매우 작은 객실. 매우 좁은 화장실. 정말 실용적으로 하루 묵길 원하다면 추천. 조식도 토스트 시리얼 약간의 과일 등 간단. 방이 다닥다닥 붙어있어 옆방 소리가 다 들림.

싼 가격에 머물면서 큰 기대를 많이 하면 안될 것 같아요. 체크인이나 체크아웃 절차가 따로 있지 않아요. 그냥 전화로 비밀번호 받아서 이용했어요. 방에 수건도 비누도 비치되어있지 않아요. 그래도 드라이기는 있었네요.

시트 더럽고 청소도 해주지 않습니다.방이 너무 작습니다. 이렇게 작은 곳은 처음.너무 좁아서 캐리어를 열지도 못함.화장실도 좁고 샤워하면 방에 물이 들어옴

최악의 게스트하우스!!!!!게스트 하우스가 아니라 말그대로 고객우롱 하우스!!!!! 처음 가자마자 구멍 숭숭나고 허름한 베게에 여기저기 오물묻은 침대시트와 이불!!!!청소하다만 객실!!!!충격중충격!!!! 바꿔달라고하니 태연하게 원래 다 이렇다 며 거드름 피우는 직원.직원태도에 더 놀라울정도로 충격이라 ..그때 그 태도에 다씬 가고싶지 않음!!!!!!

싸다. 그런데 굉장히 청결한 편. 겨울엔 좀 추울수 있음. 껴입고 자면 괜찮음.

Make sure you double check the address as there is another K-Gueshouse Premium that I first went to. I love this location close to shops and bus stops and near the N Seoul Tower. My single room was excellent for one night! It was quiet with a nice private bathroon that had very hot water. My only complaint was my sheet had a stain on it, but since I was only there for one night I didnt bother changing it. The breakfast was excellent. Toast, eggs, cereal and juice. I would stay here again because the room was very private and quiet.

一人で利用しました。 到着まで迷いましたがよく見たら大きく書いてありました。エレベーターがあります。受付の方は日本語が話せて必要最低限のみの会話です。受付の階に宿泊したんですが、受付の方たちの声や笑い声や宿泊の方の声や音が響いて気になりました。部屋は冷蔵庫、冷房、ドライヤーなども含めて必要最低限あり満足です。窓があり道路ですが外が眺められるのは嬉しかったです。トイレとシャワーが同じ場所のため髪は洗うことが難しかったです。ベッドに髪の毛がついていたのは残念でしたがベッド、枕はふかふかです。LOTTE FIN付近までは約10分くらい歩きます。朝ごはんは食べていません。寝るだけなら満足です。

Was pretty easy to find. Found directions on line, and accidentally went left instead of right out of the exit. whoops. but was easy to find once i backtracked. has an elevator which was nice considering it was on the 4th floor of the building. reception was good, quick. however reception leaves at 11pm and comes back at 8am. they do leave.contact information at the desk just in case. overall, pretty good.

The best value for your money. You are within walking distance to just about anything you could want to do. There really isnt much to do here. The room layout is a bit strange. The room itself was very small. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help us.

The guesthouse was really neat and clean, comfortable to stay at, easy to locate and its at Seouls one of the known areas (Dongdaemun). John and Lee were very approachable, helpful and accommodating. It is so much worth its price! Thank you so much and will definitely come back with my friends.

Nice place, everything is located nearby, the staff are very nice and helpful! They offer also continental breakfast, although the variety is not that much, I enjoyed my stay in this place! Is a quite and clean place, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Great location for anywhere you want to get to. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The rooms are a little dated. Could not find much to do in the evenings in the locality. The room is very small. I appreciate staffs who did best for us.

Convenience for transportation as this guesthouse is within walking distance to 3 subway lines. Liquid soap and shampoo are provided. The room had not been cleaned once during 3 night stay. Very thin wall. Power outage at 8am, we left the room around 10 and the power had not come back and we dont know when it came back because we were out all day.

Affordable and clean, located very close to the metro station and 30 minutes walk from the city center (Lotte hotel). Everything you need in a very small space - including a hairdryer, shampoo&shower gel and a tiny towel.A modest breakfast (cereal and coffee) but you get hot water and make your own ramen anytime you want!

Great location with multiple metrolines from Dongdaemun History and Culture Park metrostation. Friendly staff with good communication via Kakao Talk. The room was small, but its ***ageable, if you are just sleeping there. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, so the bathroom floor always got wet. Shampoo and soap were offered and small towels as well. Overall the guesthouse was the kind of you pay for.

Metro station is very near by. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. As soon as we entered our room, we are disappointed with the small size of the room. Every hotel staff was focussed on helping the customer as much as possible.

The location of this hotel was convenient and safe. On the whole - the place was very clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are looking pretty old. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel. The rooms here are exceptionally small. The stay in the hotel is value for money.

K guesthouse is conveniently located close to subway station and a bus stop direct to Incheon airport. Very helpful staff and very comfortable bed and clean room. Had a great stay and will definitely book again on my next trip to Seoul.

You can walk to all the locations you want to visit. The rooms are on the small size. We had to put it on the bed when we need to take our stuffs and close it back in order to put it at the small space in front of the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. We walk a couple of blocks to the closes subway entrance. The room is small but its ok as long its clean for me. What really surprised me was the rooms. The bathroom was on the larger side. Average very good value for money.

Good but not really good. In terms of their room. Especially the bed sheet and towel. They have a make up room button but when we push the button and return to the guesthouse after our trip, it still not clean. No response from the owner.

Very good location near Dongdaemun design Plaza, Gwanjang market etc. Room is small but very clean and comfortable! Its very quiet and I would stay there again for sure.

地下鉄の駅から近いのは良かったです。ホテルのスタッフは、みなさんとても感じがよかったです。全体的に清潔感があった。

The room is not as nice as photos. It was very run down. Mold in bathroom. Sink drainage is nor properly work. When turn the water faucet at the sink , be prepare to get wet as the water leak back up at the bottom! The noise from the street was really bad.

Good to stay here, with nice and very kind staff. Really helpfull. Will return to seoul and stay at the same place.

If you are looking for privacy for a small budget and something clean this is the best place In Seoul ! Also thanks a lot to the staff !Really cool guy thanks for everything !

I like the service, i like how close it is to subway, 7E and even Dongdaemoon design plaza !The owner is so friendly and very helpful.

Hotel staff was amazing, gave you everything you needed but there was a very strong sewage smell that reeked in our room that made it unbearable. Would not stay there again for that reason but location was perfect.

Only 1 room blackout, provide qr code to add but never accept, finally get to contact by adding another account pasted in the receiption. Room a bit small. Overall still okay.

I was told since my room was an Economy room , it had torn sheet and pillowcase and no refrigerator. I had stayed at this hotel before and it was pleasant.

Really a good room and a nice staff, good to stay.
