중앙역에서 가깝고 무엇보다 공원이 앞에 있고 근방에 미술관, 콘서트홀 등 각종 문화센터들이 모여있는 좋은 위치에 있다.아파트형이라 주방은 물론 세탁 등 잠자리도 편했고 만족스러웠다.뭔가 음식을 해먹는 등의 생활이 가능한 점이 마음에 들었고 호텔보다 핀란드 생활권에 들어와 사는 느낌이 들어 좋았다. 다시한번 더 방문하고 싶다 :D

공원 앞에 있어서 운동하기 좋다

친구커플과의 여행으로 두 개의 침실이 있는 방을 빌려 사용했습니다. 서울로치면 용산에 위치한 신식 레지던스형 호텔입니다. 침대와 침구류 모두 좋고 주방시설과 식기들이 완벽했고 널찍하고 근사한 테라스도 인상깊었습니다. 핀란디아홀과 이어지는 공원을 끼고 있고 Toolo bay를 산책하거나 조깅하기에 매우 좋은 숙소입니다. 리셉션은 크리스마스겸 연말이라 그랬는지 비어있을때가 많았지만, 전화하면 바로 응대해주었습니다. 지하1층 사우나 꼭 이용하십시오. 1인당 1시간 10유로 절대 후회하지 않습니다. 최소 한시간전에 예약하면 됩니다. 쾌활하고 전문적인 직원들입니다.

굉장히 깔끔하고, 가족이나 단체로 숙소 잡기에는 최고입니다. 기차역에서도 가깝고, 안내데스크 직원분도 친철하게 잘 알려주십니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 올것 입니다.

방도 깔끔하고 주변도 조용해서 좋았습니다. 주방 시설이 잘 되어있었는데요. 특히 식기류가 다 이딸라 제품이라 좋았네요. 저는 가장 작은방을 빌렸는데 침대가 쇼파겸용 침대같은거라 그 부분이 아쉬웠습니다.

우리나라로 치면... 용산 같은 곳에 위치한 아파트형 호텔. 시설 좋음. 조리됨. 헬싱키가 작아서 도심에서 조금 벗어나 있지만 걸어서도 이동 가능한 거리

숙소내부 짱좋습니다! 방온도는 그렇게 올라가지는 않지만 그래도 따뜻한편이고 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 이쁩니다! 카운터 핸썸가이 또 보고싶어요ㅎㅎ

Great location, home from home will stay there again

Extremely clean & modern. Easy & clear directions to follow regarding check in, when someone was not able to meet me. The location was so convenient and perfect. Quiet & relaxing. Loved the balcony. Wish I could have stayed longer. If ever in Helsinki, I would totally stay here at Allonkoti again.

This far exceeded my expectations and I wish I could have enjoyed longer and learned about it earlier on previous trips as quite cost effective compared to traditional hotels. Beautiful upkeep, high end appliances, incredible views. The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative leading into my arrival - which as a foreigner was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Great apartment with everything that we could want. It was clean, comfortable and warm ( vital for February in Helsinki!)

We had a best and pleasant stay. We want to give an compliment to the staff. she is very nice and helpful, we do really appreciate the late check out on Christmas Eve. Or else we will end up wandering on quiet street. Everything is prefect. Clean. Kitchen appliances. Hot water supply. Heater. Balcony. TV. Basically they have everything you need. Forget to mention they have balcony too. Either Instructions on the iPad or on paper is clear and helpful. Very near to train station and the city town. Definitely will stay here again if we visit Helsinki.

Lovely spacious apartment for four of us with all mod cons. Great location, nice and quiet and convenient. Only negative points was the rain/hail hitting the metal window sill sounded like someone playing a tin drum outside the bedroom all night. Also more than one dishwasher tablet (we were there for five nights) would have been appreciated

Convenient, comfortable, classy. The office staff were gracious. Close to all major cultural venues- most a 5-10 minute walk. Well appointed kitchen and nearby supermarket and the bonus of a washer-dryer unit in the apartment! I will definitely use again when visiting Helsinki.

Self sufficient centrally located all train and tram stations at walking distance...main shopping area walkable

I needed a room for just one night and couldnt find a hotel with availability at the price I was looking for. I ended up in this small studio appartment at Aallonkoti and was very pleasently surprised. Everything was just perfect about it. It was not so close to the busy areas of the city, but just a small walking distance from the train station. I had no intention of using the kitchen, but I ended up eating in my appartment after a short trip to the nearby supermarket for dinner. I would rent there again any time.

The staff, Ringa, was extremely helpful and answered our every enquiry with detailed explanation and patience. The place was very cosy and homey. The balcony was perfect for a bbq if its not too cold and windy. I would definitely stay here again next time I come back.

Very new and clean. Next to Central Station and walking distance to central Helsinki and attractions. Amenities could be better. Bed was sofa bed which lacks support. Otherwise quite good.

Again it was very nice, this time I had a smaller room (Studio) which means no normal bed, just a better couch. It was alright for me but for two persons maybe not so comfortable. Anyway I can sgtrongly recommend this place as you have a nice view and it is just 5 minutes walking to the main station and the city.

Despite informing staff that I would be arriving early, travel time from Naples, FL of 16 hours I arrived AFTER noon and was charged an extra 30 Euros, totally unacceptable for a week long stay. The 2 girls were friendly and helpful at reception but seemed unaware or unable to do anything about this additional fee. Despite paying for the early cleaning, both frying pans were dirty. No extra garbage bags supplied (1) for a week stay. The bed was atrocious as soon as I saw it I knew it would be a problem, and informed the girl but she said she had nothing else available. The bed is a couch with an additional roll out bed next to it on wheels. The couch portion was comfortable, but the rollout was stiff AND if you moved towards the other bed, the rollout bed would slide opening up a space between, this happened several times. On Friday night despite quiet time rules for the building outlined in the services manual, loud rock and roll was played until well after midnight. After 2 sleepless nights despite having paid for the full week, we decided to decamp and visit Tallinn, Estonia for the weekend and stayed in a wonderful hotel. Unfortunately we had to return on Monday. The carpet in the apt was dirty AND stained in several places and the appliances although modern are fussy/busy so despite being in briefed on them we still had to pull out the svc manual to use them and one of us was European and I lived in Europe for 13 years. The blackout curtains do not fully block light.

An excellent spot and very nice apartment - note we had a few bags so it was very handy that I had red a review so took a taxi from train station to the check in place and then got the key (very quick check in) while taxi waited and then got it taxi to take us to apartment. In the heat and with the bags would have been very hard otherwise!

First, this is an apartment, not a hotel; hence, 3 rating on staff because theres no staff on the premises. If you want full staff, then find a hotel.The apartment is located right next to Helsinki Central Rail Station which has direct rail link to the airport. The studio apartment is, as they say in the business, well appointed. It has a functioning kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, under-counter oven and over counter microwave oven. And it also has a washing machine. The construction of the building is typically Finnish: double double glazing windows, double doors (exterior and interior doors)--good for window but must be a PITA during hot summers. Like all Finnish buildings, this one has a sauna in the basement too. Dinnerware, glassware, silverware are made by iittala and not some cheap Ikea stuff. And the furnishings in the studio are also upmarket.This place is perfect for families traveling together.

Ganz nah am Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig. Toll geschnittenes, modernes Apt., riesiger umglaster Balkon mit tollem Blick auf den schönen Finlandia Park mit kleinem See. Netter Empfang.Warum es allerdings den Zusatz Hotel im Namen hat weiß ich nicht. Es sind Ferienwohnungen ohne jeglichen Hotelservice.

Das Appartement war einfach top, sehr sauber und die Dame vom Empfang hat mich bis zum Zimmer begleitet um mir alles zu zeigen, wirklich sehr engagiert.
