빠통에서 많은 일정을 보내실거면 비추합니다위치는 방라로드까지 걸어서 15분인데 이게 은근히 귀찮아요..시설이나 청결도는 좋았으나 방배정이 최악입니다안에서도 한참 걸어야 되고 게다가 밖은 별로 좋은 뷰가 아니었어요.. 늘 커튼 쳐놨어야 되구요체크아웃할때 먹지도 않은 빠 빌지를 가지고 와서 계산하라는 것 때문에 점수를 짜게 줄 수밖에 없네요..방호수를 누군가가 영어로 말했을텐데 잘못 듣고 제 방으로 차지를 계산해 놔서 어이가 없었습니다

조용하고 운동삼아 정실론까지 걸어 다니기는 딱 좋아요..하지만 룸에서 인터넷 연결이 잘 아니되옵니다...욕실 물빠짐도 시원찮아요...세면도구 모두 챙겨 가셔야 하구요...

걍 편해,방가로드 좀걸어가야 하지만 운동되고 볼곳 다봐서 좋아. 힐링 하러 왔잖앗.ㅋ

전체적으로 깔끔하고 약간 특이함조식도 나름 맛있고 빠통시내랑 약간 떨어져 있는것이 단점비치에 있는 수영장이 나름 좋았어요 작은듯하면서 작지도 않고거의 전세내고 수영함 ㅎㅎ주로 유럽 북미사람들이 오는듯함

The hotel/resort is at the very beginning of the Patong Beach strip -- literally across the street from the Patong Beach welcome sign -- thus, transport (taxis, scooters) will be required if you intend to venture to the heart of the strip (restaurants/bars/clubs, etc) -- especially late night. The staff and security are friendly and very accommodating. I brought a minor issue to the managers attention and they resolved it to my satisfaction immediately! The room was pretty comfy and the cleaning staff did a really good keep it fresh. That being said, however, the pictures for the property are outdated. One-half of it under construction. I think it will be a great hotel when construction is complete and its fixtures (sink and toilet) are updated and recaulked (the molding in the sink was worn and my toilet leaked). The beach is across the street -- which is a real plus, and the property has a really nice glass wall infinity pool with bar overlook a view of beach and ocean.

Hotel was nice, very quiet as there were only 10 guests at the time. Breakfast was served in the room, which was ok, fairly basic. Pool is great, gym has all you need. Staff have limited English but very attentive. Beachfront about 500 metres to Bangla Rd

Located across from the beach and close to everything. Infinity swimming pool is nice. Property is looking a little run down and needs some updating. Good deal if you can get rooms on sale.

Hotel was very good, rooms were spacious and jacuzi suite was amazingPool area was spectacular with amazing views of the beach The only dissapointing thing was breafast, not many options and underwhelming

The hotel was great, pool is closed due renovation. Would have been great to have known ahead of time as we wouldn’t have booked it. But manager Don, i believe his name was , was very accommodating Great hotel, very clean, well located, across from the beach. There is a major language barrier but that’s just in general in Thailand

Amazing stay, great location close enough to the action and always far enough away to enjoy yourself! We didn’t mind walking (about 15mins to bangla rd), Tuk tuk are about $200-$300baht to bangla rd. Don was amazing, he made sure our stay was amazing, definitely went above and beyond for us, we loved him! The rest of the staff was friendly too, all smiles! We will definitely be back! The artwork around the hotel was amazing too!

Nice hotel, not too far from the main strip wnd right over the road from the beach. I had issues with the cleanliness and functionality of the jacuzzi however they were quick to come and clean it when the issue was raised. Overall a good stay but definitely room for improvement

It’s a good location, right across the road from the beach, Though a little far from all the action in Patong. But it’s really not a clean place, we were overwhelmed by the smell of mould the whole stay. Bathroom floor was filthy and even specifically asked the housemaid to clean it, but it remained the same. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff don’t speak much English and couldn’t really help us with most requests. Fortunately none of those things ruined the trip for us, still had a great time, Patong beach is gorgeous and the hotel is right there. Would have been nice if the bar in front of the hotel was actually open once in a while! The pool access room is a nice thing too, the grounds of the property are beautiful.

We still have few more nights to spend here and could not help it but to put in a review now. Pros: Location is across from water and far away from the strip that it is pretty quiet. Cons: I truly cannot find anything that would rate this hotel a 4 start hotel. They barely can communicate with you in English, breakfast is mediocre, service is average, the room is average, the facilities are average and for sure the place needs a shot of Botox, some TLC. If you are booking just do not expect much more than a barely 3 start overall. We are very disappointed and unfortunately cannot cancel or change our booking.

Where do I begin?? After 2 attempts our tv is still not working. Channels are fuzzy and they couldnt fix it. Our sink was stopped up, beds are hard. Lastly this hotel could use more lighted path ways and just a major overhaul. Breakfast buffet was great. However I would not make a reservation here.

This is our second year staying here.Flashback: last year we arrived friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel m, awesome rooms, great hotel nice bar pool.Flash forward: this hotel looks run down. Our room has mold in the sink. Smelled of mildew. Tiles has been replaces with concrete in the shower. Water doesn’t escape properly if it falls out the tub.The cleaners only made up the bed but didn’t clean the room. We had empty coconuts and they left them there. There were old cigarette butts all throughout the rocks on the deck in front of our room.There was a plate of old half earn watermelon in front of another room. It stayed there for at least three days.They never replenished the soap or shampoo we used our own.The young last at reception was truly trying but she didn’t fully understand our requests and we apologize for not knowing Thai at the same time she inconvenienced us several ones by confirming or acknowledging something she didn’t fully understand.There were cats running around in and out of the kitchen while we were in the restaurant when we went to eat. And we both were sick that night.The place needs:Staff trainingHealth and safety in the restaurantAirport shuttle service needs to be explained to all staff Huge cleanup in the hotel.Water damage needs to be assessed.Can be seen from inside rooms.

In Phuket, we wanted to stay in Patong because we were looking to be close to the action and not super secluded. That being said, wed heard about what the action was in Patong and didnt want to be IN the action =). B-Lay Tong was perfect! It was a 10 minute walk to Bangala Street and literally across the street from the beach. We lounged in the room (a beautiful Luxury Suite) and on our huge balcony (that had a two-person jacuzzi built in) a lot and went to the beach a bunch. Every night wed go down to Bangala for some fun. The location was perfectly secluded in the corner of Patong. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The pool was also a beautiful infinity pool that had a direct view of the ocean. The pool also had a full service pool bar.

I stayed at B Lay Tong for 1 week. I absolutely loved it! Literally 5 metres from the beach, so close to 3 brilliant restaurants with great views overlooking the ocean. The room was very nice and comfortable The pool was great although some of the tiles are coming away and they need to have more towels but overall great.The service is brilliant with friendly staffThe Wifi is the only let down as it drops out most of the time but you just have to reconnect and youre back up again.Overall, I would recommend this hotel and definitely will be coming back to stay!

Das Angebot passt einfach nicht zum Preis. Die Lage ist super, Pool in die Jahre gekommen, Fitness-Raum riecht extrem nach Schimmel. Buffet muss die Kühlung, Auswahl und Präsentation überdacht werden. Uns wurden drei Zimmer präsentiert und in jedem waren (speziell. Im Bad) Reste der Vorgänger zu finden. Whirlpool auf Balkon war nach Reinigung nur teilweise zu benutzen, wegen Lautstärke und Funktion.

Very swanky and hip. And the room exceeded my expectations.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage direkt am Strand, bis zum Zentrum 10-15 min zu Fuß. Sandstrand und Meer gut, Liege mit Schirm kostet 100 THB. Frühstück mit asiatischen Speisen, aber auch Omelett, Jogurt, Käse und Würstchen. Personal im Restaurant ist extrem freundlich, aber mit wenig Englischkenntnissen. Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet und sehr hellhörig, wenn Nachbar lauter sprechen, kannst jedes Wort verstehen. Keine deutsche Fernsehprogramme, und gerade 2-3 Kanäle haben gutes Bild. Fitnessraum ist nur mit 3 Kardio-, einem Latzug und Hanteln bis 14 kg ausgestattet. Hotelpool habe nicht benutzt, deswegen keine Bewertung

Nice property beach facing on famous patent beach Phuket. The hotel breakfast was less than impressive for the price. I have to say a big well done to the ***agement here who clearly run a freedom of responsibility culture with their staff. The food was great and we ate at the restaurant far more often than we expected to.

Nice place. Great staff. Nice location by the beach, 15 min walk to center of the center. Great pool. I recommend but bare in mind the location, if you look for good quite place by the beach- look no further!

Hôtel très bien placer . Tout au début de la plage patong . Piscine avec vu sur la plage . Personnel très accueillant mais les petits déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur . Nous avons payer 80 euros de plus pour une semaine. Le café pas bon Du Tout, servie avec du lait froid donc café froid . Fruit si vous arriver vers 10h30 ils ont déjà tourné. Je mattendais à beaucoup mieux que ça.

The hotel is nicely located in the Patong Beach area of Phuket. Its a few minutes walk to the many restaurants and bars of the area, but just far enough away to still be pretty quiet. The property is very nice - lots of lounge-around areas, with a greens that has many chairs, to a pool with a view of the beach (and a swim-up bar), as well as nice window seating areas in the rooms in case its raining or a bit too hot outside. Very friendly staff, and a there was a lovely BBQ with fun music and food at the pool on Saturday. Would recommend and revisit

Nous avons passé 8 jours au b-lay tong et nous avons été particulièrement décus par les chambres: surtout ne vous fiez pas aux photos, en réalité les chambres sont très limites tant au niveau déco/aménagement que propreté.Lhôtel vieillit très vite et très mal (létat de la salle de bain est juste inacceptable).Par ailleurs, lhôtel ne propose aucun service (navettes, location de scooters, etc.).Pour ce qui est du mini-bar, on voit de nombreux avis disant quil est gratuit, cela a dû changer car il est bien payant (cf photo).Nous navons jamais mangé au restaurant de lhôtel que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner ou autre car, dune part cest relativement cher (12€ le petit-déjeuner) comparé aux prix des commerces situés à 5-10minutes à peine de lhôtel et dautre part il ny a que très peu de choix. Je vous conseille vraiment de sortir, vous naurez que l’embarras du choix pour vos repas.Enfin, cet hôtel était le 3ème hôtel de notre séjour et cest le seul qui na eu aucune attention concernant le fait quil sagissait de notre lune de miel.Pour ce qui est des points positifs, lemplacement incontestablement: à une dizaine de minutes des zones animées tout en étant très au calme et ce juste en face de la plage. Il y a par ailleurs juste à la sortie de lhôtel un petit magasin (le seven eleven) ouvert 24h/24.La piscine de lhôtel est aussi un point fort de cet établissement.La clientèle de lhôtel est aussi très appréciable (jeunes couples essentiellement)Et pour finir, je dirai lamabilité de la majorité des membres du personnel.Pour résumer, je dirai quil faut choisir cet hôtel beaucoup plus pour son emplacement que pour létablissement en lui-même (à peine digne dun 3 étoiles, vous trouverez bcp mieux et moins cher mais moins bien placé)

Staff very pleasant. Some pool glass tiles are missing and people did cut their feet. The distance from patong is nice but constantly need a taxi otherwise working twenty minutes through the harrassment to get to the action. My room was amazing. Great location close to the main beach and nightlife but far enough away to not be kept up all night.

Rooms are terrific. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its in a good location on the beach and its only a short 10 min walk to Bangla rd and Jungceylon. I recommend it if you like artistic design quiet place close to the city center we had for a few days a bad weather so the building was looking too much grey.

Die Einrichtung, die Lage, das Personal, einfach alles passt zusammen. Es stimmt von A-Z. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet einfach toll, die Einrichtung des Hotels speziell und sehr grosszügig. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight des Hotels. Das Hotel befindet sich an ruhiger Lage, das Zentrum von Patong und damit das Nachtleben ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar oder mit einem Tuktuk schneller und günstig. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich der ruhige Strand. Hinter dem Hotel beginnt die Einkaufsstrasse welche bis zum Zentrum von Patong führt.Wir kommen wieder!

Do not stay at this hotel. On the first day we were there they ran out of beach/pool towels and refuse to give us normal towels to use. Had to insist and finally gave us after 35 mins. The next 2 days, still no beach/pool towels. Tiles on the pool are coming off. Staffs are unfriendly, doesn’t speak or understand English, very hard to communicate and service is bad. Bathroom shower have molds. On check out, they tried billing me for drinks we never ordered. This hotel is far from being a 4 star.

Good location if not a but far away from the action. The friendly staff really made our stay and even prepared a birthday cake when they realised it was my birthday the night we checked in. Great value for your money. See you all again soon, because we WILL be coming back here.

B-Laytong is like an Art Museum combined with luxury Resort. The artwork is amazing, the whole layout of the hotel is so laid back and funky. The hotel is sea facing and situated nicely. Recommendation: look for alternative solutions if the proximity to the beach is not absolutely necessary for you.

We were at the far end of Patong, going to Kalim and the beach across us was the cleanest and quietest part. The hotel is located in a great spot. I just stick on my headphone and listen to my dr dre or snoop dog and everything is cool.

My staying was comfortable. I had a room with the jaccuzzi and sea view, I changed rooms after 2 days because my internet was not working, and it did not have a bath (which in my reservation said it was going to have) . They moved me with no problems, and the other room was as nice and as comfortable, better view as it was not in the very corner of the building. I stayed 7 nights, I used the pool only 2 days its good, but they open only at 9am...not sure why. Breakfast was good and if you want to eat a lot sure you can. Its about 15 mins walking from bangla rd, and restaurants 10 min, there is local stores nearby to buy water or small items. The beach in Patong is nice, but the street along it a Dump! I did not like it at all. I would stay in the hotel again, but since I would not stay in Patong...I doubt. If you want to party and action Patong is for you... I do not like cheap and cheerful so its not for me. But the hotel was good and I had a very decent stay there.

Concrete building is now showing signs of wear. We had a evening meal in the bee hive restaurant which was delicious. There is a nice bar out the front which would have been lovely to sit at but it wasnt open while we were there because there just wasnt enough people.

I just absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly, kind, welcoming. The buffet breakfast was good with a range of items to choose from. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. The food was great and we ate at the restaurant far more often than we expected to.

It’s a nice and quiet hotel. I liked it, but when it came to room being clean, it’s not always clean. Staff are very friendly and the beach is right in front of the hotel. I liked it and definitely going back again.

Schöner Infinity Pool, Zimmer ok, alles aber recht verschmutzt und abgenutzt. Ausser im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, Lobby, Frühstück, alles bei tropischer Hitze. Auf keinen Fall 5 Stern, eher so 3-4. Im Verhältnis also zu teuer.
