카우아이 섬에서 가성비 좋은 리조트입니다!허니문 관련 이메일을 보냈었는데 미리 조식할인권, 와인할인권도 주더라고요.직원 응대도 너무 친절하셨습니다.리조트 뷰도 좋습니다. 수영장도 꽤 깊고 큽니다.온수풀도 있습니다. 못다한 빨래를 이곳에서 코인으로 다 처리했습니다. 룸컨디션은 옛날 느낌나지만 깔끔합니다. 어메니티도 훌륭했고요.들어오는 입구는 오하우섬과 다른 새로운 곳으로 도착한 느낌입니다.발렛, 유료, 무료 주차장으로 나뉘어져있는데 무료 주차장을 써도 충분히 가깝습니다.투숙을하고 주차장을 이용한다고하면 name tag 을 줍니다. 운전자석 데쉬보드에 올리시면 됩니다!카우아이섬을 편히 즐길수 있는 곳입니다.

허니문 메일 보내놨ㄷㅓ니, 조식 할인과 조식을 먹으면 와인 할인 쿠폰을 주었어요. 객실이 좀 오래된 것 같은 느낌이었지만 컨디션이 나쁘지 않았고요. 어매니티 그럭저럭 만족했습니다. 수영장 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았는데 매우 크더라고요 :) 꼭 이용하시길 바래요

괜찮아요. 리조트 상태도 깨끗하고 공항하고도 가까웠어요.

조식 서비스는 몇번을 요청해야 이뤄지지만 가성비로 규모가 매우크고 시설이 좋습니다

풀이 많아 아이들이 놀기 좋습니다. 해변 가깝고 좋습니다.

The resort looks nice. The rooms are decent. The pool is beautiful and there is a beach past the pool with really awesome treasures to be found. Do not bother with the restaurant. The food is super basic, overpriced, and the service is not the best. It was like one small thing after another with them that made me think it was not just a coincidence. They need some help in that restaurant. The front desk gave me an extended checkout time to make up for some of the lack of service... that helped, but I would still look elsewhere. The first night we stayed in Princeville and it was really awesome. With all of the competing resorts in the area, these peeps should step it up a bit.

We had a very nice stay. It was quiet, clean, beautiful pools. The service at the restaurant needs some better management. Over all we had a great stay

Positive: To be fair, all amenities are closed right now due to covid restrictions so some parts of the resort I can¿t evaluate. The resort itself is beautiful and the people working there are very hospitable and welcoming. Negative: I would not recommend this hotel. There was a cockroach in our room and the hot water was out for a day without warning. It is a beautiful resort, but based on our experience I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Positive: Thanks for the nice Mai Tai complementary drink. Negative: The hotels waiters seemed understaffed, longer wait time for service and tables not cleared in good timing. The hotel seems to be letting down on its maintenance. Miss the great Buffet Breakfast and complementary Airport Shuttle they had.

We had a peaceful stay right next to a park. Most services were suspended due to COVID-19, but the beautiful pool was open, and there were very few other guests around. The beach was nice and quiet, as well.The facilities were a little dated, but well-maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Positive: We were looking forward to the pools, but they were dirty and in repair with limited use hours King bed was very comfortable Negative: Room was musty and all furniture needs replacement. Shower was old and took forever to warm up.

Positive: The location and pools were great. Negative: The television system was terrible. They had to move me to a new room because the tv in the first room didn¿t work. The tv in the second room stopped working as well. It was outdated and my only option besides commercial tv was my Netflix account.

Loved having an ocean view. Stayed during covid times so the property was very vacant. I can image during normal busy times this being an excellent place to stay especially for families.

Positive: Location was great and beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly (except front desk check in staff). Negative: Very dated; small beds; view of a giant dumpster so balcony unusable; we had 2 rooms and adjoining room door didnâ€t open; mold in bathrooms and on ice bucket lid; used bandaid on the floor; stains on furniture and bedding; filthy carpet; amenities

Our room had stains all over the carpet, chair, and even sheets.Many of them were blood stains. I went to the front desk and made them aware. They seemed completely unfazed and simply rattled off some room numbers we could switch to.Our second room seemed ok. A few stains here and there but not blood stains.The next morning we woke up to ants all over in the bathroom and closet area where we had our luggage.I spent a great amount of time cleaning ants out of my belongings. I went back down to the front desk and the employee seemed completely unfazed again.I didnt even finish my sentence before she started rattling off different room numbers that we could switch to. At this point I had spent too much time unpacking, packing, and then unpacking again to chance getting into another room only to have to pack up and move again. I ended up switching hotels. This hotel says its 4 star, but the rooms are not 4 star. The pool area was nice and thats about it.The restaurant, Shutters was not great. We got a carry out our first night. I ordered 3 items. One was a cheeseburger, another was a kids meal (both came with fries.) I asked a woman behind the bar (she seemed like she was the restaurant manager) for some ketchup. She responded with. Its in there. She wasnt the one who packaged or handed me my food. I didn t want to unpack the whole bag to check so I just confirmed one more time and she said yep-its in there. It wasnt.I dont see why she didnt just hand me ketchup.

Positive: The grounds and pools were beautiful, clean and kept up on. The beach was beautiful however there was not anything noting that it was super rocky and not swimmable. Negative: Rooms were outdated and dirty. Stains on carpet and even mold in pictures that are framed. Furniture and surfaces are beat up and outdated. Was disappointed in the rooms 100%! Was not notified prior that all restaurants and on premises food was closed

Staff at the property were extremely friendly!! Our room unfortunately was not in great condition. The hallway smelled musty approaching the room, paint was chipping and doors were in rough shape. Upon entering room you could tell it was very dated, stained furniture and carpet, chipped paint, rusted metal finishes. Bathtub drain and other fixture were broken. Lucklily we only stayed one night. We selected a “newly renovated room” I don’t think we were in the newly renovated room. Rooms really need some TLC.

Front desk mannerism was not to my satisfaction. Multiple situations with multiple employees and the attitude was still there. They were just not as friendly or helpful as I would’ve hoped.

Positive: The pool location and the child atmosphere.. Negative: The security scares the guests from coming to visit. They dont screen them in the day time but screen them at night?! So that makes me feel uncomfortable. I come here because of the location to my favorite fishing spots.Ok
