어플에서 예약하고 잘못해서 그 다음날 또 예약하게 되었슴..그걸 알고 바로 취소를 했는대도 절대 취소해주지 않음 예약하실때는 꼭 확인 하시길 방은 따듯해서 좋았지만 청소상태는 그다지 좋지는 않았고 또 카운터에 사람이 없으니 내려가서 뭐 가져올려면 힘드니 그냥 방에서 전화로 하시길. 그리고 방안에 폰 충전기 없으니 챙겨가세요

차량 보관이 되고픽업해주셔서 좋아요.다만 도착때는 바로 오진 않으세요...방 컨디션은 평범합니다.너무 좋은 걸 바라시면 후회하시겠지만,공항가기전에 주차+숙박+셔틀의 개념으로 접근하시면가성비가 좋을거에요.그리고 영종도 주변 숙박시설이 그렇듯,주변에 먹을거리가 많지않습니다.세븐일레븐 하나 있던 걸로 기억해요.그리고 귀국 스캐쥴이 바뀌면 빨리 연락해서 정정하시는게좋아요.다시한번 말씀드리지만주차+숙박+셔틀로는 아주 훌륭합니다.아, 화장실이 엄청 좋아요.

제가 예약한 방이 1인실이라하여 2인실은 제가 결제한 금액보다 3만원 더 많은 금액을 요구하였고 뻔히 환불불가 상품인걸 알면서 환불 받으려면 트립닷컴 사이트에 환불요구 하라고 하더니 나중엔 인원추가시 추가요금 만원만 달라하여 결제하였습니다.인원수 설정을 따로 하지않은 저의 불찰도 있으나 게스트하우스도 아니고 보통 호텔 스탠다드룸 퀸배드라 기본 2인이라 생각했어요.제 실수도 있지만 사장님께 1인실이면 사이트에 좀 더 상세하게 공지했음 좋겠다고 얘기했는데 그방은 무조건 1인실이라하여 그럼 2명 받은적 없냐하니 저한테 없다고 단호하게 얘기하시더니 사이트에 같은방인데 2인 3인 다 받고 있네요.더 기가 막힌건 먼저 올라간 여자친구가 위생상태 안좋다고 불쾌해하며 한마디 던지고 나가려는데 사장이 갑자기 반말에 욕설을 하여 같이 한바탕 했네요.내 돈 내고 내가 그냥 나가는데 손님이 지나가는 소리로 한마디했다고 반말에 욕을 하시네.그것도 여자친구가 나가자 하면서 나한테 한말이었음 근데 거기서 발끈하고 반말에 욕을 해서 여자친구가 공포감에 경찰신고했는데 계속 발뺌하더니 파출소 가서야 결국 인정하고 사과하네요.경찰에 신고한 이유는 호텔측이 남자가 2명이었습니다.일단 호텔 서비스 엉망이고 담배냄새에 청결상태 안좋았고,인원수 체크 확실하게 해야합니다. 뻔한 상술에 추가요금 낼수 있어요.스탠다드룸이 디럭스룸 보다 더 비쌉니다.혼자 여행하는 외국인들 바가지 쓸 수 있을듯 해요.제가 한 말들은 다 진실입니다.저역시 여자친구를 위해 반말과 욕을 하며 같이 싸웠습니다.여자친구에게 반말하며 소리지르며 욕하는 것을 참을 수 없었습니다.

今回２回目の利用です。仁川空港から龍遊駅まで、リニアモーターカーで約12分、タクシーでも10分ほどで着きます。龍遊駅から徒歩で5分(かからないかも)で着くのでわりと便利だと思います。部屋はシャンプーなどの最低限のアメニティがあるので、問題ありません。駅近くには食堂がいくつかあり、朝から利用している人もいました。また次回も利用したいホテルです。

Last visit (June 9 -10) my breakfast was prepared when I arrive in the restaurant- fresh and hot. At check last night I paid for breakfast and said I would appear about 08:30. I appeared at 08:28. My breakfast had already been prepared and was COLD! and therefore far from tasty.

乗り継ぎで1泊しました。建物や部屋の設備は古いですが、きれいに清掃してあるので清潔感はあります。フロントの女性は日本語OKな方でした。送迎のおじさんも片言の日本語が話せます。コンセントが少なく、プラグが変圧器がないと使えないので注意です。モバイルバッテリーが充電されている状態だったのでスマホの充電はしのげましたが。空港ホテル間の送迎を利用し、ホテル向かいのセブンイレブンはカード払いOKだったのでウォンは全く使いませんでした。泊まるだけならとてもコスパの良いホテルです。

深夜に仁川空港に着いたので、タクシーで向かいましたが10分くらいで着きました。ホテルから5分ほど歩けば電車？があり、仁川空港まで行くことができるので便利でした。部屋も素泊まりするなら全く問題はないです。ただ、ドライヤーの風威力がほんの少し弱いので女性の方は少し時間がかかるかもしれません。。次回も利用したいホテルです(^-^)

Our flight was cancelled so good thing their shuttle is free to the hotel. We went to the airport information center to ask them to call this hotel if the shuttle is still available before 11pm. We booked online and headed to the hotel shuttle pickup on the 2nd floor. Thank goodness the hotel room space was big, they speak English and cleanliness was decent. Was pretty happy for the hot shower too. There’s a seafood noodle restaurant across it that’s good for lunch :)

Great stay and would definitely consider going back. A few very good Korean restaurants and 7-11 convenience store to satisfy any basic needs. Very accessible to the ocean front with a soft sandy beach and western music played at a nearby restaurant.

Good hotel. Warm, nice and relaxing since it’s quiet. The only downside tho is that they have no more food services at night which makes it difficult for travellers.

Not bad for the price,clean,and there’s some restaurants around. It’s in the middle of terminal 1,2. The SHUTTLE SERVICE is only picking and bringing you back to TERMINAL 1 which is you HAVE to take the shuttle bus from 2 to 1 for about 20 min.travel aside from the shuttle schedules. Same thing going back if your travelling INTERNATIONAL and have luggages it’s HARD.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very comfortable place to end my stay in Korea.

Not the nicest hotel, but they were friendly and when I landed around 11pm I gave them a call and asked them to pick me up. They were there within 15 minutes and took me to the hotel. Check-in was simple and quick and got a good nights rest before my flight in the morning. I definitely recommend this place if youre just looking for a place to crash while on a layover.

I stayed at that hotel for my overnight layover flight. It was very convenient and comfortable. Hotel gives you a ride from & to the Terminal 1 Inchone airport which was super nice.

Nice hotel close to airport with prompt pickup and service. Didnt use appliances such as TV .. so no comments. No noise close to 7-11. And you get a free ride to airport.

Positives:- Free shuttle bus from airport worked well (I asked the info desk at Arrivals to call the hotel for me, then was given clear instructions about where to wait for the bus.- Reception assistant friendly and polite.Negatives:- Room was absolutely filthy. Im not a luxury traveller by any means and Ive stayed in some really cheap/basic places all over the world. But I think everybody would expect a minimal standard of cleanliness. My room at the Parkwood made me feel contaminated, just by breathing in it! Dirt, dust, and hairs everywhere, toilet dirty (and was also broken - after flushing, water overflowed all over the floor - just before I checked out). The fridge (which I was counting on for the night before my flight home, to transport food gifts back to the UK) was stinking and full of mould (and Im not even sure if it was working).- No night light. So couldnt really relax properly on the night before going home - you either sat on the dark or had the harsh big light on.- Didnt manage to get any hot water going at all.I understand that you get what you pay for, but a dirty room is never okay, at whatever price, and hot water is a minimum expectation. And the thing is that Id just come from staying in a basic business hotel in Osaka, which was scrupulously clean - and was actually only £4 more per night than the Parkwood Incheon!I would avoid this place if you can - there seem to be other budget options in the Incheon area.

Convenient to the airport. Basic for short stay

Really great experience. Arrived 2 hours earlier than the regular check in time. No problem.It was just for a one night stay and take another flight the next day.Not much to do around, but still all you need(there is a proper convenience store right across the street) and still not far from good spots. Beach is really close too...By the way, I highly recommend the little bar right across the street... very very very place ran by a couple, with a stage and musicians...So if you have to spend a night and dont want to go to Seoul Downtown, thats the place...

Quite basic but a great price and convenient location for an overnight stay at the airport.

The hotel was nice. Take the train that is in the airport and it is your last stop. Get off and you can walk to it from there. It takes about five minutes. There are three local places to eat. A tad expensive. You can walk down the beach. The area isn’t highly populated so it tends not to be as clean. The hotel does have WiFi, airport shuttle and three Pokémon stops nearby

I have stayed here several times when transiting in Incheon. Shuttle service to & from the airport is great, just need to go up to departures area go to Information Desk by Door 7 & they will call the hotel for you. Usually takes about 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive opposite Door 7 just across the pedestrian crossing. Shuttles to the airport start at 5.50am in the morning & you need to book the day before to make sure there is room. Only down side of the hotel is that the restaurant is only open for breakfast & you must let them know the night before. However there are several small local restaurants & the coffee bar at the hotel next door is excellent. The bar over the road that used to be great has closed & has moved but a long way away. ,Close to airport,Clean
