위치는 좋아요. 구경하기도 좋고 기차역에서도 10분정도 거리. 다만 에어콘이 없었어요. (에어콘은 없었으나 시원은 했어욤!)

Hotel gut gelegen. Jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind nicht zu empfehlen, da keine Klimaanlage. Somit bleibt nur ein offenes Fenster um nicht zu ersticken. Der Lärm ist enorm!! Im Sommer möchte ich da nicht sein.

Kompetentes, zuvorkommendes und hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Frühstücksraum. Übrigens, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker mit grosser, reichhaltiger Auswahl. Sehr sauberes, ruhiges und doch äusserst zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Goldene Dachl war nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.Eigenes Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang. Das Restaurant Central ist direkt neben dem Hotel und bietet warme Küche bis genau 19 Uhr abends. Weniger erfreulich war, dass das Bett in unserem Zimmer ziemlich knarrte. Im Zimmer unserer Tochter war hingegen alles Bestens.

Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Ein enormer Nachteil ist die fehlende Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück rettet alles, es war sehr sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel is really well located in the Centre of Innsbruck. Understandably a bit noisy at night time. Great staff, very pleasant. The room was the Big let down for me. Often times as a male solo traveller, I get doled out an inferior standard of room but this was far below par for 4 star. Very basic. Gym and spa sub standard. Location makes it reasonable value for money.

The bed was very comfortable, the hotel is well located near all shops and public transport. You can take the F bus from airport and for 3.6 euros go to the city centre and the hotel is very close. The same you can apply for your leave (just in the opposite bus stop of the street) and the best is that the bus F runs quite often, about every 15 min Monday to Friday, weekends you need to cheek on the bus stop timetable. Once in the city everything is reachable at walking distance. People at hotel are very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities such as gym are small but well maintained and enough to keep your well being during your visit. The hotel is connected to the restaurant in the corner and you can enjoy a good coffee or beer there. Prices at restaurant are OK and are similar with those you can find anywhere. You have a view to the mountains on the corner and the hotel is situated in a quiet and clean environment. Finally, they are very kind to keep your luggage after your check out (11 am) if you wanna go for the suveniers you might miss.

Frühstück ist genial. Parkplätze für das Hotel ziemlich kompliziert zu finden. Wlan sehr schwach.

It’s a nice stay in beautiful Innsbruck overall.Location is good so I can drop my shopping bags to hotel during the walk-around-city daily. The historical tea room which is also the breakfast room is a time capsule to bring us back to the good old day. The pet welcome policy makes one of a night annoying because a dog bark, all dogs bark together.No tea pot at room. It’s hard to make the stomach warm in cold snowy day.

Our stay at Hotel Central was great! The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to a lot of different attractions, restaurants and other fun things to do. The parking garage situation was confusing (we didnt end up staying in the hotel lot because we couldnt find it) but there is a public lot right next door. The room was a little small but we werent there often so it didnt bother us plus the breakfast was great!

Great location! Very centrally located. We did not eat the buffet, as it seemed expensive after other areas we had traveled. It looked nice. We book a coffee from the attached cafe, which is not affiliated with the hotel. The cafe employees are a little stiff and cantankerous. hotel staff were great and stored our luggage all day on the last day. the train station is a 5 minute walk.

Zentrale Lage, aber dennoch erstaunlich ruhig. Zimmer komfortabel, aber etwas spartanisch eingerichtet - ein paar Bilder o.ä wären nett. Sauberkeit leider nur ok, da sowohl auf dem Bett als auch im Bad Haare. Frühstück großartig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonderes Extra: Im Haus liegt auch das Cafe Central, ein wunderbares Exemplar österreichischer Kaffeehauskultur!

Nice hotel in {as the name suggests] a central location A few minutes walk from the main rail station and an easy walk into the town centre.Our room was good but we were bothered by noise coming from some kind of extractor/air conditioning units which didnt stop till late at night.Good breakfast of hot and cold food but there didnt seem to be any great rush to replenish any items that had run out.

Hatte eines der neueren Zimmer und habe es als sehr komfortabel empfunden. Sonst alles sauber, super Frühstück & 24h Rezeption - top!

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They provided excellent advice on getting the most out of our few days in Innsbruck. The rooms were spotless and fresh, and the daily breakfast was excellent. The hotel’s location was truly “central” which made walking everywhere quite possible.

Very good service, the rooms are NICE, the location is great (7 minutes walking from train station, 5 walking from historical downtown), the Breakfast is amazing.The wifi was pretty spotty and bad, not as bad as other places in Europe but I expected reliable wifi and didnt get it.

A lovely hotel with magnificent views of the mountains, within walking distance of the train station and the old part of Innsbruck where there were plenty of dining options. A lovely restaurant directly opposite the hotel was a bonus. No airconditioning or fan in this room which made for an uncomfortable sleep but still worth a visit.Big bulky room keys which were a bit quirky!

Gutes Hotel in super zentraler Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort in Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis gegeben nur die Beschilderung und das genaue Park Procedere sind ich ausreichend beschrieben/ ausgeschildert. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, sauber und ruhige Zimmer. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames und schnelles Housekeeping. Jediglich die Rezeption könnte aufmerksamer sein. Besonders wenn es um Kleinigkeiten geht wie z.B. eine E-Mail ausdrucken scheint man überfordert zu sein. Auch Infos hinsichtlich des „Skibuses“ könnten detaillierter erfolgen. Aber insgesamt gutes Hotel und ein sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungs Verhältnis.

Great design. There were lots of voices for breakfast. No air conditioning, we had to leave the window open and it was a little loud until it was 1a.m.

Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Das Highlight ist das angrenzende Cafe. Zu Fuss ist man in zwei Minuten voll im Zentrum, wo man shoppen und essen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Abschied haben wir sogar noch eine Flasche Wasser für die Reise geschenkt bekommen. Dieses Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
