Wir waren 11 Nächte im Bella Vista. Das Zimmer (Beachfront) war sauber und das Bett schön gross. Leider muss ich bei der Freundlichkeit ein grosses Minus machen. Noch nie so unfreundliches Personal in Thailand erlebt! War nun das 4te mal in Thailand, aber das war nicht schön. Das Personal machte sich über eine dickere Urlauberin lustig. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, erst nach der 3.ten Beschwerde wurde reagiert. Wenn man Getränke bei der Bar kaufen wollte, wurde man genervt angeschaut, alle sassen in einer Ecke und drückten am Handy herum. Die Kaffemaschine beim Frühstück war defekt und somit gab es nur löslichen Kaffee. Der Strand ist wunderschön und es hat genügend Liegen. Am Abend kann es mal lauter werden, da von der Nachbarschaft oft ein Dj auflegt oder sonst einfach Musik läuft. Wir hatten ubs aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Einen Minus Punkt gibt es noch für die Dusche. Es fab nur kaltes bis lauwarmes Wasser. Teilweise gar kein fliessendes Wasser oder dann sehr wenig. Wird Problematisch bei langen Haaren. Trotz allen würden wir wieder gehen, weil das Meer unglaublich schön ist und vor dem Bella Vista keine Abschrankung hat und nur jeweils 1 Taxi-Boot davor steht. Preis Leistung passt. Personal müsste mal motiviert werden ;)

Very lovely place on a quiet beach. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Vivi at reception was outstanding, very professional, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this place. :)

Große,weitläufige schöne Anlage direkt am Traumstrand Pattaya. Schnorcheln direkt vor der Haustür - wirklich toll. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Zimmer sind geräumig, Bad ist sicher nicht der neueste Standard, aber da haben wir alles in allem gerne drüber weg gesehen. Würde jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Die Bungalows liegen unmittelbar am traumhaften Strand. Die Bungalows sind recht klein gehalten, jedoch sind sie sehr schön gestaltete, man hat eine kleine Veranda mit Sitzmöglichkeit und im Inneren findet man auch alles, was man so benötigt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir selbst können das Hotel daher nur empfehlen und würden dieses bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Wir hatten das Standardzimmer, es man muss sagen die Größe war vollbekommen gut, doch ältere Möbel und Bett sehr unbequem. Das Badezimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was uns nicht unbedingt gestört hat waren die älteren Möbel, sondern der Gestank und die Sauberkeit war eher Oberflächlich. Der Vorteil am Hotel es ist direkt am Pattaya Beach. Liegen sind vorhanden und der Strand ist sehr schön. Personal war super nett und immer hilfsbereit gewesen. Frühstück direkt am Strand und es gab genug Auswahl für jeden Mann. Wir waren für 7 Nächte dort, es war allgemein ok einige Vorteile und Nachteile. Doch für kürzere Zeit ist das Hotel in ordnung aber erneut für 7 Nächte würde ich es nicht erneut buchen. Wir hatten das Standard Zimmer, es gab noch bessere Zimmer, die besser und größerer waren. Doch erwarte ich trotzdem kein Gestank im Zimmer oder die Sauberkeit sollte voll stimmen.

Sehr nette Bungalows. Unser Zimmer B13, war etwas am Hang, aber das war kein Problem. Dafür hatte man eine nette Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Die Lage ist an der ruhigeren Ecke des Pattaya Beach, das Wasser ist sehr schön dort. Trotzdem ist man mit nur 10-15 min. walking distance von vielen Bars, Restaurants und Shops entfernt. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte dort, daher können wir nicht alles beurteilen. Für uns hat alles gepasst, würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Overall is a satisfying stay but the hotel air conditioning is very bad, not cool at all and the washroom is quiet hot inside. Very nice service for hotel staff, they come pick me up in the immigration and also help to send my luggage to the check in jetty when I check out . Is a quiet relax place. The hotel is also providing beach towel and toiletries, save my luggage space a lot . Oh ya! They also help me to decorate my room as this trip is my honeymoon

When we first arrived we were pleased that the resort looked modern and upmarket. Our hopes for the room itself were dashed when we got there - huge room, huge bed, but nothing else but a basic counter and desk chair - for 5star room rate. No safe, no fridge, no casual seating, no TV, no decoration at all! This is for the standard room and I understand that the bungalows may have a few more amenities.Nevertheless, the a/c was terrific, the room was immaculately cleaned every day and breakfast was excellent. the staff were really friendly and the location, right on the beach, couldnt be bettered.

We got the room where we opened the balcony door and could see the sea and jump into the beach, run to the water! Room was amazing - new, modern and comfortable. The hotel sent a staff to pick our luggage up from the immigration and sent them to immigration when we left. Truly appreciated.

Beds are a little hard. Depends on you if you like that or not. Air-condition is not running properly -> no good cool, but I saw them changing air con at a other room. Breakfast is basic but delicious. Two Asian dishes, sausages, ham, toast, cornflakes, eggs, 2 sorts of fruits.

It was a long day for us (travelling from Malaysia to Koh Lipe). But the people at the reception are very welcoming. They are the best! The weekend that I stayed they were fully booked so during breakfast it were too crowded, and the food was finishing quickly. But still they maintained good service to the customers.

The overall stay experience was awesome. The staffs gave great services. The hotel is just beside the beach. Good variety for breakfast. The room is spacious and is very comfortable.

A good place to stay because near to Walking Street. The staff at the hotel were among the most attentive Ive ever experienced. I found the entire hotel to be very clean. We were VERY impressed with the location of this hotel. The cost is reasonable considering what you get.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The stuff is super friendly, the room was super nice. We were staying beach front and woke up to a view from heaven every morning. Totally worth the price. I will be back for sure!

My stay in garden pavilion room was great because it is cover under the tree shade in the afternoon make it windy but not so hot. The restaurant breakfast was good with variety of food and I do have my dinner once in the hotel which also taste wonderful. The only hiccup is my room have a tiny frog and two small cockroaches jumping and running around. The air conditioner is leaking throughout the night which disturb my beauty sleep. Although I have informed the reception but nothing has been repaired until my check out date.

Während des dreitägigen Aufenthaltes ging das Warmwasser nicht. Bei bemängelung wurde lapidar erklärt dass vermutlich nächste Woche alles wieder funktionieren werde. Das Frühstück war extrem einfach und hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Das servicepersonal war sehr freundlich sprach aber übermäßig kein englisch.

It is very close to beach and there are plenty of beach chairs provided. With decent quality breakfast provided each day, and the cleanliness of the room, it is really worth the price. The room size is big enough for 2 persons, the king size bed is really comfortable. The only rant is that there were really too much flies at the restaurant, they might need to do something on it.

The rooms are dated with very little furniture in the room. It feels as if they rooms are half done. Dirty bathrooms. No water in the shower if other rooms are also taking shower, we were told. Sporadic hot water in the shower. Rooms ending with 07 and 08 will have to breath lots of smoke every mornginf because of the stuff they burn on the nearby field.

I booked this hotel because there was a 40% discount and it was more expensive than most, to be honest I think I would of been disappointed had I paid the full price! It was nice enough but no more than 3 star. It was clean and staff were helpful especially the guys helping with suitcases at port. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. It was low season and not busy but bottom pool looked dirty and top pools loungers were in poor condition. The location was good with a 10 minute walk to walking street. It was clean and comfortable enough but it just lacked that something special which it could easily have, which was a pity. However, if you stay here you will have nothing to worry about and have a good base for your holiday

Very easy to go to Ghibli Museum, please buy the ticket from Lawson near the hotel. Strongly recommend to rent a bike (free) from the front desk and explore at your own pace around the hotel area. The english skills of the receptionists was acceptabel and the staff in hotel was everywhere nice.

The room we got was okay meaning not bad but not really anything spectacular. The bathroom seemed it was of a lower standard than the rest of the room. It was clean and all but could use some upgrading.. sliding doors to the shower was squeeky as hell, the bathtub was full of dead leafs from all the unneccery plants right next to it. The service was fine all though we didnt get our daily free instant coffee restocked, not a big deal of course but it all ads up. Also the WiFi was super bad.The resort is right down to the beach and it also has two pools which all seemed well clean. The food at the restaurant is nothing mind blowing and will cost a bit more than what you can find 10 minutes away in the centre.Found a good deal on hotels.com so it was fine for the price but would not pay full price for it.

Unangenehm denn es gab während meines dreitägigen Aufenthaltes kein Warmwasser im zimmer. An der Rezeption nachgefragt hieß es es gibt Probleme mit dem Strom aber in einer Woche ist es5dann besser. half uns nicht und am Preis wurde nichts geändert. Ich habe versucht Hotels.com anzurufen ging auch nicht. Ich bin mit der allgemeinen Situation nicht glücklich.

Bed was comfy, room is large, beach towel provided, near to beach. Breakfast could improve. Only problem was lots of mosquito and no hair dryer provided.

The hotel employees are helpful and gave you a good smile. Yet, the hotel itself needs maintainance. The toilet stinks and the shower water is constantly changing between hot and cold within every 40 seconds.

Nada salió bien, cama horrible que se te clavan los muelles al dormir. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente durante 3 días por un supuesto mantenimiento sin previo aviso. Falta de mantenimiento en todo el hotel. Muchas cosas rotas en la habitación y falta de detalles. En el desayuno te dan a elegir entre 5 platos de los cuales uno esta “acabado” y los otros cuatro solo son huevo o arroz...Lo unico bueno es la situación del hotel.Cualquier Guest house le da mil vueltas. Evitad ir a este hotel

The staff is helpful and always wear their smile. However, the hotel condition itself needs maintenance. I think the hotel has serious sewage treatment problem as the toilet always stinks a lot. I saw that the hotel already used a plastic tape to cover the floor drain but the problem is still there. Although the condition of the hotel needs maintenance, the hotel has good location which is by the seashore and not that close to the walking street or the harbour so its not that noisy.

Weather was suppurb and a great location for diving. The beds were rock hard though and the breakfast was not up to standard. That said, the staff are friendly but there are a lot of cats and dogs in and around the hotel as is the same for the rest of the island.

The rooms need some refurbishing. Shower head was rusty and falling off. Eventually it fell off and had to ask them to repair. Water pressure was not good and controls wasnt good either. Mostly hot water and its too hot for comfort. Honestly felt it was way below expectations for the price paid.

Overall great experience at the hotel just the WiFi was not working in our room during the stay

Great location, away from the noise but not to far from the action. Clean and safe, housekeeping was very well attentive, nice staff, good breakfast buffet.

I stay in block B ,the room was good and comfortable , only one thing in the bathroom with open small roof, when night time mosquito and frogs come in to the bathroom .
