The staff were so polite and courteous! Sammi and Stephen are amazing!!! The room was comfortable and clean. I would fully recommend this resort!

I thought I was booking a pretty tony hotel, but I was struck by the general air of neglect. The pool was the reason we booked the room, and the pool was full of hair the morning we used it. Hair was floating all around us; one got caught on my hand while I was paddling around. In our room, a piece of the shower knob came off in my hand. Outside, an abandoned mask (a thick white cotton one) was left lying on the ground in front of the lobby from the day we arrived to the day we left. We definitely paid too much for this stay!

I had an additional night while in Boston and picked this hotel and it was great. Loved the fireplace in my room.

They failed to provide an update status of their own restaurant and the Paragon Grill, appear to be open in Goggle but they were closed. The vending machines having issues also we need assistance twice with the fireplace and the cards keys for the room. Good people but they have to be better.

Paul at the front desk made the whole trip! Beautiful location and super easy to get around. Close to fun restaurants and beach is right across the street.

The trip was horrible feom the moment we arrived! The staff had no clue on their job and hiw to do it! Did not get the room i booked online and was told sorry nothing we can do. So in tern i over paid! Worst trip ever! Will not return or use expedia again. I booked and picked my room type with what i wanted threw Expedia and did not get anything i chose!

Had a great stay. Looks like it was recently renovated. The room was very nice. Was not able to eat on-site due to COVID however the staff was very nice about recommending nearby places to eat. Lots of restaurants around which are very good. Beach was nice across the street. Public Park nearby for kids. Overall a great experience.

I really liked the Hotels proximity to the beach and restaurants. I will be back in the summer to enjoy it more.

Street level room. Very noisy. 6am street sweeper was unwelcome wake up call.

I liked that it was clean, I didnt like that the restaurant was closed and you needed an appointment to use the pool.

Loved the fireplace in the room and the view of the ocean. Also, the pool was wonderfully warm!

Positive: Nice location right across the street from the beach. Parking is somewhat difficult. Rooms are nice. Great beds. Negative: Our stay was just at the beginning of Mass reopening. No restaurants/stores open in the area. It was difficult to find somewhere for dinner. The hotel is going through a major remodel. Because of COVID there was no coffee maker, no cups no trashcans

Wonderful, friendly staff. Very clean rooms and well decorated. 1 minute walk to an awesomely clean beach.

Absolutely FABULOUS! Great location, brand new room which was spotless! Staff was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. We hope to return.

Expedia did not book are rooms right so the night of check in did not get the room I paid for and staff at the hotel was not trying to help fix the problem was so upset but it was late so sucked it up and took wat was available the next morning went down to get milk and was told there was no milk and I would have to leave to get it wats the point in going to a hotel if I have to leave to get amenities that was the last straw was ready to pack an leave but then something good happen a lady how work at the hotel ask wat was wrong when I had told her wat happen she had apologies for everything and took care of the rooms but still no milk and expedia booked wrong room never again thank you!

I was booked for a king bed with a balcony i was given no balcony and a 2 queen beds room. The room was dirty. No coffee for 3 miles. No hotel service other than vending machines. Super upsetting after driving 3 hours to arrive. Worst-case no parking available issue hows that? Disappointed

Decent for a beach hotel but nothing out of this world, btw they didn’t clean the room properly we found a whole juul (electric cig) in the floor and the beds didn’t look properly done .

Positive: Location Negative: Some areas outside the room need to be better taken care of.(Pool area)

Service was so so. Due to Covid, no housekeeping, no restaurant. Service work was going on outside. Service person was on my balcon.
