Déçu de ma chambre privilège pas au niveau dun hôtel IBIS classe à 3 étoiles.La rénovation des lieux serait à minima nécessaire pour ce bel ensemble des années 70 80.Petit déjeuner en room service léger tout juste correct.Fenetre coulissante de ma chamre ne se verrouillant pas. Vitres pas nettoyées depuis un moment.Déçu mais pour le prix payé plutôt satisfait. Repas servi au restaurant sans grande attention sur un plateau en bois des années 30 et bien use.

Ok il Covid e i suoi problemi ma non siamo stati soddisfatti. Il Personale, veramente poco, si è prodigato a dismisura. Il ristorante, con cena servita sul terrazzo su tavoli di plastica senza nemmeno un foglio di carta, ha prodotto buoni piatti. Due soli camerieri a gestire tutto, pochi. Le note dolenti: un letto durissimo, di pietra che ci ha tenuti a lungo svegli. Alle 6 del mattino sotto le finestre è iniziato il viavai di camion e furgoni, con carrelli e motori elettrici di elevatori. Impossibile riposare e quindi dormito male e poco. Scarso per un 4*. In bagno una piccola saponettina in due. Scarso.Nel complesso inadeguato per un 4 stelle certamente di fattura piuttosto vecchia. In più ho avuto un brutto scambio di telefonate con il Mercure che sarebbe dovuta essere la tappa successiva in Normandia. Risultato: ho cancellato le successive tre tappe in Mercure e cambiato programma. Penso che questo sarà il nostro ultimo soggiorno con Accor Hotels.

Wir waren bisher in 2018/ 19/ 20 mehrmals auf der Durchreise im Hotel. Alles war gut... am 28.10.20 auch, aber miserabler Service... Das Restaurant hatte keine Karte, konnten nicht übersetzen was es zu essen gibt, aber 3- Gang Sparmenü für € 60,00.Im TV alle Sender in franz./ englisch/italien./japanese/russisch aber Null- Deutschsender.... Deutsche mag man wohl nicht... von daher beim nächsten mal Macon gibts ein anderes Hotel .... Schade....

Hotel gut , Matraze so hart wie ein Brett so dass man überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte und eine Woche lang Rückenschmerzen hatte. Vom 17ten bis 18ten Oktober im, Mercure in Beaune übernachtet Matraze in Zimmer 109 war wirklich wunderbar, und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Vielen Dank und Schöne Grüsse aus Luxemburg. Main issue was poor wi fi which was too weak to even read e mail without dropping constantly.Dinner - very limited choice due to Covid restrictions - tajine was inedible.

Niet aan te raden hotel, wel was het personeel gezien bij het bestellen van een biertje dat niet kon door gebrek aan ‘ leeg biervat’ toch vriendelijk .

At the time of Covid-19, when restaurants have opened back in France, the restaurant at Mercure hotel is still closed. The breakfast is still provided as few items in a paper bag to take away. In other words, less personnel, less breakfast items. More profits !!!!Also, 408 is a room without a view. Both windows are heavily damaged from humidity over a very long time. The time is over due to change whatever is needed. Some general hotel refurbishment would be also advisable.

Just OK, location is good as was the buffet breakfast. Room is only adequate with the minumum of facilities you could expect from this price point.

The team do all they can but the current situation make their job very difficult. Dinner and breakfast in all rooms is a lot more complicated that expected. Further hotel is ok.

Eine angenehme Zwischenübernachtung. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Restaurant ist geöffnet.

The Mecure has become our go to place for our trips to the alps every year. we stay with a big group and although the staff are limited, they are friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast is lovely and the rooms are perfectly adequate...Clean sheets, clean bathrooms, small but perfectly formed as they say!Take dinner at the hotel or be brave and wander down the river which is directly on front of the hotel and cross the main road into the beautiful back streets to find a lovely little tavern or restaurant for food. This town is a delight and the Mercure is perfectly situated to allow you to get a taste enough to make you ant to come back... Its Modern and chic but with the old traditional town just a lovely stroll away.

La pulizia della stanza non era soddisfacente: presenza di una ragnatela. Mi è stato addebitato il drink di benvenuto, forse per la disorganizzazione tra le addette al bar?Non mi sono stati accreditati i punti fedeltà.

O hotel está bem localizado, pequeno almoço muito bom, quartos muito limpos e confortáveis, ambiente tranquilo junto ao rio.

An overnight stop-over on our way south. The Hotel is easy to find - by the river. About 15 minutes walk along the river to the city centre. Not the most interesting of towns - but we were passing through. The staff were friendly. The room was clean but in need of some refurbishment. Nice view of the river. Breakfast was standard. We would use this hotel again.

Di ritorno dalle vacanze ho scelto Macon per una sosta e si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa. lHotel non è vicinissimo al centro, che comunque è facile da raggiungere con lauto. nei dintorni dellhotel cè il bellissimo lungofiume, un parco e non ultima la piscina ad uso dei clienti

This hotel is very nice, located by the river for a leisurely stroll. The dinner menu was extensive and our choices were delicious. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. The check-out wasnt so good - someone pushed in front of me and then the computer played up but otherwise, all very nice indeed.

I stayed one night and liked the location near the river where I walked my dog. It was convenient to the highway and there were at least two McDonalds nearby, which I appreciated. The hotel is surrounded by a park like setting and athletic facilities, a little away from the urban noise. It was nice and quiet back there. I wish I had more time to explore the area but was there as a stop on the way to the Côte dAzur.I would definitely return.
