침대 푹신하고 깨끗하고 친절하다. 2만원정도 가격에 너무 많은 걸 바라지 않는다면 좁긴해도 괜찮다.

Friendly helpfull staff. Clean down a nice hem. Only two down sides for me. Remove the key and power goes out ok but fridge also goes out. Hard asain beds as per the norm. Have stayed her many times. Not fancy but does the job

We stayed in the Kim Hotel for 3 nights in February 2018. Hotel is in a great location, central to everything you need to see and within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square Centre and lots of other shops. Shopping in Saigon was very good. The area of the hotel is in party central, so we had lots of choices for dining out and entertainment. The hotel doesnt have restaurant, but there are many small cheap restaurants in the alley where the hotel is located. The room had a balcony which was handy as my friend is a smoker The room was basic, but clean. Very good value for the price we paid. Hotel staff were very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Kim Hotel.

I arrrived after midnight and they were waiting for me. Unlike many hotels in this price range it has an elevato. There are three steps up to the elevator but the elevator works. The room was clean and quiet. The location is down a hem so a taxi has to drop you at the end and you must get your luggage twenty meters to the hotel.It is in the center of the western tourist area so getting anything you need is easy. I will stay there again.

Cétait notre première expérience au Vietnam et elle a bien commencé. Notre avion atterrissait de nuit, nous avions donc demandé que quelquun vienne nous chercher, ce qui a été très aidant et sécurisant car à 2h du matin dans un nouveau pays, on veut se faciliter les choses. La fille de la propriétaire de lhôtel dormais sur une oreille, elle nous attendais pour nous accueillir et nous donner notre chambre.La chambre était confortable et propre. Il y a un air climatisé qui est essentiel au Vietnam. La chambre était nettoyée à tous les jours. Lhôtel est situé dans une petite ruelle ce qui rend lendroit relativement tranquille, alors quaussitôt que lon sort de cette ruelle, la tumulte du Vietnam nous envahi. Lendroit est donc bien situé, facile daccès pour les diverses attractions et tranquille pour la nuit. Nous nous sommes uniquement déplacé à pied tout le long de noter séjour.Madame Kim est très agréable, disponible pour nous donner de linformation sur les choses à faire et concernée par notre sécurité, elle nous a donné quelques conseils avant de quitter pour noter première journée, très gentille.Nous recommandons cet hôtel, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Loved The Kim Hotel. We upgraded to a larger room with a balcony (if you are planning to stay here, we would recommend staying in the room with a balcony as it is large and spacious and was probably what made our stay so great!). Staff are friendly but dont hassle you, particularly with cleaning the room, they just wait until you get up and clean then (if you leave the sign asking for the room to be cleaned). They have a well secured safe in the room, which was handy as it meant that we didnt need to carry all of our things in the hot sun.The hotel is close to lots of sights (walking distance approximately 20/30 minutes) - the cathedral, national museum and reunification palace etc. Lots of good food places to eat at nearby. They lock the doors after midnight so you have to ring the bell to be let in, but this wasnt a problem as we were never kept waiting for longer than a minute!Overall just a really great place to stay for the price you pay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and would stay here again.

This is the first negative review of a hotel I have done. We had stayed at the Kien hotel opposite and had issues with the wifi so we moved to KIM as it was similar priced. We made it clear on arrival that we needed wifi to work on our laptops and the lady had said its not a problem and if we enjoy it we can book another night if someone cancels.Honestly, first impressions were good, she seemed very nice and the room was good as well. Very clean and comfy, no issues there. Wifi however was terrible, not just a little slow, I mean 50kbps (6KB/s downloading) terrible. It got so bad that we had to use another hotels wifi because it was stronger. Obviously this wasnt for us and we just put it down to the area.Heres where things went sour. She phoned us up later on and told us someone had cancelled and she can book us in for more nights. My girlfriend had politely told her that we would be moving on because we need stronger wifi, to which the receptioniat hung up. Fine, maybe she was just in a hurry. I noticed that our floor didnt have an access point but there was one on the floor below where I was getting 30mbps. When we got down stairs the receptionist started almost yelling at us, saying the wifi is fine and that they checked it. I asked if there was a room on the fourth floor and she got really abusive towards us and told us you go other hotel, no room for you. Frankly after having abuse hurled at us, it ruined our night as we were polite about everything.

Cest un hôtel familial comme parmi tant dautres dans ce quartier. Il est très bien situé dans le quartier des routards beaucoup danimation dans la soirée. Le prix est raisonnable aussi.

This is a small hotel owned by a family. They have obviously upgraded their property several times and the rooms are very nice for this price. I had a window, the AC worked, the fan worked, sufficient number of electrical outlets, the hot water worked, etc. What I really appreciated is the in-room safe to keep my belongings. The staff are very nice and greet you constantly when going in and out. They serve meals at any time of the day and evening. It tastes good.The location is good for all the things one would want to experience in District 1 of Ho Chi Min City.The only issue is that I had a friend who arrived late at night and she was not allowed to visit my room. During the day, I had no problems with visitors.

Perfect location in District 1. The service and friendliness cannot be faulted. All employees were very friendly , however Lee was especially fabulous. They all take pride in their hotel and nothing was too much touble for them. Excellent communication by email.

Balcony room was spacious, clean and comfy for an awesome price. Great location within walking distance of many things. Staff during iur check in and check out dont speak english well but we managed fine. Will stay here again

The location cannot be beat. Room is relatively comfortable and clean. Bed is okay. Not too loud despite proximity to busy area. Staff is a bit abrupt and insisted on coming into our room to refill fridge while we were sleeping.... a bit weird. Good value for money.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff werent super friendly but they werent rude either. The rooms were very clean and the hotel well maintained. The location was right by a really busy street with lots of restaurants. There just seemed to be something missing from the experience. I think there are better places to stay but for the price this hotel wasnt bad.

I cant actually comment on the Kim Hotel, as once I arrived they told me that they didnt have my room available, and moved me across the street to the Khien Hotel, which is similar, but older and not recently renovated. The Khien has an Indian restaurant as the lobby, so the smell permeates the elevator/lobby, although hallways and rooms were mostly smell-free. As I had business to take care of and just needed a place to sleep, I accepted the change, but if you stay here dont bother paying for any upgraded rooms like I did, as you will most likely not even get a room in the hotel you chose. Otherwise the room was basic but ok for a few days, decent selection of cable channels and a small balcony, although most of the lights didnt work but the two main industrial fluorescent tubes in the bathroom and bedroom. Hot water was iffy at times,and flow a bit weak, but overall not a terrible place to stay if you want to be near the walking street and other daytime sights in District 1.

This is a great little hotel in the action but not in the action, what I mean is this is on an alley way between both party streets but if you need sleep at night it is quite. Nothing really negitive to say about this place other than the beds are hard, but that seems to be the norm in SE Asia. I stayed in a alley facing balcony room not sure what the rooms are like on the back side but if anything I would bet they are clean. Be warned the elevator is only rated for 6 people which is funny because I got in it by myself with my back pack and could hardly turn around, not sure ehere the other 5 are suppose to stand!!

Greeted with a plate of fresh dragonfruit and a drink as soon as I arrived. Always very helpful for tour bookings and they also arranged for my train ticket to Danang to be delivered to the hotel while I was out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a central location for the market and some great local restaurants.

The Kim Hotel was a little tough to initially locate being access is through an alley. This was nice at night for keeping the room quiet.The staff was very helpful assisting with signing up for excursions. The room had both AC and a fan.The hotel is in the backpackers area of District one which has a nightlife comparable to Bourbon Street in New Orleans every night.

My girlfriend and me, we was 1 night in the hotel. according to the price is good hotel. be cause I was pay 18 USD. but you can find others rooms more expencives. only I think so that there is a little bit problem It needs more attention from the staff. good place, no noice, near al streets of bar, disco and food.el hotel es regular no es de lujo con respecto al precio es bueno pue yo pague mas menos 300 pesos mexicanos. en lo que respecta estuvo limpio, solo el personal le falto un poco de atencion hacia nosotros. pero ideal para descansar sin ruido y cerca de las calles principales de antros, bares y turistas

Friendly staff. I had a room at the top, so fairly quiet. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Also, easy getting to/from airport via bus 152. (Much cheaper than taxi)...

The staff are extremely helpful and were so grateful when we said we would need to stay one more night. The Cu Chi tour, bus ticket and water prices were all very reasonable.

A notre Arrivée à lhôtel kim 1 (adresse sur confirmation de réservation) on nous apprends que nous ne serons pas installés dans cet hôtel mais dans lhôtel kim 2 => ce qui nécessite de marcher pendant 10 - 15 minutes avec nos sacs sur le dos sans avoir eu linfo au préalable. Chambre ok mais située au 5 ème étage acces laborieux sans ascenseur avec de gros sacs à dos

Staff very helpful. Bed too hard otherwise good position and enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff are extremely helpful. Will mind bags after check out. They will organise taxis and tours at the RIGHT price.

Hotel staff were very caring and oblliging. Special mention needs to be made of Lee whose smile was very infectious and is a very helpful young lady.
