신혼여행으로 찾은 사무이서 쉐라톤, 첫날 둘때날 여행다니느라 호텔에서 제대로 놀지 못해 아쉬웠지만, 아침식사 부터 호텔전체 분위기 수영장등 너무 좋았습니다, 이곳에 가시면 하루는 호텔에서만 즐기시기를 추천 드립니다~^^

조식도 좋고 서비스도 좋고 다 좋아요. 가족여행도 추천

리노베이션을 했다고 하지만약간 1%아쉬움이 남는곳...

Hotel:The hotel is located a bit far from everything and if you did not come by car or bike you should rent a scooter to get around. Also the hotel is built into a cliff which means it can get pretty exhausting to walk so many stairs. The have a golf cart service but only to the main spotsRoom:It is well maintained and comfortable. Not too big... Not too small.Pool:The pool itself is good and also have an area where it is deep. But honestly it should be cleaned a bit more often. I guess during covid and lack of hotel guests that was not really an priority at that time.Breakfast:Only 1 word. Amazing !!! One of the best breakfast experiences I ever had in an hotel. They basically have everything. Staff:Just amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful with all our needs. I couldnt ask for anything more. Thank all of you for an outstanding service.

Situated on a lush, large section of land, Sheraton Samui is a great place to unwind. if you dont mind a walk down to the beach, then the 3rd floor rooms on the hill {by reception and breakfast) offer great views, but you wont want to be going back and forth to your room as the hike up the hill would get tedious. There is a free gold cat service up and down the hill, but I feel thats best left to those who do need a bit of help. If youll be going to your room a lot, definitely get a terrace room. The lounging area down by the beach is great, and the beach bar is fantastic. A lot of staff is needed to keep such a big property running, and we found them very friendly and helpful. While free, Ive had better internet at other resorts. (important to me as Ive still got work to do - even down at the beach). breakfast is great! - just make sure that if you are mixing paid and free nights (using points), you know which breakfasts arent covered (free nights arent). Overall, a really enjoyable stay. oh, my wife recommends the Glow spa - and its always got some specials on offer.

If you’re the type of person who enjoys chill holidays where you pick somewhere nice and stay there the whole time, this is the place for you.I liked that very much with the Sheraton. And I felt so spoiled silly because breakfast and dinner were included and food was abundant. I would have a light lunch by going to Family Mart nearby.I could read by the beach or stay in the privacy of my own room with the doors to the balcony open. Hearing the sound of the waves crashing while I read or journal was absolute bliss.The team at the Sheraton Koh Samui is also very attentive, warm and friendly so you’ll never want for anything during your stay. Definitely coming back.

Das Hotel ist großartig und kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich zuvorkommend um seine Gäste. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und besitzt mehrere Pools, eine idyllische Grünanlage, ein Gym, etc. und ist an einem traumhaften Strand gelegen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

The staff here are sooo lovely and sweet! We came here for our honeymoon and they constantly went out of their way to make us feel special. The food / buffet breakfast is absolutely incredible with a huge variety of both western and eastern foods. The venue itself is beautifully set, with lovely gardens and trees, and the rooms well designed. Daily room service absolute tip top. Hoping we can come back soon!

Отель более чем оправдал ожидания - фото отеля и отзывы о нем не в полной мере передают истинную картину... Номера восхитительные, очень просторные и чистые. К сожалению, не из всех номеров открывается вид на море, но такие номера есть, причём, что удивительно - это как правило Стандарты. Взял изначально Делюкс, но увы он оказался на 1-м этаже, хоть рядом с бассейном, но с видом на огромный камень, поэтому без малейших колебаний переселились в обычный Стандарт на 3-м этаже!) Вид с балкона прекрасный, номер по площади - такой же, отличие от Делюкса - балкон (весьма неплохой) вместо террасы (совершенно никчёмной...) Мебель, наверное, не совсем новая, но всё поддерживается на высоком уровне. Конечно, вышколенный, всегда дружелюбный и прекрасно настроенный персонал! Восхитительная зелёная территория, два прекрасных бассейна. И, конечно, море... Очень чистое и теплое, в Тайланде 4-й раз отдыхали, есть с чем сравнить. В отличие от основного пляжа Чавенг - здесь народу не много, фактически у каждого из отелей на Чавенг-Ной свой пляж, продавцов 2-3 человека ходят, на этом побережье 5-6 отелей - очень комфортно и просторно. Рядом с отелем несколько кафешек, 7eleven и FamilyMart, обменные пункты и прокаты байков, так что всё необходимое - всегда под рукой. На Самуи были первый раз, до этого посещали другие острова, однозначно могу сказать - Самуй и Шератон очень порадовали, лучше, чем КоЧанг и естественно Пхукет. Искренне рекомендую!

The resort is overall good. The location is fine and better to rent a motorbike if you want to explore the whole island. You can also take the shuttle bus to Central Festival. Beach is sandy and not good for swimming but the pool is great. The bar next door can be noisy until the next morning for some days. The service is excellent.

Wir waren Anfang Februar 2 Wochen in dem Hotel . Perfekte Lage am Strand , zwei schöne Pools. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet eine fantastische Auswahl und sehr lecker . Super freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter . Insbesondere im Coco Spice Jittina . War erholsame Urlaub .

It is a family resort. We stayed at the one bedroom suite for 3 nights. They prepared the sofa bed with bed sheet, quilt and pillow for my son without any charges in my room. Kids can eat the free ice cream at 13:00-15:00 everyday during the stay. My kid liked the Kids Club very much. He participated with the Thai Box-kicking class. Breakfast in CoCo Spice where provided us for a huge variety choices of food. The in-room dining food is very good and fast delivery. We also tried the Long Talay restaurant. It’s also good. The set dinner is cheap. The staff were very nice.

Amazing staff who looked after us so well. Made our 33rd Wedding Anniversary Celebration truly memorable. Hwang from reception always checked on us and that made us special. Thk you for the wine and roses on our bed. Truly an unforgettable experience. The food at the Long Talay Restaurant is of very good quality.

Quiet and relaxing getaway, if thats what you want. Beach front, makes it very convenient and accessible to the beach. Just 20 mins car ride to Chaweng. Food in restaurant is good. We got the Island Escape package which comes with return airport transfer, daily breakfast and dinner and 1 hour thai massage - value for money!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, eine weitläufige Anlage, sehr viel grünes. Kindergerecht und sehr familienfreundlich, sehr fürsorgliches Personal, die Zimmer sehr sauber, werden zweimal am Tag refresht, wir kommen sicher noch einmal. Je nach dem wo man sich befindet, hat man zwei -fünf Gehminuten zum Strand. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

プライベートビーチが素晴らしく、朝食、夕食共に食事もおいしく満足でした。3泊しましたが、全てホテルにあるか、手配できる為、殆どホテルから出ずにリゾート気分を味わうことが出来ました。建物自体は少し古い感じですが、メンテナンスが良いのか綺麗なホテルでした。客室も綺麗で寝具もよかったが水周りだけは少し古い設備デザインでした。また同じグループのホテルを利用したいと思ってます。

The staff was wonderful and it was a beautiful property with great international and Thai food! The pools were huge and the beach loungers were very comfortable, and they had a variety of chairs and beds. The pool bar was fun and the beach was nice and quiet, but there were two fun beach bars within walking distance. The hotel is only 10-15 min taxi ride down Chaweng Beach to the heart of the Koh Samui nightlife.

So this is my third stay in Samui and I just love the Island. The last times I stayed at a private house and a few other hotels. Sheraton Samui is a great place to stay and was almost the perfect resort for our vacation although there were a few notably lacking aspects of the stay. Lets start with the positive. The resort has a fantastic beach with great sand and nice waves coming in to the beach - almost no rocks and decent water depth for swimming. The Bar at the beach has some great cocktails and happy hours and TGIF really make the bar comparable cost wise to the rest of the island. We ate at the Beach restaurant and that was one of the best dinners we had in Thailand! The Hotel is nicely located on the Island and allows for great easy evening trips to Lamai, Chaweng & Fishermans village. Now lets get to the not so positive. Staff is not really that attentive and it shows in most areas of the hotel. As an example most of the time it was hard to get the check or order another drink at the bar on the beach - even though we were the only ones there. Waving for extended periods or getting up and walking to the staff was necessary to get their attention. The Rooms are a little dated and this mainly shows in the bathrooms. This is not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. The water pressure in the shower (if you wanted warm water) was very low and made showering somewhat of a hassle. The Sink had some issues draining water and was somewhat leaking at times. The room was not very clean when we first checked in but after bringing it to the staffs attention we received a new room. The last negative is that there is just not a lot to do in walking distance of the hotel. A little remote but a tradeoff we were happy to take for the beach!

The Sheraton Samui Resort is a fantastic resort with a great beach. My room was great to include an ocean view room. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay as relaxing as possible. The breakfast buffet was so huge with different items every day. The grounds of the hotel were well maintained. The beach was very clean and there were plenty of beach chairs to lounge on. Fantastic place to stay.

Wonderful experience with nice staff.Much appreciation on providing working space for staff with disabilities. Totally supportive to this as a leading role in hotel group like Marriot. Lovely place and do recommended!

В целом неплохо.Территория очень зеленая,  ухожена, красивая. Если некуда торопиться,  то приятно прогуляться. Но лестниц очень много ~нагрузка достаточная ,  но это даже хорошо.  Но общего лоска не хватает.  Есть моменты требующие ремонта. Но вокруг все стараются. 

Food was really excellent !!! A definite place for relaxation. Your staff are awesome as well. All are polite and helpful️️️. we will definitely be back with our kid’s️. Our anniversary trip is wrapped with all ur amazing surprises. near to airport:) the shuttle is quite not convenient as the timing is until 1020pm and for 70 baht per way is kinda pricey

不得不说的是，服务态度是我在苏梅岛遇到最好的，每个员工都带着真诚的笑容，考虑到客人的需求，入住引导做的非常详细，以便于我享受酒店。沙滩泳池很不错，沙白水清。早餐味道和种类都不错。美中不足是房间的设施太陈旧，比起国际五星酒店有很大差距。总体来说性价比高，是住在渣文的很好选择

整体上来说其实挺好的，“丛林冒险”套餐包涵很多内容。早餐真的是非常棒！晚餐的菜式雷区非常多。。。海滩泳池都适合休闲放松，健身房的设备有不能用的。酒店旁边可以租摩托，便宜也好骑，环岛很方便。有接送机，很贴心

Title is bit cliche..... but was indeed A wonder experience Hospitality: excellent place in terms of location , accessibility . People : lovely staff from the moment you visit the front desk to departure . They are eager to help you and go out of the way to make you comfortable . Food : excellent food - breakfast had a decent spread and we enjoyed the fresh juices and fruits . Food was tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed it . Music : could be groovy - the tempo is down and sometimes you feel nice place needs a good music Kids : enough of activities organised by the hotel to keep them meaningfully engaged - ( is what I gather considering we were couple only ) Spa - something you should not miss . Excellent treatment .

The staffs are extremely friendly and will make you feel right at home. Amenities aplenty for whatever that you desire. Would definitely return to stay at this establishment on my next trip.

I was lucky to find a true piece of paradise during my short and unplanned stay at Samui. I enjoyed everything - room design and comfort, food, territory, clean and cozy beach, staff, paying an attention to the details. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and looking forward to have another chance to enjoy Sheraton Samui.

Our stay was excellent, from the check in to departure. The resort is set in beautiful grounds with a pleasant walk through a tropical setting from the main building down to the beach. The rooms are very comfortable with a great Sheraton bed which is very comfortable, the room was light and spacious with nice features such as USB chargers. The staff here are the key, they make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great stay. The spa is worth a visit and provides tranquility away from the hustle of the outside world, well worth a visit. The food was superb with a wide selection to choose from ( even from 2 locations – we were concerned about this – but no need to, the quality is great and excellent value. Don’t miss the breakfast !! The resort is set on a quieter part of the beach and is a great to relax on. Our stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The decoration is quite nice and stylish which shows the culture of the island. Swimming pool is clean all the time. The sands on the beach is not smooth enough, which is not comfortable to walk with barefeet for a long time. The food was quite fresh and delicious although took quite a long time to cook that we were starving.

The entire hotel needs a FULL renovation, particularly the guest rooms...they have tried painting over dark wood surfaces with white paint and looks like used one coat of paint.. even in the breakfast area. Service was poor, ordering a drink at the pool bar seemed to take forever for the drink to arrive particularly during happy hour... even though there were hardly any guests around! The food was terrible and the wait staff always mixed up orders and delivered to the wrong table. Certainly not 5 star, lucky if it’s 2.

Bem localizado , funcionários ótimos bem atenciosos e prestativos , ótima comida no restaurante.Café da manhã com muitas opções e o bar é muito bom, em frente a praia com ótimos drinks e atendentes bem atenciosos.Resort bem cuidado e limpo , os quartos são ótimos, limpos e grande.

Adoramos a estadia no resort Shetaton Samui Resort. Hotel fantástico com ótimas instalações ,quartos confortáveis e limpos, comida espectácular e com 1 pequeno almoço de outro mundo provem o egg Benedict é qualquer coisa, staff atento atencioso simpáticos. Correu tudo perfeito. Aconselhamos a reservar estadia com pequeno almoço e jantar incluído vale muito apena o jantar nesta hotel.
