High in the mountains, we found a little gem! Cute rustic setup with 5 guest rooms of which we had room #4. Our room had a balcony and an upstairs with additional beds and the bathroom/shower rooms. While we were there, we had time to hang out in the large common area. (TV, couches, kitchen, etc...) The owner Gaylene, was available to address any of our needs and was pleasant to chitchat with. The large common room had huge picture windows to look out of. And what a sight we had! It snowed on day two of our stay and with the mountains and trees as a backdrop...beautiful! I highly recommend this B-n-B! While your there check out the neighboring boardwalk! Eat at the Dog Bar. Be sure to say hi to Riley the resident dog at the B-n-B. We loved this place and will be going back again soon!

What a great stay this was! A small, rural, off the beaten path location with a wonderful owner and loving dog to greet you! Great rooms that are PERFECT for families with loft bedding areas for the kids. Amazing homemade breakfast in the morning, and a fun little street with a few shops and locals kind of bar/restaurants. Definitely recommend a stay at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast.

The stay was very relaxing, sitting on the balcony, listening to the stream and watching the hummingbirds. The bed was a little hard, but everything was very clean and the host (and her cute dog) were wonderful.

I cant say enough about Gaileen and her beautiful accommodations. Its like staying at your best friends house with a designated room, just for you. Shes charming, so is this property. We fell asleep with the window open, listening to the babbling brook and woke up happier than weve been in weeks. Well be back! :)

Everything was clean and pleasing. We we during the off season, it was very quiet, but we had to drive a little ways to get food because everything was closed (not a big deal). Plenty of space even if someone else was staying there at the same time. Beautiful views and very much worth it!!

The owner, Gaylene, is friendly and provides a fabulous breakfast every morning. The location in the beautiful, peaceful river is breathtaking. We will go back every year.

Such a beautiful spot to stay! The owner was super sweet and accommodating. I do wish all of the little shops and restaurants had been open that were within walking distance, but it wasn’t a far drive for dinner.

It’s right on the river with lovely outdoor seating. Beautiful interior as well. The hostess was so gracious and accommodating.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Cucharas River Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast was terrific, the place what quiet and tucked away on the river. We hope to go back sometime to explore the area.

We thought the B&B was lovely and especially liked its location by the water.

I loved the river and listening to it through the window!I felt a little uneasy about sharing a bathroom, but the Manager/owner made us feel very welcome and comfortable
