Stayed for 3 night with ECO house. Very convenient, but not really suitable for elderly who cannot really walk as you need to climb a 30-40 steps of slight hill up to the home stay. Good enough for the affordable price if you are looking at budget stay with clean room, comfortable enough for 2 person, not more than that.

The best part is the convenience. We arrived early morning and the staff was more than accommodating. For the shopaholics, tons of high end shops nearby. Cleanliness was up to our expectation. Located in a very safe neighborhood. The location is excellent. Definitely the best value for the money.

We cant wait to go back next year. We received a warm welcome from the concierge. The cost is reasonable considering what you get. The staff there are all very friendly and were helpful. The best part of the booking was a great internet connection for free. The room is clean.

Walking distance to Namdaemun Market. We were for the most part happy with our room. The property itself is kept immaculately clean. Hotel has the amenities needed for any traveler. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. There are always people to help you in the hotel. Way overpriced for what you got.

Only the location is great. 50 m fm exit 2 off Myeongdong MRT stn and across the road is the airport shuttle bus pick up point. Hotel no lift, only face towel provided, room is small but clean. Luckily staff is helpful to carry our baggages up 5 floors. You get what you pay for.

I had the opportunity to stay here this year. My family will definitely be going back. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. We were very pleased with these facilities. The general ***ager personally oversaw our needs and made sure to welcome us.

The service staff at the reception were very accommodating and friendly. We like the room very much. The best feature is the convenience. The location is very good, i must say. The whole property was very clean. There was internet to the room. I was very pleased with the stay.

Myeongdong Eco Guesthouse has my full endorsement - the location is great, a mere 100 metres from the subway, with the popular Myeongdong shopping just across the road. You wont go hungry as restaurants are a plenty and within walking distance.The guesthouse itself is clean, convenient and comfy. The only downside I can think of is the small towels provided, other than that everythings just perfect. If you are looking for budget accomodation, look no further!

The location is very near Myeongdong street. Just opposite and airport bus station. The subway station just 80 m. The room is clean. Hotel staffs is helpful. But the check in time in Expedia show that from 8AM. I have to wait till 2PM.

First of all, Hotels.com needs to REALLY update the number of people you can book at a time on their site... With a family of six, Im continually running into problems when I arrive with 6 instead of 5 (the odd max allowed) - this is unacceptable. Im seriously considering taking my business elsewhere if this isnt remedied soon. The Family room is on the 5th floor, there is no lift and the AC was not working that well. It wasnt too warm, but it never quite got cool. The manager (perhaps owner) was a kind man and very helpful. The breakfast was acceptable, but the kitchen in the room was without a single item to cook with, serve with, or eat on - nothing. zero. The location of the ECO hotel is the real gem - youre right in the mix of MD, but without the noise. Id certainly stay again.

So warm, clean, good service, breakfast inclusion and good location to subway.

地熱好溫暖，房子溫馨，位置佳，拿行李的可以走明洞站1號進出，有升降機，沒行李可走4號出口，唯一不足的是沒有升降機和人手不足，提大行李好不方便

Hotel is no frills but clean, comfortable and has easy access to everything - food, subway, shopping and places of interest. Simple breakfast of toast, egg, and coffee served every morning.

Too bad service and room not clean. Never clean everyday. Room look like store room. No bed only mattress on the floor.

No dryer. quite hilly location so pack light. your room might be on first, second, third, fourth or fifth floor so good luck. overall was okay! not really suitable with baby if you get upper level room

Its gonna hard for you if you check-in late after 9:30pm. I didnt have a sim in my phone, and I couldnt call for them. I took an hour to find so some on the street to help me call for them and got a code get in the hotel. Internet of Eco was bad, it didnt work well at all.
