부모님과 함께왔구요 ㅎㅎ 깨끗한 침구, 서비스 다 만족스럽구요. 가격대비 조식 최고입니다!!!진짜 맛있어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 쌀국수랑 오믈렛 시켜먹구했는데 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 여기 커피가 . 까페보다 맛잇음

깨끗하고 좋은데 1박 없이 그냥 가서 4시간 하려면 30만 동임.투숙하고 4시간 추가하면 10만 동이던데...여튼 너무 깨끗해서 맨발로 돌아다녀도 무관함.다만 전기 들어오는 카드 넣는 곳이 호텔 카드 이외에 아무것도 안 돼서 시원해지려면 겁나 기다려야 함.참고로 슈페리어랑 디럭스랑 방 크기 차이는 쫌 있는데 가격차가 적은 게 디럭스는 에어컨 위치가 현관문~ 화장실 끼인 복도에 있어 침실과 거리가 너무 멀어서 너무 더움.슈페리어는 바로 옆에 에어컨이라 금방 시원해짐.

일단 가성비가 너무 좋음. 그리고 직원들이 매우 친절하며 하노이에 대해 자세히 알려줌. 그리고 무엇보다 뷔페식 조식니 진짜 맛있음. 하노이 오면 또 여기서 묵을 예정. 직원 신디아에게 감사를.

친절은 그냥 다른 호텔 만큼 합니다 대단하진 않구요. 지금 옆 건물 공사중이라 해뜨면 관광 나갔다가 해 떨어지면 들어오셔야 합니다. 공사 소리 화날 정도 입니다. 조식은 6만원 짜리 숙박에 이정도면 휼륭하죠.

4일 머물렀는데, 3일 이상이면 픽업서비스를 무료로 받을 수 있습니다. 근처에 맛집이 있고 호안끼엠 가까워서 관광하기 참 좋아요.창문 있는 방 원하시면 executive이상인 방을 선택하기, 호텔비용을 현금으로 계산하지 않으시면 3%카드 수수료가 붙는데, 미리 알려주지는 않더라구요. 그래도 매우 만족스럽게 머물다 갔습니다. 참, 호텔로 직접 예약하는것이 더 쌌습니다.

체크인부터 체크아웃 까지 친절하고 즐거운 대화가 오고가는 시간이었습니다. 웰컴쥬스,이른체크인,목욕서비스 등 기대이상의 서비스와 친절함은 대접 받았습니다.

깨끗하고 친절하고 조식맛있고 위치도 아주 최고였음!♡♡♡♡♡!! 옆방 문여는 소리가 가끔 들렸지만 귀마개도 구비되어있어서 아주 꿀잠 잤음. 스파마사지도 친절하구 깨끗하구 30%할인해줘서 좋았지만 근처에 네스트 스파가 더 좋았음ㅋㅋ;조식은 우유푸딩이 정말 맛있어서 잊을수 없음..♡사진은 3박째에 찍은거라 좀 지저분해 보일수 있으나 첫날에는 침대위에 장미꽃이 있었음ㅎㅎㅎ

하노이에서 최고의 선택이었던듯 싶다! 직원들 정말 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고 접근성도 좋다. 웰컴 드링크와 과일을 줄 뿐만 아니라 주위 맛집과 관광지 등을 친절하게 설명해줘서 좋았다. 조식도 정말 맛있고 생일이라고 서프라이즈 파티도 해줬다. 예약하면 픽업 서비스 안내 메일을 보내주는데, 진짜 편하게 공항 왕복을 할 수 있다. 투어 안내 및 예약도 해주고 환전도 할 수 있어서 편했다. 진짜 직원들이 너무 친절해서 감동 또 감동!!!!!!

엄마랑 둘이 갔어요. 직원이 영어를 유창하게 하는 편이고, 아주 친절합니다. 조식도 괜찮고, 호안끼엠에서 적당히 떨어져(도보 15분?) 시끄럽지 않고 좋았어요. Spa에서 발맛사지 75분 받았는데, 엄마가 아주 만족하셨어요 :)

매우 친절합니다. 깨끗하고 아침 조식 잘 나오고 퍼짜쭈엔(백종원 쌀국수) 아주 가깝습니다. 위치도 호안끼엠 호수와 10분 ~15분 걸음 거리로 주변 볼거리 및 맛집이 많습니다.

6만원 중후반대였고, 과일바구니와 스낵, 음료, 맥주까지 무료로 줬음. 슈페리얼? 암튼 좋았음!!

I am sorry my review was so late. I stayed there almost a year ago, but I still remember having a great time. The room interior was very pretty with flower assortment. The furniture was antique. The welcome snack and Lotus tea were so good. The breakfast Vietnamese buffet was very delicious. The lady at the front door was amazingly attentive. She helped me find a taxi company no to be overcharged. I definitely want to go back when visiting Vietnam. Thank you so much.

This hotel has been permanently closed due to Covid-19 situation. It has been over one month but still not yet refunded. Wish other customers dont get through what I had. Hotels.com should update the availability.

When we had arrived to the hotel, they had upgraded our room. It was very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating. I was very impressed with the hotel. I wish i would of known earlier about this hotel, since i had stayed the previous week in Ha noi for 3 days at another hotel. This will now be my go to hotel when i go to Ha noi every year. The free breakfast was also very good.

Staff was wonderful. Before I arrived, they were very responsive to my emails. Breakfast was great! Room was small and cozy. My only complaint was the room had an unpleasant odor, but they would spray each time I requested. I think if they changed the filters in the air conditioner the smell would probably go away. I would definitely stay there again!

The level of service by Danny Boy and his staff was superb.They were all so kind , courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable and nice and quiet. The location was superb to all that the Old Quarter had to offer. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Hanoi visit.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in Oldtown. Von dort ist alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit und Zustand sind ok. Frühstück ist ausgiebig und vielfältig !!! Gerne wieder.

Staff was great - very helpful and quick to respond. Breakfast was good. Room smelled musty and the AC never fully cooled and dehumidified our room. Soaps were not great. Complimentary fruit came with coffee and water in room - very nice. Great location - just a few blocks from night market and many other fun things.

Ils nous ont proposé de nous garder nos sacs à dos pour la journée et avant de reprendre l’avion qui était qu’à 23 h de prendre une douche . Ce qui est très appréciable après une journée balade dans hanoi .petit dej fabuleux en bref un excellent hôtel allez y les yeux fermés . Et en France nous pouvons prendre exemple de cet accueil

This is a great place in the old quarter to stay. Really easy to get to all the sights. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good too.

The staff at Serene Boutique Hotel was very welcoming from the time we came into the front door. They provided breakfast and an afternoon tea and had a restaurant that served exquisite food. When I needed help getting to some local places, they assisted with transportation and made sure that the price was lower than the usual and that the driver knew exactly where to take me.

The staff went above and beyond to help you. They were also extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices for everyone. The free afternoon tea was a nice touch.
