저렴한 가격대비 방.욕실 청결상태는 양호한 편입니다.냉장고 청소상태 불량.침대이불커버등 너무 낡아서 움직이니 찢어지더라구요~주변 편의시설은 좋으나코로나여파인지 슬렴화되가는 분위기였어요~~그러나 가격대비 만족합니다.

방음은 별로지만 온수는 잘 나옵니다.

좁고,,,,이가격 대비 생각보다 별로입니다 뭔가...좀 그럴듯하게 꾸민것 같지만 부족해보이는 숙소입니다. 모텔보다는 못하네요 ㅠㅠ 같은가격대 모텔말하는겁니다

음 일단 저가 다른게스트하우스도 많이 가보고 그랬는데 시설이 쫌 깔끔하고 직원분들도 친절하셨어요 ! 그리고 나가서 50초만 걸으면 서면 술집들이 정말 많더라구요 ㅎㅎ 놀고 들어오기 너무 좋고 관광하기도 최고인거 같아요 !!!!

가격대비 시설도 너무 좋고 위치도 정말 좋아요ㅠㅠ 이 가격에 불가능한 룸컨디션이었어요! 여행에 필요한 비품들도 다 빌려주셔서 부산여행 편하게 하다 갑니다!! 완전 추천해요!!!!!!!!!! 부산 여행시 재방문 의사 100%있습니다:)+프론트 직원분들도 너무 친절하세용!! 감사합니당

12월 8일 3인실 이용. 방음이 거의 안되지만 시설은 깨끗한 편이었고 화장실이 매우작았으나 방이 넓었음.방은 3인실이라 꽤 넓었는데 난방제품은 조그마한 자취방용 캐리어 히터뿐. 오후5시에 한시간반째 히터를 풀로 켜놓았으나 매우 추움.카운터에 얘기를 해보니 막 켜놓은 상태라 조금 있으면 따뜻해질거라 얘기함. 히터를 오후 3시반부터 10시간넘게 켜놓고 늦은 밤에 들어왔으나 똑같은 상황.늦은시간이라 당연히 카운터는 문을 닫았고 밤새 웅크리고 잠을 잤고 너무 추워서 패딩을 입고 잠. 아침에 나갈때 상황을 얘기함.사장님과 전화통화를 하자고 요청하자 사장님은 바쁘다고 직접적인 통화는 어렵다고 말함. 지속적인 요청을 하자 오늘중으로 통화할수 있도록 최대한 노력해보겠다 함. 아직 연락없음.기분나빴던 포인트는 일단 십이만원이나 내고 잤으나 추워서 떠느라 자는것같지 않았음. 그럴수 있다고 생각하나 대처가 좋지 않았음. 일단 이러한 불편이 생겼으면 먼저 사과부터 해야 하는게 맞다고 생각함. 그러나 당황하셔서 그런지 사과는 없고 여태까지 그랬던 적이 없고 요 근래 날이 추워서 그런것같다는 말씀을 하심.그리고 불편사항에 대해 사장님과 통화를 하고 싶다고 했으나 바쁜일이 있어 통화가 어렵고 통화를 해도 달라질건 없을것 같다고 얘기하심.또한 마지막으로 갈때 안녕히계세요 라고 크게 얘기 했는데 정신이 없으셔서 못들으신건지 대답조차 하지 않아 우리의 기억에서는 부산 숙소에서의 최악의 서비스 게스트하우스로 기억이 남음.

부산서면에 저렴한 가격에 무료조식과 와이파이도 있고 시설도 아담하고 있을거 다있고 좋아요

조식 사진과 다름 소음차단이 되지않아 잠을 자지 못함

방이 엄청 습해서 벽에 곰팡이가 펴있고 냄세가좀 납니다 방음 안되는건 다른곳도 마찬가지라 불만은 아니였는데 정도가 심할정도로 저녁 늦게까지 떠드는데 제제도 없고 다른곳보다 가격도 비싸고 맘에들어할 부분이 없네요

離西面地下街非常近，附近吃東西、逛街及交通都非常方便。最訝異的是櫃檯英文非常好，真的很詳細的回答問題，而且寄放物品什麼都非常親切!肺炎非常時期期間，還能遇到對說中文這麼親切的，覺得感動。飯店在4樓，我都認樓下的咖啡廳會再訪的旅店（早餐也簡單豐盛喔！）

Once I got over the surprise of the property being in the same building as two girly bars all was well. Its a simple place, clean, friendly and not actually noisy considering the neighborhood. Excellent location for access to metro and night life. Breakfast was just eggs toast and cereal that you make yourself. It was fine for a few nights stay. The towels are oddly small, bed was comfy, bathroom was fine.

Awesome stay in Busan. very central. Wall is a little bit thin especially if your room is by the common area – but, if you have been out exploring, a little noise wont be a problem!

Es hat mir dort gut gefallen. Mein Zimmer war ausreichend groß, mit kleinem Bad. Zentrale Lage, nicht weit von der Seomyeon U-Bahn Station Ausgang 1 nehmen, ganz wichtig!! Alle möglichen Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Very spacious for a single room as compared to guesthouses in Seoul. Accessible to Seomyeon station and lots of food around. As my room is next to the pantry, its pretty noisy early in the morning and at night. It would be great if staff/other guests can be more considerate and talk softly. Its pretty annoying when youre trying to catch some rest to catch an early bus the next day but unable to do so due to the noise.

Positives:The room was very clean.The bed was very comfortable.Location is right in the middle of Seomyeon (a popular commercial district).The price is very reasonable for what you get.Negatives:A bit dimmer than expected (in the pictures the rooms look like they have a lot of light, but this room had one frosted window that faced a brick building).As another review mentioned, they offer a free night if you give them 10/10, which I really dont like, and makes me feel like I cant trust other reviews.The place is rectangular, with all doors facing the central atrium, which doubles as the reception area and kitchen. Id say, as well as lacking the amenities of a hotel, this place lacks the social aspect of a hostel, partly due to this.Im not sure if its usually like this, but I could still hear music from nearby bars at 1am on a Monday (though not very loudly). That looks like more negatives than positives, but all the essentials were there, so my overall review is good. This place is definitely a decent option.

The room was fine but it had a lot of yellow marks and scuffs along the wall which made it feel not the cleanest. The bathroom is small but the shower surprisingly has good pressure and gets very hot water. Also note that the towels are not provided but are rented out. Location is good, staff are friendly and their dog, Choco was great to have around.Overall, you get what you pay for. The room was pretty basic. They also ask for a 10/10 rating to get a free nights stay which means their overall rating isnt the best representation of what you get.

Awesome guesthouse!!! The staff was very kind and friendly! They were a great help in giving me directions on how to get to many sightseeing places and recommended great restaurants for me to try! Rooms were clean and they have a water machine for guest to use throughout their stay! Location is also in a very convenient place! Thank you!!!

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and it was pretty well-equipped. The room was a little small, but as we were out most of the day it didn’t really matter. The staff were friendly, ready to respond and help. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby as well. Overall we enjoyed our short stay very much.

I stayed here on the Thursday and Friday. I’d have to say that, this place is really convenient as a solo traveller. You take the subway to Seomyeon on the green line. Just 1 transfer from the airport about 30mins. This area is quite central to Busan as well, so getting to all places is easy since Seomyeon has the 2 main subway lines too. Subway is within 10mins walk of the accomodation, and it’s all underground, good since it was quite hot outside, can duck out of the heat. Seomyeon also has lots of restaurants, bars and clubs. The Guesthouse is located closer to the restaurants, which the bars and clubs are across the main street 5mins away.I stayed on the 3rd floor away from the main reception, the room is cosy and clean. Definitely does the job if you’re just exploring during the day and night and you’re here to sleep. On top, the receptionists were great help and spoke good English, this is quite rare from my experience travelling around Korea in general.Photos online are accurate, so I’ll post one of the common area with 3 Japanese girls staying here too.

The place is nothing like the pictures in-person. Its very run down, stains, wear and tear everywhere - from the walls to the linens. Stale air. We were so disgusted that we decided to leave upon seeing the room.

Muy bien situado, cerca de una estación de metro con dos líneas de las más útiles para visitar Seúl. Cerca hay mucho ambiente también, muchos bares y restaurantes y además se puede ir andando a sitios como el mercado de Myeongdong.El hotel, que es una guesthouse, es bastante básico, pero a la vez es cómodo, ya que está bien pensado para viajeros. Sin ser nada lujoso, cumple con esperado.

Great! Although a bit noisy in night time but the lovely dog in guesthouse can make me forget about that problem in the morning time. If you wear slipper you have to be aware this dog!ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

I stayed for 3D2N and I understanded that no clean up service would be provided. So I supposed that nobody would enter my room. I closed the window myself in 1st night. Unfortunately, outside noise woke me up in 2nd mid night and I could not sleep well. In the 3rd day morning, I discovered and suprised that the window was opened. The receptionist told me that staff might enter room to check conditions. But I wonder why the staff opened the window but did not closed it. I am so disappointed.

The bedroom itself was pretty nice and clean for the money we paid, but the bathroom smelt really really bad. The Wifi signal was really weak too.

A pleasant stay: able to get travel info from one of the staff; good to be able to cook a simple breakfast before heading out

旅館位置就在美食街上，走出去就有豬肉湯飯街、布帳馬車、烤肉、豬腳，連麥當勞、肯德基都有，還有西面地下街、NC百貨、24小時超市可以逛，位置在4樓，要坐電梯上去，下面是LADY BAR。旅館的老闆跟員工很友善，我們的問題他都會盡量解答，員工很熱情、健談，也提供一家好好吃的BBQ建議，非常值得推薦。
