루프탑 옥상 수영장에 온수가 나와서추석명절때 호캉스를 멋지게 잘즐기다 왔습니다

가성비 좋네요.가족 단위는 아니고 연인이나 남자.여자 끼리 호캉스 좋습니다.여자분 끼리 오신분들 많네요.일본 관광객도 많고 단 휴트니스는 별로 입니다.

협소한 주차공간빼고는 싸이트가격대비 좋은 느낌을 받았다. 샤워공간이 조금 좁다는 느낌을 받았고깨끗함을 느꼈다!! 문화적인 느낌을 전달하려는 운영자의 느낌을 전달받았다!수영장이 있다고했는데 안내를 받지는 못한점이 조금 아쉬웠다.

슈페리어더블룸에 묵었는데 예전에 다른곳에 묵었던곳보다 넓어서 좋았고 주말이 낑겼는데도 싸서 좋고 샤워 물빨이 쎄서 좋고 직원들 친절한것도 좋은데 4박잔다고 조식서비스 받아서 잘먹었는데 아침에 샌드위치에 셀러드와 소세지는 국밥에 고기를 좋아하는나로선 소세지만 맛있게 먹음 콘프레이크 한대접 포함해서.3일자면서 수영장을 가볼생각을 못한게 흠이고내가 생각하는 단점이라면 내가 잔 방이 욕조가 없었다는 점과 자주 들락날락하는 관계로 엘리베이터를 사용할때마다 키카드를 꼽아야한다는점 보안관계로 봐서는 좋은거지만이상끝.

수영장이 있대서 갔는데 생각보다 좋았어요 물이 따뜻해서 즐기기 좋았지만 좁으니까 2~3인 3팀이 최대정원인 느낌 그리고 목욕가운에 구멍이 나있더라구요...

이쁘고 아늑합니다여름에 스카이풀은 뭐 형용할수없을정도 셀카찍기 좋은 장소에요.

직원이친절하고 방도깔끔하니 생각보다넓어요

가격 괜찮고 프론트 고급져요. 제일 싼 방 묵었던 것 같은데 나머지는 가격 대비 만족했는데 그래도 샤워실이 너무 후졌어요. 모텔 화장실 같았음. 샤워부스 달랑 하나. 어메니티도 썰렁.. 주변에 음식점들 많은 건 장점.

도심 호캉스! 루프탑에 야외 수영장 있어 커플, 친구들끼리 가기 좋다. 수영장은 작은편. 그래도 펠프스처럼 수영할건 아니니까 괜춘. 조식은 평타. 난 초딩입맛이니깐. 객실 인테리어 분위기도 좋아용. 꼭 유명한 호텔에 안가도 기분 낼수있다.

이 호텔은 수영장의 존재의 의미가 모든 것을 완성해줌. 서울에서 흔히 볼 수 없는 루프탑 수영장은 생각보다 특별함. 크기가 중요하지 않은 이들에게는 저렴한 가격에 수영장을 즐길수있어서 만족스러울것.

루프탑 미침. 그런데 옆건물 옥상에서 남자가 쳐다보며 안녕하세요 인사함. 1층에 말했는데 호텔담당자는 코로나 때문에 사람이 없으며 그럴리 없다함ㅎㅎ 졸지에 귀신을 본 거짓말쟁이가 되어버림..ㅎ

도심 속에서 수영하니까 좋고 조식서비스도 잘 되어있음.

위치가 시내에 있어서 편리하고 늦은 시간까지 시간을 보낼수 있어서 좋았네요.너무 가까이 숙박시설이 많은건 장점이자 단점인듯 해요~~^^;;

가성비는 나쁘지 않은곳 대실비도 적당하고 무엇보다 여기 한군데 말고 근처엔 모텔이 읍다...;;다른데를 찾는다면 역삼역 등으로 나가야 한다주위에 혼자인데도 갑질 안하는 착한 모텔

Service is NOT GOOD.They LIED to me not once, TWICE!!!시설자체는 괜찮음. 일부 구린건 싸니 괜춘함.내가 수영장 하냐고 두 차례 걸쳐 물어봄-> 친절하게 걱정마세요 와라 -> 젠장 체크인하니 죄송하다고 안된다고 함. 조식쿠폰으로 쇼부침.

깨끗하고 옥상에 수영장도 좁지만 즐겁게 잘놀았어요. 저희는 아이와 함께 갔는데 커플들의 애정행각이 넘 진해서 보기안좋았어요.숙소는 깨끗하고 편하고 좋았어요.

호캉스로 생각하고 옥상 풀에서 사진찍을 생각이라면 비추. 옥상이 개좁아서 목욕탕 냉탕 크기 정도의 풀에서 한 20명이 들어가서 사진찍고 있음. ㄹㅇ 짠하다.

Gramos Hotel은 수영장 이용을 위해 선정되었습니다. 강남의 비교적 조용한 지역에 위치하고 있으며 근처에 스타 벅스와 편의점을 두는 것이 좋았습니다. 수영장이 없으면 가격대가 있었지만 잘 사용했습니다. 다른 리뷰로 수영장을 방문했을 때 크기가 작기 때문에 놀랐습니다.

골목에 위치하고 있으나 쉽게 확인할수 있음, 방 자체가 넓진 않지만 구조를 잘 이용해 효율성이 좋음

강남치고 그리 비싸지 않은 가격이 깔끔하고 괜찮은 방을 사용할 수 있는 곳 여름에 펜트하우스의 수영장은 선남선녀들의 몸매 자랑질!

방없다고 룸업그레이드 해주셔서 너무 편하게 쉬다왔어요

주차공간 협소에 발렛하시는분들 차량험하게 운전함 휠파손까지 일어남 샤워실 화장실 분리되어있어 사용하기에 불편함

Begin with the negative before the positive. The lack of toothpaste, toothbrush, simple coffee or beverage lack of availability are unfortunate. The negatives I mentioned are a little surprising since the positives are excellent which I’ll mention now. Very friendly staff (Good English), clean and cool room, comfy beds, high quality Bluetooth speaker, excellent pool on roof-top.This hotel is in a central location to get around Gangnam. Although the negative points I listed are a little Unexpected for this hotel. I would likely return to this hotel in the future if I am looking for a comfortable, comfy, and convenient experience.

Laut den Mitarbeitern sollte das Hotel 4 Minuten Gehweg von Yeoksam Station sein, waren in Wirklichkeit 10 Minuten. Das Hotel war nicht wirklich leicht zu finden gewesen. Umgeben von sehr vielen Baustellen. Das Gute an der Lage ist, dass es einen 24h Shop gab den man 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Die Lobby an sich war etwas klein aber schön eingerichtet, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Zimmer war auf keines der Bildern zu sehen also etwas enttäuschend. Die Wand vom Bett war dreckig schwarz und der Fliessenboden im Bad war schmutzig. Den Fussbodenheizung konnte man irgendwie nicht ausschalten sodass ich die Klimaanlage anmachen musste damit es nicht zu warm wird. Der Kühlschrank war in einem Schrank versteckt was nicht gut für den Kühlschrank ist. Drinnen waren nur zwei Flaschen Wasser obwohl in der Beschreibung „Minibar“ stand, zu dem musste ich für Zahnpasta extra bezahlen... die Steckdose im Bad war kaputt wurde aber in den nächsten Tagen repariert... die Putzfrau staubgesaugte nur den Boden und benutzte im Nachhinein eine fusselrolle für den Boden und wischte den Boden nicht mal. Mit den selben Handschuhen, mit den sie einen dreckigen Lappen der stinkt die Toilette und den Waschbecken sauber gemacht hat, hat sie auch die Bettdecke und Kissen berührt und neu bezogen und die auf den Boden gelegt!Eklig!

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Grammos - it was clean, friendly and quiet. I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the daily housekeeping and found the bed/pillows very comfortable! This is a perfect hotel if you want to be near Gangnam but not right in the heart of it. Easy to get to the subway stations and had convenience stores and shopping close by.

Great hotel in a good location. Room is good and nicely furnished. Also, good toiletries etc. Rain shower is great. One issue was noise from upstairs. The guests kept moving furniture around for some reason. The pool is small but excellent to have access to and a very nice feature for the price point. There were no cushions on the wooden seating, which was a bit uncomfortable. The lobby also has newspapers (Korean and English) - very welcome. Overall, very good. Ive stayed before and I will likely stay again.

The bed was super comfortable. It was peaceful and we were not bothered by outside noise. Was veey clean and a nice a room.

We’ve enjoyed our stay—my child loved the bathtub—it was very comfy and clean overall.

It is a good hotel. The staff speaks English which is really helpful. They were very courteous and professional and kind. The superior twin room is perfect size for two people. The restaurant does not seem to be open. I havent asked about it since the reviews I read on another website were not good. Anyway, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. A Starbucks is a about 30 - 60 second walk away. The carpet looks a bit old, but I kept socks on or used the slippers. Toiletries are provided as well. I hadnt realized there was a small coffee area where there is free coffee. I didnt know it was free until I asked about it. I also didnt know if the two bottles of water in the fridge were free until I asked about it too. Didnt have chance to check out the pool since its December. Overall, a good stay. Ill try the coffee tomorrow morning.

第一次給差評！酒店經理Edwin 態度惡劣，完全沒有客戶服務慨念！事緣本人訂了同一酒店但分開了兩個booking , check in 時已經告知reception 不想轉房間，想留在同一房，當時男生說可以！第二天打來說我要Check out and in again!! 我很憤怒因為酒店說get out of this room ! 從沒想像過會有這樣的服務 但可怕了最後送了早餐作賠償，但很爛的早餐！不會再住！

Fast check-in, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The pool in the family suite is great fun! Family suite has 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 TV and 2 refrigerators.Forget the view though - many buildings under construction.Small convenience store around the corner, many restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed the beds which were very comfortable. This is my second time in the hotel, I came back because of the rooftop pool. However, all the furniture in the pool area are missing the cushions they had last time and that you can see in the pictures of the hotel. This makes the lounge chairs very uncomfortable. The windows both in the pool area as in the room need cleaning. In the room there are several things that need deeper cleaning like the air conditioner and ceiling appliances, they are all covered with clogs of dust. In general everything is clean from daily swipes but many things need a deeper maintenance cleaning like the fixtures on the glass doors or faucets.

Good stay in Yeoksam! Clean and cozy! Would definitely recommand staying here!

Nice small hotel. A lot of dining options. A little bit far from Airport limousine bus stop.

Close to Yeoksam station and walkable to Gangnam station. Lots of food selection open till late behind the hotel. Would be great if the hotel can install some hooks to hang clothes in the shower room.

Location at close distance to subway station, in a side street, at footwalk distance to restaurants. Clean modern room with indoor jacuzzi, rooftop pool, free coffee and office pc in lobby. 1 subway station from Gangnam quarter away

We were given free breakfast for our first morning at the hotel which was very nice & unexpected. We loved the rooftop pool area. Our entire stay was very quiet & relaxing.

Close to restaurants and walking distance to lots of places. The Korean suite has lots of room and a spa fantastic!

The location is very convenient to reach by airport transfer shuttle. There are ***y convenience shops surrounding only a minute walk away. Staff at the reception were simply incredible. Very good value for money. We just spent six nights here at this Hotel and would confidently recommend it to future travellers.

Staff very friendly. Area not the greatest for families due to evidence of nightlife in the morning (specifically call girl cards and flyers on the ground with suggestive photos of women )

The hotel is ok. Not great, but not bad either. Staffs English level is so-so. However, the rooms are comfortable enough for a brief stay.

Amazing location. Room is very spacious and clean. Using one remote to control TV, lights and temperature is very convenient. Cant ask more for the price!

Room is great for the price except the bed sheets and bed cover appeared to be old and used up.Overall it was a good hotel.

I will stay here again if I am with family. The staff was very nice and request where fulfilled very quickly. I dont think I ever saw the maid but the room was always spotless. We stayed at this Seoul hotel in April during the off-season when rates were reasonable.

It’s a perfect little boutique hotel in the Gangnam district. Close to good restaurants and bars. The rooms were very clean and hotel staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for someone who isn’t looking for a major hotel with lots of ammenities.

Ive stayed in an executive room and it was spotless. Bus 6702 from Airport stops in front of Renaissance Hotel and you can walk to Grammos. Situation close to Yeoksam station made it very easy to circulate Seoul. I have been recently in Grammos hotel, and I would strongly recommend it as perfect hotel.

A huge tour coach might find it really challenging to turn into the minor road. The reception staff were very ready to assist us with where we were wanted to go (Nami Island, etc), and provided directions to get to our destination. As english speaking New Zealanders our Korean was nil but staff all communicated well with us and we appreciate their efforts.

The hotel is tucked away down an alley not far from the Marriott. The airport bus is in front of hotel renaissance located at the next street, very comfortable bus and highly recommended. You will appreciate the calm and modern design of the hotel. I would go back due to its location and total ambience of the rooms.
