This hotel is outstanding. The views are breathtaking, the room clean and inviting, and the staff extremely hospitable. We were always addressed by name and asked if we needed anything further.Unknown to me my fiancé had made plans with the front desk to coordinate an entire day worth of activities leading up to a proposal. Upon arrival the staff were able to keep everything a surprise and were excited to congratulate us once he popped the question. We had breakfast delivered to our balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea, an photo excursion set up, and our room was decorated by staff with champagne, rose petals, and an elaborate dinner. My only complaint would be that the hot tub didn’t get warm, let alone hot. As we went in January it was pretty chilly and I wish we could have enjoyed that amenity a little further.

Aqua luxury suites location was fantastic in Imerovigli, where its not as crowded and packed as the other alternatives (ie. Oia). The property was clean, modern, well-equipped in terms of amenities. What truly stand out was the assistance of the staff, the concierge (Manos & Nassia & team), and all the helpful recommendation they helped us book to ensure our stay in Santorini was delightful. I had a great time and was so delighted by the friendliness and impeccable concierge assistance. Highly recommended. Thanks!

This was a beautiful hotel! I had a caldera view regular room. It was bright and cozy inside, very modern. The staff was very helpful and helped me arrange a taxi from the airport, as well as had someone bring my luggage to my room. Beautiful view of the caldera from my window and patio.Breakfast was brought to my room each morning, which was wonderful. The Greek yogurt was so fresh and yummy!I did not use it, but there was a communal jacuzzi at the restaurant area. The hotel is quite spread out, so it was about a 5-7 minute walk from my room. I did not have my own lounge chair, but was told I could use the ones on the roof near my room.The area that the hotel is in is very quaint and quiet. There is not a lot of shopping and mostly higher end restaurants. I very much enjoyed this, as Fira and Oia are bustling and the streets were very busy (all the cruise ship passengers go straight to these two towns). It was nice to be out of the rush. Was definitely super relaxing.Had one issue with housekeeping accidentally throwing away my shirt (it fell into the trash can somehow). The staff was very accommodating and offered to do laundry for me. Was just a t-shirt, so not a biggie to me, but was nice to have the staff offer to help.Overall, wonderful stay, very friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful views!

The hotel is centrally located between Thira and Oia. The room had great views and staff were very friendly. They can arrange car service to many destinations on the island for a fee. The in room breakfast was a great touch and really made our mornings relaxing.

The suite was very nice and comfortable My only issue was they didn’t have a pool like most of the other properties eat by. They breakfast service was nice each morning- unfortunately the eggs each day were on the cooler side. From our two other hotel experiences while traveling Greece the full buffet breakfast options is a much better choice then room service option

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very accommodating and nice. It’s a lot of steps to the stores/restaurants so be prepared to walk a lot. I highly recommend Aqua Luxury Suites.

Amazing views!!! The room was amazing suite with a perfect view of sunset. The service was really great and breakfast service was lovely, good food (anything you ordered is yummy too). Staff is wonderful! Thank you and I will never forget this trip! This one was special!

Incredible “as-advertised” views! Doesn’t get any better than being at the highest point in Imerovigli with a jaw-dropping view of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. Service was great, bed was excellent, but there was one problem that normally would bring a review down to one star... noise. My wife and I were woken up every single night that we slept at Aqua suites. The first night it was some random people, likely drunk, who were extremely loud at 3 or 4 am. Didn’t last too long but we realized quickly that our room was susceptible to much of the noise from outside. The second day an Arabic speaking family moved in to 402 right next to us and were extremely loud. We went to speak with Manos at the desk because while it was during the day when we just happened to be there in between activities and dinner, we had explicitly reached out to them about ensuring that we would not be disturbed by noise in the suite that we had selected and that we would be willing to select a quieter room or upgrade if necessary... anyway, he assured us that he would take care of it right away. The noise stopped immediately and we went on our way. Unfortunately, that night, the gentleman in that room came out at 1 or 2am to have a very loud conversation on his phone which woke my wife and I up (I am not a light sleeper and we were both very tired). I phoned the front desk and they immediately sent someone who came right over and handled the situation. The final night I got no sleep at all... a

Le personnel est tres chaleureux. Toujours prêt à aider! Toujours un sourire et un mot gentil. Très serviable. Le chauffeur Vasilis est extraordinaire! Il parle français et adore plaisanter! Il nous a donné d’excellents conseils dès notre arrivée à laéroport. Les femmes de chambre sont très sympa et font un travail remarquable! Propreté exceptionnelle! Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner qui était excellent et très copieux et servi par Agostinos qui était formidable lui aussi! Toujours souriant! Les personnes à la réception étaient aussi très accueillantes et souriante. Dès notre arrivée, on nous a proposer à boire et des activités à faire. De l’aide pour les visites et excursions. Ainsi que pour les déplacements sur l’ile. Un grand merci également aux jeunes hommes qui ont porté nos valises (grandes et lourdes!) jusqu’à la chambre et au départ jusqu’à la réception à travers ces montées et descentes D’escaliers! Et enfin la vue!! C’est à couper le souffle! Aucun vis à vis et pratiquement pas de passage! L’emplacement est idéal pour une vue imprenable sur le volcan et pour visiter l’ile! Bref c’etait Magique et inoubliable et Le staff de l’Aqua a été super! Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100% et sommes impatientes de revenir pour la suite des aventures!!

Beautiful place with a breathtaking view. Relatively new facitlity with jacuzzi in our suite. The staff cant be more freiendly and heartwarming - even when my husband and I had some personal struggle, the manager John(Yianni) and his team were there for us, calmed us down and offered great support in every possible way. They made our stay in Santorini a great one with unforgettable memory. Wish the hotels all over the world can be just amazing like them !!P.s. the breakfast is white nice, simple but healthy.

We stayed 2 nights at Aqua Luxury Suites in Santorini after a week of sailing. Check in was smooth, the employee gave us info on the highlights of the area. We got to choose our breakfast and time for it to be delivered to our room. The options include eggs, omelettes, home made breads(which included mini croissants, a yummy chocolate bread, and a few other breads),pancakes, yogurts, juice & coffee. It was all very tasty. We were also asked what kind of complimentary wine we would like brought to our room, red, white or bubbles! Nice touch.Two porters took our luggage to our room and showed us the way, its a good thing they do as the room was a bit of a walk that involves a lot of stairs and going up and down the narrow uneven walks. Wear comfortable shoes! The room, #513, was great. Plenty of space to be comfortable. The outside area has a table and seating, and a partition from your neighbor, so a bit private. Plenty of closet and shelving space to store your items. I loved the shampoo & conditioner, great smell! Cool shower, with stone floors. The view from the room is great! I liked the sunset view from Aqua much better than from Oia! Its a better angle in my opinion. The hotel can arrange shuttles for you, they said same or better than the taxi price. We booked out transfers to and for the ferry with them, cost was 40 euro each way for 2 of us for the shared van. I would definitely recommend staying at Aqua Luxury Suites & Imerovigli as a place to stay.

The hotel is so nice with its gorgeous view, breakfast in bed, hot tub, and cats wondering by that I didnt want to leave the hotel! In addition to doing an excellent job with the hotel, the staffI were the most helpful. I unexpectedly had to organize a trip on the spot for a 9 person group of mostly non-English speaking folks. The staff gave me options and helped me arrange rides and tours. We ended up going to the old town square, a tour of the volcano and hot spring, as well as Perissa, and had an amazing time. Our big group wouldnt have enjoyed Santorini so much without them.

Aqua was great! I loved staying in Imerovigli. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They will arrange dinner reservation or taxi whenever you need it. The room was a great size and I had a partial view of the caldera from my room. I would definitely stay there again!

Staff and service at Aqua Luxury Suites is fantastic. Always trying to make your stay better through renting cars, delivering breakfast, shuttles, etc. The property is gorgeous.

The suite was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The view was spectacular!

Zimmer sauber und gutes Bett. Rezepzionisten sehr freundlich. Ein Lichtschalter funktionierte nicht immer und der kleine Pool war mal kalt und mal warm. Scheinbar gab es Probleme mit der Warmwasserzufur im Pool (reisten im März und es war kalt). Beim Frühstück fehlten Obst oder Gemüse. Insgesamt aber gute Erfahrung.

The staff was great and very eager to please. The views could not be beat!! Our only issue was the shower. It was a little hard using it without getting the floor in the entire bathroom soaking wet. And the in-house taxi driver (sorry we didnt get his name) was awesome!!! Thank You!!

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The view and the food was amazing and I am definitely going back soon.

I wish that I could stay here again, you cant go wrong with this hotel. You will need to be prepared for a lot of stairs but thats not the fault of the hotel.

The best service in the whole world With an excellent view starting from pick up by MR Sadiq who gives an excellent idea about the island met Mr Manas after that except oia and imerovigli I got no clue but he gave me what to do so if ur staying here you do t need to plan anything from car to routes to the places to visit to the restaurants mr Manas is the man to goService never seen before like This is the place to stay go for the plunge pool one with a view Home away from home every time at santorini I will be here
