녹스호텔 파티룸 복층옵션입니다.제가이용했을때가 1박에 40만원(4인기준)에 1인추가당 2만원식기 싱크대(인덕션도있는데 2구인데 하나밖에불이안들어옴) 냉장고 (물 커피캔 음료수캔 탄산음료수캔 한 25개씩있습니다) 노래방 더블베드2개 빔프로젝터 욕조 2개 당구대가있는 옵션입니다.뭐 그냥준수했습니다만 식기들이좀 깨끗하진않고17시에바로입실하면 객식내조명달이좀어두워서 불편할수도있습니다. 해지면 뭐 크게 어둡다고안느껴짐

...방은 넓은데 담배냄새가 너무 심해서...옷이랑 머리카락에 베일 정도로 심해서 많은 점수 못드렸어요...

파티룸도 잘 되어있고 호캉스에 제격

공간은 무척 넓고 사용하기 편합니다그런데, 비흡연 공간인데 담배냄새가 너무 많이 나서 힘들었오요 ㅠㅠ 그거 이외에는 좋았습니다!

역삼역, 그리고 시가지와의 접근성과 교통편이 좋습니다.시설물은 살짝 아쉬운편이 있었지만 부족하다고 생각되지 않았으며, 서비스도 괜찮은편이여서 개인적으로 추천합니다.

이사날짜가 이사들어가는 집과 맞지않아 몇일간 호텔 모텔을 전전하던중 여기를 들리게 됬는데좋은점정말 저렴한 가격에 방을내어 주시더라고요ㅎㅎ (왜 였는진 기억이 잘..;; 아마도 체크아웃 시간이 얼마 남지 않아서 였는지 현금계산하는 재이용 고객은 할인중이여서 였는지) 또 은행위치도 친절히 알려주시고 그래서 다음날도 여기로 갔어요 (떠순이 생활 마지막날) 프론트 체크인할때 전날 왔어요 ^-^ 하니까 또 할인 해주시네요 속으로 (아싸)불편한점시설이 오래됬어요곳곳에 낡은 부분들이 눈에 띄지만 위생은 나름대로 신경쓰시는듯 보여요

파티룸 뷰는좋아요

최악... 친구 생일이라 파티룸 필요해서 갔는데 바퀴벌레 + 그냥벌레 엄청 많아요 그 돈주고 펜션잡겠네... 6인으로 추가요금까지 냈는데 베드는 달랑 두개.. 바닦은 청소도 안돼있고.. 그럴거면 추가요금 왜 받으셨나 싶음. 결국 새벽까지만 있다가 바퀴벌레가 천장, 벽, 욕조 까지있는거 보고 택시타고 집왔어요.

The hotel was the absolute worst, the sink was full of dirty gum, It was not cleaned, Uncomfortable bed, They give a poor service.입실하자 마자 1. 행주에 껌이 붙어있었고 2. 청결하지 못 한 내부 3. 불친절한 서비스로 최악의 기억을 안겨준 모텔입니다. 이곳의 리셉션 직원들은 문의만 해도 대응 자체가 따지고 싸움을 걸듯이 이야기를 하고 녹스호텔 마인드는 아마 “절대 사과하지 않는다. 우린 sns에서 유명하니까 불친절해도 그만이니까~” 인듯 합니다. 관련 서적만 읽어도 아는 서비스의 기본을 하지 않으니까요.저는 국내, 해외 호텔 및 숙박업체는 빈번히 다니는 사람이지만.. 이런 0점 서비스는 처음입니다.심지어 저는 이러한 부정적 리뷰를 남기기가 싫어서 체크아웃 때 이전부터 고장난 것들을 이야기하니 프론트 남자직원이 아주 매섭게 저에게 따지더군요.우리나라 관광사업의 필두인 강남에서 이러한 서비스를 겪었다는 사실과 외국인 관광객 및 외국인 친구들이 이 호텔에 와서 모쪼록 한국이미지를 손상하는 일이 일어나지 않았으면 좋겠습니다.最悪のhotelです。Serviceが悪くてキッチンにはガムが付いていました。

12층까지 있는건물이며, 12층을 사용하였는데 나쁘지 않은 가격에 즐겁게 1박으로 놀 수 있음.있을만한거 다 있고 실내에서 재밌고 분위기있게 놀 수 있음.

역삼이라는 지역 대비 가격을 생각하면 저렴하고 깨끗한 편.대실도 이벤트를 잘 활용하면 최대 8시간까지 가능하다. 실내 데이트를 즐기는 커플을 위한 촤고의 장소

가격대비 효율이 많이 떨어집니다.객실 깨끗하나 좁고 욕실이 너무너무 좁습니다.화장대는 있었고 간이 테이블이 없어서 불편합니다특히 주말과 평일의 가격차이가 심합니다강남권이 대부분 그렇기는 하지만.. 추천하진 않습니다.

일주일 투숙했는데 주차 서비스가 좋았으며 직원들이 참친절하셨어요~ 방도 방음이 좋아서 조용했으며 침대가 푹신해서 좋았어요 지하3층에는 헬스장과 세탁소가 있는데세탁소만 이용을 했는데 세탁기 3대가 있어 사용하기는 좋았습니다.아침 조식은 기대 이하 정말 간단하게 먹을정도~

그 가격에 더럽고 관리 못하고 욕조는 깨져있고 더러워 담지도 못하고 소독안해서 벼룩있는지 간지러워 죽을뻔 컴퓨터는 폼인지 작동두 안되고 정말 별하나도 아까움

누가 이곳을 청결하다 했나 담배냄새에 딱보기에도 15년전 모텔같은데 사람들은 친절하다..

파티룸은 꼭대기에... 최근에는 중국인들이 많이 드나들어서 호텔컨디션이 많이 떨어짐

저희는 옥상 이벤트룸 있었는데요.가격은 좀 있지만 이벤트 하기에는 딱입니다.당구 다이도 있고노래방, 영화 보기에도 딱 좋습니다.두커플정도 놀러가서 신나게 놀아도 좋을것 같아요.물론 경제적으로만 괜찮다면 한커플 가시면 더 좋겠죠.창가에 욕조가 있어 밖을 보면 반신욕 할수도 있고스탠딩바가 설치되어 있어 바에 온 분위기를 연출할 수도 있어요.기보진 않았지만 이벤트룸중에 수영장이 있는 방도 있던데이벤트 하기에 딱 좋습니다.

We arrived very early (6am) for our two night stay and the staff were happy to let us leave our bags and explore the city. Overall, nice place in a convenient location. The room came with a straightener, which was super helpful for fixing my hair (never seen that in other hotels).

Die Zimmer waren trotz der zentralen Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig. Die Reinigung war ok, die Wände würden einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Schwimmbad und der Fitnessraum sind gut. Besonders wertvoll mitten in Kangnam ist der Parkplatz. Frühstück wenig reichhaltig, nicht mehr Vorhandenes wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

因为离公司近，所以每次出差都住这里，周边吃饭超级多，离地铁和机场大巴都很近，房间在韩国酒店里也算大的了，总体性价比还不错！但是如果你想逛明洞就别选了，距离很远，地铁虽不用换车，但也要40多分。逛江南和清潭洞，那这里还不错哦！

Due a very busy weekend in Seoul with almost no hotel available, I was struggling in finding a good hotel in a very good location

The hotel is one among many similar ones found near Yeoksam Station in the downtown Gangnam District. Lobby is on the 2nd floor that also has a small area for having simple breakfast. Check-in was simple, and I was asked if I wanted to buy a toothbrush kit for 1000 won, which I declined.The room was reasonably comfortable and clean, with a large flatscreen TV connected to a popular IPTV service (~200 channels), a usable computer, and good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was much bigger than what I’m used to seeing. The Jacuzzi didn’t quite work right, but it didn’t matter as I only needed a shower. The breakfast being served isn’t anything fancy. You have a selection of beverages, cereal, fruits, and bread, with some boiled eggs and a coffee machine on the side. It was alright for a light meal.Given the accessibility and price, I might want to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

We were greeted and taken to our rooms as soon as we arrived. The gentleman even showed us to our room and helped with our luggage. The Staff were really helpful throughout the trip especially Jason who was always there first thing in the morning before we left. He would always ask us and ensure we took the proper subway line and got off at the right exits and recommend a lot of interesting places to visit and see. Though we had our 2year old daughter with us we had a non smoking room booked but was placed on a smoking floor. Was not impressed about that after we had switched rooms. We were there for two weeks, so we were on the floor by ourselves for most of the time. On the second week they had more rooms being occupied and being smoked in. The smell was not obvious the first night. But was obvious the day they were other occupied rooms with people smoking. We returned one night and it had smelled like someone was smoking in our room. The younger lady at the service desk was quick to switch our rooms but we had to pack and move all of our luggage and other things to the new room. The first room was exactly like the picture but the picture may have been taken when the room was first renovated. The walls were pretty marked up and needed a fresh coat of paint. Also a full size body mirror would of been great when getting ready. The second room was definitely better then the first. Complementary breakfast was really good, suggest more protein like bacon or sausage.

Really good hotel for the price. Good facilities and really friendly staff that are willing to accommodate your needs. All staff have a good level of English to assist any questions. The room was clean with great wifi and the bathroom with the spa tube was a great bonus. The shower was on point! Nothing like a nice strong working shower and the end of a hard day. The swimming pool is not big at all but the fact the do have one for the price I paid, I wouldnt complain. All in all on of the friendliest hotels Ive been in.

Great location and very attentive service to customers. Jason, the bell boy was amazing!!! Well done! He made our stay great with his open and friendly approach as well as the advices for the after office hours activities. I recommed staying here.

It was alright. The staff is very friendly but I would say overall it’s not worth the price. Bath tub is great and bed super comfy but the hotel itself , design location atmosphere breakfast is very underwhelming.

Nice hotel to begin with. Its room has a computer which I have never experienced in the other hotel before. Its room also has a big jacuzzi.

Comfort stay , good location and kind staffs.Especially ms. Choi was impressive . She was the best. Definitely our family would stay again next visit .

First, I want to be clear that I cannot attest to the room quality/comfort, as I was unable to stay during my booking. My poor review is due to the rude and uncompassionate behaviour of the hotel staff, particularly the manager. Despite legitimate complications that occurred prior to and during our arrival at Incheon Airport, we were unable to meet the hotel check-in deadline for 12pm. We informed hotel staff that we were unable to make it for check-in, but they simply repeated no refund, no cancel. This behaviour was again displayed to Expedia staff who were very kind in attempting to resolve the situation with the hotel, but no reasonable solution was made.If you value your money and want to ensure you will be treated fairly as a valued customer, then I would strongly not recommend staying here.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Fitness room with all equipment you need. Bath tube was big, bed was comfy. One thing to complain was the hair brush in the washroom, it seemed like a reusable one and it was smelly.

I usually love staying here and have stayed here many times. This this the computers that are usually in the room have been taken out. There were some small problems with the room. Nothing to terrible but not at the quality the Nox usually has.

Great place but the Jacuzzis did not work

1.Take bus 6020 from Incheon airport. Cost 15,000 So. Korean won in November 2017. Every 20 minutes, the bus departs from the Arrivals level both from Exit 4B and at a second stop near Exit 11. The bus driver only takes Korean won and usually does not speak English. It is possible to pay with a credit card inside the terminal at a counter near Exit 4. 2.Take the bus to the final stop, which is Yeoksam metro station. Between the next to last stop (Gangnam station) and Yeoksam station, the bus travels east on a wide street called Teheran-ro. Just prior to Nonhyeon-ro, it makes a U turn and lets you off on the north side of Teheran-ro near the intersection of Teheran-ro and Nonhyeon-ro. (The bus stop for the return is 50 meters to the west.)3.Walk Northeast about 425 meters to the hotel as follows.(i)Travel east on the north side of Teheran-ro. Initially walk toward Gugielmo coffee. Gugielmo coffee is on the northeast corner of Teheran-ro at Nonhyeon-ro. On the north side of Teheran-ro, cross Nonhyeon-ro, then Gugliemo coffee, then the SI Tower,and two narrow streets (almost alleys) marked Teheran-ro 27-gil and Teheran-ro 29-gil. (ii)Turn left off of Teheran-ro onto Teheran-ro 33-gil. Starbucks and DHL are on the NW corner, that is, on the left when you have to turn off of Teheran-ro. (iii)Take the second right onto Teheran-ro 37-gil. The Tria hotel is at the corner. The Nox Boutique Hotel will be near on your right.

1. The hotel staff are nice.2. But that’s the only good thing. You’re basically STAYING in an ASHTRAY. The room is heavily sprayed with air fresheners to try to cover up the smell of cigarettes. We tried opening the window, but the smell of cigarettes is so heavily embedded in everything that the smell never leaves. Wanting to change rooms, we checked out a different room. They are all the same. The smell was so bad that the people my husband and I met the next day smelled cigarettes from our clothes!! We literally coughed and couldn’t sleep because of the smell!3. Dirty. The room looks clean at first, but when you take a closer look, it’s quite dirty. The towels are yellowish and have particles on them. The hairbrush that was in plastic to look like new had hair on it.4. The price we paid for through expedia was actually MORE EXPENSIVE than the price charged on site. The reply I got was that the difference was due to the cost of the included breakfast. I, however, don’t think that the offered low quality breakfast, which we opted not to eat, is the reason. BUT if that were actually the case, breakfast at a high quality cafe in that area is cheaper, and has better quality food. 5. This is a love hotel no matter what someone may say. The amenities package we were given even had a condom and “woman cleanser”.In sum, unless you are a smoker and/or just want a place to make out, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Pros- decent size room- huge TVCons- hotel staff do no speak any english- I kept smelling cigarette smoke from the bathroom vent- hard to navigate electronics - fridge wasnt that cold- no view
