친구들이랑 저렴하게 놀려고 예약했는데 가격 대비 만족스러웠어요! 지하철역에서 1분도 안되는 거리에 위치해 있어 접근성이 매우 좋고 근처에 롯데타워, 롯데월드가 있어 놀거리도 많아요. 호텔 침대는 고급 호텔 기대하시면 실망하실 거에요... 그래도 막 더럽고 위생 상태가 별로는 아니었어요!! 욕실에 동그란 욕조가 있는데 커튼을 쳐도 잘 가려지지가 않아 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠구요 따로 대나무 히노끼탕있는 방으로 예약했는데 아직 덥지 않음에도 불구하고 모기랑 온갖 벌레들이 많아서 발만 담궜어요 히노끼탕이 있는 방이랑 없는 방이랑 가격이 조금 다른데 없는 일방 방 예약하셔도 충분할 거같아요

침대나 욕실, 기본적인 구성 등은 괜찮으나 잠을 잘 못자서 컨디션 최악이다,,,ㅠ방음이 진짜 최악인듯하다,,,밤새 누군지는 몰라도, 물 틀어놓고 뭔짓을 하는건지 하수도 내려가는 소리가 수 시간동안 들려서 밤잠을 다 설쳤다. 소리에 내가 민감한편인가 싶을 정도로 갖가지 소리에 시달렸다.바깥문도 방음이 잘 안되서 복도 왔다갔다할 때 다른방에서 나는 소리들을 심심찮게 들을 수 있었다...그 외에는 전반적으로 무난했다.

위치는 역이랑 가깝고 시설 깔끔해요

배명사거리 석촌고분역 바로 근처의 호텔. 집 근처인데 집 배관공사 때문에 어쩔 수 없이 여기서 하루 묵음. 여기는 모텔이 아니라 호텔임.즉, 화장품, 빗 같은게 너저분하게 비치되어 있는게 아니라 어매니티가 제대로 구성되어 있고 어매니티에 콘돔이 들어있지 않음. 방 자체는 조금 좁은 편이지만 위치와 가격을 생각하면 이해가 되고 전체적으로 깨끗하고 모텔 특유의 냄새가 나지 않아서 만족함.

주차도 잘 되고 방도 깨끗함. 제일 저렴한 방은 너무 좁으니 그 위 레벨 방으로 예약하면 여유있고 좋음.

아들이랑 신랑이랑 샤워하고 나오니샴퓨랑 없어서 머리도 몬감고아침에 머리감을라고 달라고 했어요아 정말 호텔도 애델고 (숙박비도 비쌈)구마넌아유 우리가 너무 늦깨 서울을 상경한탓에폰검색해서 들왔는데...후회하실꺼에요아들이 너무 지저분하다가이런곳첨봤다고 하네요샤워하는데도 너무좁고화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있더라고요마니 불편했어요글고 찌른내가 났어요 (아 진짜 괴로웠음)화장실청소가 안되있더라고요

직원 친절이 기본이었습니다 ... 잠실 근처에 있습니까? 그것은 복잡해 보였고 택시는 옳았다. 두? 혼자 출장 중인지 모르겠습니다 .. 방, 화장실 및 샤워 시설이 너무 작아서 가족이 머무를 수 없습니다. 밤을 어떻게 보냈습니까?

방은 좁앗지만 어메니티는 알찼다. 샤워실이 조금 좁아서 불편. 푹신한 침대는 최고

Its been a good stay at the Infini hotel. Clean and tidy. In front of the hotel theres a Starbucks like, so you can get nice coffee across the street.

The location is great but the problem with this hotel is that it appears to be foreigner-friendly and its a lie. It looks like a western style hotel but 3 out of 4 front desk people we interacted with didnt speak any English and when we tried to speak Korean, they made no effort to work with us. They refused to give us an extra pillow. And the AC turned off on a timer every hour so when we needed to sleep we asked for assistance (even with the help of a Korean friend on the phone). But the man literally didnt know how to use the AC and so we were out of luck. We did not sleep well and it was very stressful. I do not recommend staying here, especially for foreigners!

It just takes 2 mins from the hotel to metro. The room isn’t big but comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful.

First of all, the person at the reception area was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel was easy to find and it was close to many restaurants and convenient stores but the room was quiet. The room was very clean and my stay there very pleasant.

Staff very friendly. Loved how modern and comfortable room was. We booked the suite w spa on balcony but only had cold water running and when staff informed it got warm but took forever to fill up. The view of the city was breathtaking from the balcony. Our car was left with lights on by staff parking it so battery died but got the car fixed for us. Staff spoke little English but can call manager to translate and take care any problems.Cafe was not open ever.

There was no room service and no restaurants. Walls were dirty, spider web on the ceiling. Didnt change bed linens nor towels. Staffs seemed to be surprised everytime i asked any questions. I stayed there by myself and i felt unsafe as they dont knock for housekeeping, they just barge in twice.

The hotel says the room for three adults for max but has only one bed. I had horrible experience with staff and cancelled our stay after seeing the room. A full refund was given but dont recommend this hotel.

The room is very clean and have all kind of stuffs. Bed is pretty comfort. But the room is so tight.
