역사적인 건물에서의 하룻밤. 인테리어도 개화기 상해 스타일을 잘 살렸습니다. 번드 억세스가 가까워 산책에도 좋습니다. 멀리 보이는 녹색 지붕 건물입니다

전반적으로 무척 만족스러웠습니다. 종업원들의 세심하고 따뜻한 환대와 서비스가 인상적이었습니다. 단 체크아웃 시 팁을 주고싶었는데, 현지 돈이 얼마남지않았더랬습니다. 잔 돈을 주면서 이것 밖에 못줘 미안하다고 했지만 팁을 받은 직원이 떨떠름해하는 표정이 역력하더군요. 심지어 다른 직원들에게 손에 쥔 돈을 보여주면서 낄낄거려 얼굴이 화끈거릴 지경이었습니다. 팁으로 줄 현금을 넉넉히 남겨놓지 않았던 내 불찰도 있지만 이렇게 호텔에서 종업원에게 무안을 당했던 적이 없어 저으기 당황했습니다. 다른 건 다 좋았는데 마지막에 종업원의 태도에 씁쓸한 느낌을 받았습니다.

We had a 4 night stay at Peace Hotel. The hotel is located directly on the Bund of Shanghai.This is not just a normal soulless 5 star hotel like many others. Peace Hotel is special. The the history of that house you can feel everywhere. We booked a historic tour with Hebe Zhang. She explained us about the history of the Peace Hotel. If you stay there, ask for Hebe.The hotel staff is super friendly. We will definitely come back for another stay.

It was an excellent experience staying in Fairmont Peace Hotel. All the staff members were well trained, answering questions, and responding to requests in a reasonable way (in the country where the hotel is located). And, the location is excellent, though the days of my stay were rainy days.

Other than a blip with the concierge not taking us to the 9th floor registration at first the rest of our short stay was great experience. I still find judgement by appearance somewhat troublesome. The rest was first rate.

This was a purely amazing stay in the most wonderful location. It was our final visit to Shanghai and it did not disappoint. The staff are amazing . We loved every minute.

Staying at one of the most iconic historic sites in Shanghai was an unexpected unusual experience out of all the other hotels/resorts stays I have ever encountered in my adult life. Originally, the stay was for one room only out of my family members high recommendation. As soon as we arrived, I began to understand there is a reason why this historic hotel is capable of charging a higher rate than the same star rating hotels blocks away and still maintaining its top tier spot from user review. We end up booked one extra room to enjoy our stay even more. Simply put, you got what you paying for, and a lot more. The Fairmont Gold service is at an entire different level of service from both the personal touch of initial encounter of Zoey who gave a very informative introduction for my familys first stay and from Eileen who streamline the expedited checkout service with ease at our last date. The Fairmont Gold provides so much more than any other hotel services: continental breakfast in a classical lounge, afternoon tea, evening Hors doeuvres(appetizer served at the beginning of a meal), in lounge selection of free alcohol at bar. Not to mention well replenished water bottles, top brand personal hygiene products (Rose 31). Furthermore, thanks to hotels museum curator Linda, we were giving some exclusive access to tour the hotel areas which was close to public tour on the date of our tour. This complete our trip in Shanghia, China.Try at least once and you shall see.

The hotel is very stylish and represents the old-fashion Shanghai perfectly. Living in this hotel is like a romantic odyssey back into the time. Location-wise it’s right on conjunction of the Bond and the shopping district of Shanghai, which makes it a top choice for leisure in the city.

The location is perfect right next to the Bund. The room was nice and customer services were great! The Old Jazz Band performance is great. The Peace Museum tour is good if you have time, our tour guide Miko was very nice! Overall very satisfied!

It’s an historic hotel, location can’t be beat! - overall I would highly recommend it for its history as a backdrop, the Jazz bar is a must visit, can’t come go the peace hotel and not grab a drink there. However, I think for the price there are ton of other options like the Waldorf down the street. This was more of a check box item for me . There’s nothing wrong with the place, rooms are good, service is great I just think you can get more value for the money elsewhere.

Historyczny obiekt, który posiada wyjątkowy klimat, obsługa personelu stwarza pozory profesjonalnego serwisu jednak część osób musi jeszcze popracować nad swoimi kompetencjami.Salon Gold z dobrym serwisem napoi, jakość oraz rodzaj posiłków mogłaby być lepsza niska kultura obsługi kucharza na stanowisku live cooking, świetna opcja około godzinnego spaceru po hotelu oraz jego muzeum Jezz Club bardzo klimatyczny, szkoda, że zarezerwowano nam najgorszy stolik, dobry bufet śniadaniowy z miłą obsługą, pokoje poprawne, łóżko wygodne w strefie SPA brak osobnej strefy odpoczynku po lekko leciwej saunie. Nie działają przywileje wynikające z statusu w Le Club Accor Hotels, może hotele Fairmont jeszcze potrzebują czasu, aby się zaadoptować do standardów obowiązujących w Accor Hotels jako nowy uczestnik to już drugi po Dubaju taki przypadek. Generalnie polecam jako nietuzinkowy hotel w Shanghai.

Schitterende ervaring. Het hotel neemt je mee in het verleden van Shanghai. Mooie kamer, top personeel en een absoluut top ontbijt. Alleen geen toegang tot de lounge als Platinummember was een minpuntje.

Sehr schönes Gebäude, das Zimmer mit zwei Queen betten war sehr groß und sauber! Das Frühstück fehlerfrei, es gibt sogar Käse aus eigener Farm! Abend sollte man auf jeden Fall einmal den legendären Jazz-bar besuchen, das Band spielt schon Ewigkeit dort und Obama war auch mal da!Schönheitsfehler: wir waren gegen 15:30 dort, aber durften noch nicht ins Zimmer rein und haben dafür noch halbe Stunde warten müssen.

Beautiful hotel in the best location. However we paid for a room with a courtyard view and we were put in a room with a view of an old run down building with offices looking into our room. This meant we could never open the blinds. We got to the hotel late at night and the staff at reception didn’t speak enough English to be able to explain the issue so we didn’t ask to be moved. Other than that, a lovely stay.

Excellent location and great service. Check in was fast and a room upgrade was done at checkin.
