wer Halbpension (sehr zu empfehlen) gleich bucht, zählt nur 18 Euro/Person. Wer vor Ort aufbuchen möchte bezahlt 30 Euro/Person. Großer Makel im Service: uns hat man per Mail erst versucht die Halbpension für 42 Euro/Person zu verkaufen. Das haben wir nicht angenommen. Vor Ort hat es dann für jeden 30 Euro gekostet. Schade, das hat das Hotel überhaupt nicht nötig.

Terrible rude service! No internet, 3 star hotel,small pool, dirty beach, expensive drinks, 4 sets of pool chairs Was in room 206, over the restaurant close to the staff door to the kitchen, heard dishes and doors opening/closing constantl, not quite at all. Far away from Grand Bay and not a store or a restaurant around. Need a rental car for sure! The check-in staff rude, did not crack a smile. Breakfast hours are like military operation, ends exactly at 10:00 and allegedly is open till 10:30 am but not good for vacationer types whom like to sleep in. Breakfast is extremely poor (not one single fruit item and I have pictures to prove), Some bread/jam, old pieces of cheese and nasty looking Ham. You can boil eggs but they take the machine away really fast. First day, I got a descent Latte, the second day the same request was served as regular coffee with cold milk, asked for tea that exits in the room and was told that is not available. No milk or even powered milk for coffee in the room and was told not available. They charge 4 Euro for coffee capsules in the rooms/Ridiculous. No assistance with transportation airport to hotel very expensive at 70 Euro. Took Bus/Taxi combination, took me 7 hours to get to the hotel & management could have cared less. Informed them about my 50th birthday, not a card, I was accused that my birthday had passed & all I wanted was a free cake. Ordered drinks over the pool and was denied the pastries as you must order tea/cofee. $30 4 breakfast.

... sagte meine Partnerin auf meine Frage, ob ihr etwas Negatives zum Hotel einfallen würde. Tja, wenn es sonst nichts gab? In der Tat: das Hotel ist neu, ausgesprochen geschmackvoll und hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Essen ist ganz hervorragend! Wir haben jedes unserer sechs Abendessen sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist mit 23 Zimmern sehr klein und dadurch ruhig und persönlich. Vom Strand des Hotels aus lässt es sich innerhalb einer Stunde zu zwei der schönsten Inselstrände laufen, da die Küste in Mauritius komplett öffentlich ist. Die Rezeption organisiert auf Wunsch die üblichen Touren. Freunde von Boutique-Hotels werden das Hotel zur ihrer Liste der Lieblingsorte hinzu fügen!

The hotel has a nice pool with cute rooms and a good view from the pool/beach. Some staff are great like Abhi and Surage but others are poor communicators and often gave incorrect information. One staff member in particular really poorly impacted our stay and made us feel very uncomfortable. It started with this manager Suggesting we go to “a great restaurant” on our second night. This restaurant turned out to be on a loud main road and the food was revolting. It transpired this restaurant was his friend’s restaurant. After we mentioned this situation to the hotel’s GM, it transpired that this wasn’t the first time that this manager had sent guests to his friends Restaurant. From that day forward this particular manager behaved towards us in a way I can only describe as creepy and slightly antagonistic. The food at the hotel is fine but gets very repetitive after more than 3 or 4 days (especially breakfast). Best to only stay a short time and move to another hotel. There is no cute town to walk into. The streets have no pavements so very dangerous to walk anywhere due to all the cars speeding by. The area feels very desolate and decrepit. A taxi to the mall is the best option (and it isn’t Amazing), and this will take 10-15 min by car at about £14 return. The hotel takes a commission so instead of 400 rupees, through the hotel it will cost £600. For all excursions, hotel transfers etc, book directly and not through the hotel as the mark up on everything is extortionate.

What a hidden gem! I had a very pleasant and quiet eeekend after two weeks in 2 bigger, chain 4 and 5 star hotels hotels in Mauritius. A very friendly staff, spectacular views, 2 minutes walk to the kiddie-friendly Canonnier beach, gourmet dinner... what more to ask? The rooms design is also nice and original.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit superfreundlichen Personal und Restaurant auf hohem Nivea. Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und sauber, immer in Ordnung gehalten vom Hotelpersonal. Sehr schöne Erfahrung und gerne weiter zuempfehlen.

Wunderschönes, kleines Hotel direkt am Strand (im Wasser viele Korallen, für Sandstrand- Schwimmer eher ungeeignet) Das Team ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und das Essen ein Traum!

We spent one night at sea point at the end of our stay in Mauritius and it was flawless from start to finish. The staff were fantastic and the property was well maintained and fresh. The menu options were limited for a vegi but the chef made me something unique, tasty and delicious.Special mention for Yusra on reception who should be poached immediately by a big international hotel as she has front office / guest relations / concierge manager written all over her. Gaita from the spa has magic hands and gave one of the best massages I have ever had.They provided changing facilities for early check in and very late check out for free letting us use the pool, towels etcWe will be back but for much longer

Remodeled nice rooms, however the most difficult, unfriendly and rude management ever! I was celebrating my 50th birthday, however it was on June 4th, I was told that all I wanted was a Free Cake. They made me feel so terrible that I left very bitter. They tried to charge me an extra $28 dollars for some toast and coffee. The worse breakfast I have ever had anywhere, with no choices whatsoever. The hours are like a military operation, closes exactly at 10 am. The internet does not work and it is so frustrating to get any sort of work or social media done. I was ripped off of 7 hours on arrival because they refused to offer me a ride (or even discounted) advertised on their web. Much would have preferred to have been there earlier after my 12 pm arrival, however instead they ruined my day and I arrived at 10 pm, no food after 10 pm. I starved. Not even some bread. The people that work at this hotel are unprofessional. They wanted to call the police, because I refused to pay them the $28 for toast and coffee. They would not give me a silly afternoon cake, although my buddy and I ordered bunch of drinks. Then, they said, go and have the cake but the gesture was so rude and of course I said No. They made me feel as an unwanted person, knowing that I was there to advertise for their hotel and write about their property for a couple of luxury magazines, they made me so bitter and angry. They would not let me leave till nearly 5 pm on check out threatening to call the police!
