고풍스러운 분위기. 친절한 직원. 아침식사는 잊을수 없는 추억이 되었음

다른 유럽의 호텔보다 넓어서 마음에 들었어요주방기구도 있고 좋았습니다다만 광장에서 거리가 좀 있어서 걸어야 해요

Gut gelegenes Hotel.Personal an der Rezeption nett und freundlich aber auch nicht mehr- Man war Gast - und der wurde abgearbeitet.Die Lobby wurde als Frühstücksraum genutzt. Die Speisen befanden sich in einem kleinem Nebenzimmer. Am Hoteleingang und im Bereich hingen zwar Hinweise bezüglich der Maskenpflicht etc., jedoch wurde auf die Beachtung der Coronaschutzmaßnahmen wohl nicht ganz so großen Wert gelegt. In dem kleinen Raum, in dem Speisen angeboten wurden, hielten sich häufig mehr als zwei Gäste auf (teilweise ohne Maske). Einige Hotelgäste latschten von einer Seite des Frühstücksbereich quer durch den Saal zur anderen Seiten, um sich dort Getränke zu holen - Ohne Maske und mehrfach. Alles unter Augen der Rezeption, die sich ja in der Lobby befand. Ein entsprechender Hinweis an die Gäste erfolgte jedoch nicht. Handwerker kamen in die Lobby und unterhielten sich während der Frühstückszeiten mit der Angestellten der Rezeption - Maske? = Fehlanzeige.Vor dem Betreten des (kleinen) Fahrstuhls, stieg erst einmal der Reinigungsmann mit seinem Wäschewagen aus dem Fahrstuhl - auch ohne Maske.....Naja, das war natürlich nicht so toll.Ansonsten sauberes Hotel, gut gelegen, Frühstück ok, Parkplatzsituation schlecht.

Soweit alles gut. Allerdings liegt das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Daher habe ich Ohropax benötigt. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Gutes Frühstück. Alles in allem durchaus zu empfehlen.

The staff was amazing! We stopped at the wrong train station and they helped us get where we needed to go - so helpful. Rooms are great, just what we needed after a long day of travel. Try the Italian restaurant just down the street - such great food and service!!

Very good set up, easy check in and out, friendly helpful staff, very nice modern rooms, comfy beds. Very good hotel.

Stilvoll renoviertes Hotel nahe der Altstadt, wir hatten ein großes und ruhiges Zimmer im 4. Stock. Das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) war tiptop, das Bett dank neuer - und recht fester - Matratze auch für einen angeknacksten Rücken geeignet. Liebevoll zusammengestelltes Frühstücksbuffet mit leckeren Brötchen. Freundlicher Service, Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für ein paar entspannte Urlaubstage in Heidelberg.

We were woken up at 6.30am by the fire alarm because someone apparentlyburnt the toast, staff did not apologise or even really acknowledge an issue as people all made theyre easy down the stairs. Apart from this the hotel is well located with easy walk too the old town (20 minutes), rooms are large and we had a kitchenette.Note a quiet hotel though as positioned on a corner of a main road

Wir waren für eine Nacht in Heidelberg. Unser 3 Bett-Zimmer war riesig.Es gab sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile mit ensprechend Geschirr, 2Kochplatten, Spüle, Kühlschrank. Der Kühlschrank hatte sogar ein richtiges Eisfach, so dass die Kühlakkus von unserer Kühlbox am nächsten Tag wieder aufgeladen waren. Toll!!! Das Hotel war sauber und es gab ein Frühstück, bei dem nichts gefehlt hat. Allerdings war das Frühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten was wir aber wussten.Toll war dass es für die Hotelgäste in der Lobby Mineralwasser, Tee und Kaffee zur Selbstbedienung gab ohne zusätzliche Kosten.Bei unserem nächsten Heidelberg-Trip wohnen wir sicher wieder hier. Das Hotel liegt nah an der Altstadt, so dass wir fußläufig alles erreichen konnten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt!

I loved the Haribo Bears left on my pillow and the lip balm at the front desk. Also, the ladies at the front desk suggested a delicious Italian Restaurant down the street, Trattoria 37.

Great front office staff. They were helpful, answered a ton of questions, gave suggestions of where to go visit, asked how everything was and if we needed anything else, and gave us a departure gift. Cute little building divided up into rooms. Old style key entrance, huge windows, large bathroom.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen und hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Von hier aus kann man gut in die Altstadt gelangen. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Sehr stilvolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Grosszügige Lobby mit gratis Tee/Gebäck und Früchten. Wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Unterkunft für ein romantisches Wochenende. Großes Zimmer mit Küche und großem Bad mit Badewanne. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten, die den Aufenthalt entspannter machen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Als Pärchen würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer ( Zimmer 118 ) mit kleiner Küche und schönem Bad. Mit Fernsehen und kleinem Schreibtisch und einer netten Lichtanbiente war das Zimmer ausgestattet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Reception die immer besetzt war. 5 min Fußweg zur Innenstadt

I was in Heidelberg 3 days for business and needed a nice, clean, quiet place to stay in. At first I was given a room that faced the street and as Im a light sleeper I asked to be moved which they did graciously, the only drawback was that section of the hotel didnt have an elevator which I didnt care about. The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated with excellent heating. Breakfast was not included in my stay but for 9 Euros you couldnt ask for more. Great spread of breads, meats, cheeses, eggs and pancakes with real maple syrup every day. And they always have hot water and tea and coffee out throughout the day, often with a pastry to accompany your sweet tooth. A great stay.

We had a nice big, corner room for my wife, son, and I. Nice location for Heidelberg, park and walk everywhere from the hotel. Very nice hotel, seems newly remodeled. We enjoyed it very much.

Nice location to local sights. Much to do..Room was barebones nothing fancy but very clean..first impression was, this is college furnishings. Small ironing board. Bed was standard European still of two twins slid together..bath tub was small. Water was good pressure and very hot..hotel lift was small and old school. Staircase was rounded so stairs were steep..classy but be careful. All day tea, coffee in the lobby was useful..only about seven minutes taxi from main train station. 28 min walk to the castle..lots of shopping near by..hotel staff were friendly breakfast was nine euros per person..again very clean nice stay. Might have gotten a better price...could have had a few more pillows only two small ones ...

Super 3*S Hoyel - guter Gegend in Heidelberg - great value for money. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein preiswertes Fruehstueck.

Freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Alles gut erreichbar...auch zu Fuß.

Es war sehr schön alle ganz freundlich auch das frühstück war sehr fein uns hat es so gut gefallen auch eure Stadt ist so richtig schön es wäre eine 2.te reise wert.

The room was extremely clean and quiet, everything in this hotel is really nice.The staff was super helpful, even attending to special non-trivial requests!I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back to it next time in Heidelberg.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was bigger than the other rooms we stayed in on our trip. The hotel was nicely updated, the staff was so friendly and the location was close enough to old town. It was about a 15 minutes walk and we love walking. The only inconvenience I’d mention is there was no elevator to get to our room. There was one elevator to get to one side of the hotel with some rooms, but the main part you had to take the stairs. We were traveling with a toddler and we had 2 luggages and a stroller and getting up to the first floor wasn’t fun at all. But we still loved our stay there! I totally recommend it!
