Horror Hotel very bad managed, tiny rooms, dirty and dangerous for Covid i wish i never was there. Even to cheap to heat the pools and they charge high parking fee to drop your car to a dangerous open unprotected spot and lie about a safe city garage

Was soll ich sagen: das Olymic Palace ist ein sehr luxuriöses Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten was ein 5 Sterne Haus zu bieten hat. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zudem stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Preise in der Bar, Restaurant und im Spabereich sind angemessen und nicht überteuert. Das Personal war immer äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir hatten ein tollen Urlaub in Karlsbad und erstklassigen Aufenthalt im Olymic Palace.

Das Hotel ist in zweiter Lage, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön und elegant mit wunderschönen Suiten. Das Personal ist sehr gut geschult und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut, es könnte aber etwas mehr Müslisorten haben. Bei Halbpension gibt es Abends eine gute Auswahl an Fleisch und Fisch aber auch Rohkost kommt nicht zu kurz. Im Poolbereich hat es wenige Liegemöglichkeiten aber alles sehr sauber und mit Personal besetzt. Der Saunabereich hat alles und ist nie voll gewesen. Einfach gesagt, es ist ein gutes Preis- Leistungsfähigkeit für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Nicely renovated and appointed property with very pleasant and professional staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Lovely breakfast buffet. Relaxing pool and saunas. Our plan didn’t include dinner so we paid 25€ each one evening and didn’t find it worth the money. The wine list was highly overpriced too. Also disappointing were the spa services. While professional and reasonably priced, my classic massage was weak, not restorative and ended before the allotted time. Hydro jet bath was lame. Booking ahead is necessary as spa time slots were filled for many services. Overall, loved Karlovy Vary and found a two night stay at the property to be enjoyable.

The Hotel is obviously new renovated and was just gorgeous. Everything looks brand new and very luxury. The hotel staff was unbelievable friendly and supported us by organizing a surprise for the birthday of one of the guests. You cannot do better. Very good job! We will definitely come back and hopefully with more time for enjoying the SPA area. Thank you very much to the entire hotel team for this awesome stay.

The hotel is located on the hillside and we had to carry our bags up to the lobby, there is no ramp so I can’t imagine doing it without my husband around, let along the elderly or the physically challenged because the stairs to the lobbies are quite a climb. When I brought up the issue to the front desk the response was “ just leave your bags outside and we’ll send someone( leave my bags in the rain with no one around? totally miss the point of a “ luxurious five star” hotel service they billed themselves). Also, the day before we checked out, I asked about taxi to the bus terminal and the reception ordered a car service without our consent and charged a flat fee of 300czk(15 usd) for a 5 mins ride. When we took a taxi up it was half of that amount. We took the car because the lady at the front desk speaks limited English with an uncompromising attitude, and it was not a battle worth fighting. However It’s these little things that make or break a five star. That said, I want to mention Lucy, the young receptionist who checked us in the night we arrived. She was lovely and attentive. Great English and makes good recommendations about the area.

מלון ספא מפנק, כדאי להזמין טיפולים מראש כדי שיהיו בשעות נוחות. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. על שאר הארוחות אפשר לוותר עדיף לאכול במסעדות בטיילת. המיקום של המלון קרוב אך לא ממש על הטיילת אלא יותר למעלה ודורש כמה דקות טיפוס.

Es war alles sehr schön und das Hotel ist zentral gelegen.

Everything was super, food was amazing, yet hotel is little overpriced.

Great hotel and worth the money, we stayed short but enjoyed it
