Super cute hotel. Every comfort in a small but well laid out room. Love the free mini bar, loved the breakfast included. Only issues were hotel was not able to meet requests like one hour early check in and a quieter room with a view. I was made to wait and then placed in a wheelchair modify room next to the elevator and looking into a dark dingy alley despite booking months in advance. The rooms around me were booked to family groups who used the open space near the elevators as a play ground. They left their doors open and let the kids play in the halls until 11:00 pm. I didn’t let any of this spoil my stay. And I would stay here again. It is so quaint with great amenities, good price and a wonderful location. So yes I would stay again even though the poor room placement almost seemed an intended slight. Perhaps I offended someone somehow? I’ll be more careful next time.

Hanna was very nice to welcome me and give me some shampoos and pillow spray cause I had a death in the family. Was very nice. They didn’t clean the rooms till very late like 4 pm. sometimes mine was skipped but overall wonderful and great place. The character of the place has a great story and set up with all the old cameras from the famous owner. Was a wonderful location. Great stay !

The hotel is located in the centre of the Myeongdongs shopping and restaurant district which was very convenient and I loved. Rooms were clean, smelt amazing and all amenities were provided daily as well as snacks and drinks. The Hotel is relatively new, and the modern architecture and interior design definitely reflected that. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again on future visits.

Cosy hotel and friendly service (always smiling and greet the guests, help with opening of door etc.). Awesome location, Euljiro 1 station is walkable and the fried chicken street is just opposite the hotel.. And ding tai fung is in same building (didnt try though).. Theres an Australian coffee franchise, nice coffee..Hotel with a movie theme, even the hotel card holder fits the theme and the welcome gift (popcorn)Minibar refilled daily. Room equipped with nice heating and aircon. Nice bathtub and bidet toilet facilities. Clean washing machines and dryers with clear instructions; available at top level. Although there was a small episode of blackout in my original booked room, the hotel staff handled the situation well and professionally. Was offered a free Polaroid shot for me and wife during check out, nice gesture! Very satisfied with the stay in Hotel 28. Definitely recommend it! Only grumble that I have was the static experience when opening the door.Take note the hotel lobby is at level 6; anyway the friendly staff concierge at level 1 will help out =)

Check in was a breeze.Our check in staff Ryan, (hope I didn’t get his name wrong) is very thorough in his check in process. Giving us all the details we will need for our stay. Great help from staff when I needed help to make a hair wash booking.The two lady staff were very helpful and I got them to help me to make translation with my hair stylist and they gladly do so.They help me to make the booking and ensure I knew where it is by drawing it on the map and what shop to look for.Really thankful for the help. Check out process was fast and fuss free.Got help to get taxi so everything was easy and great. It’s our 2nd stay with the hotel, we re still loving it. The hotel, room , staff , location are GREAT.We will be back again , next year!

Great location, loads of food and shopping option right at your hotel doorstep and walkable to both the Euljiro-il ga and Myeongdong station. However, if you are grabbing a taxi from the airport, the driver may not want to drop you at the hotel directly so have the hotel booked it for you. The service is impeccable. Hotel staffs are friendly and always offered us heat packs whenever we head out in the morning. :) My only feedback is for the hotel to consider extra hanging knobs so it will be much more convenient for guests to hang their coats during winter.

This is an amazing hotel with a great location in Myeongdong. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are visiting for vacation, like I was. The hotel screams hospitality and is probably my favorite hotel if any I’ve ever stayed on a trip. Seriously book this property if you want to enjoy Seoul for your holiday! Ten stars!!!

Super friendly staff. More on the friendly side than strict professional side. Breakfast could be better though. Otherwise a nice unique hotel

Very comfortable spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the continental breakfast was very good. We had to leave very early in the morning and instead of the continental breakfast, they packed us sandwiches which was a very nice touch. Although located in a busy touristy area (myeongdong) it was not too loud and a very convenient distance to Line 2 & 4 subway stations.

Outstanding property located in an ideal Seoul neighborhood. Easy access to many sights, food, shopping and subway. Staff is extremely helpful. Decor is adorable. Room was perfect. Highly recommend.

Really excellently placed, central to lots of activities. Room was immaculate and free mini bar lovely touch. Amazing free parking for such central place. Will stay again.

Love the delicious popcorn and hand warmers upon arrival. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I can’t wait to come back and stay at Hotel 28.

This hotel is amazing. Cant believe the low price for what you get. Facilities are impeccable and creative. Comfortable beds. GREAT location. 2 blocks from the train station and 1 block from the major food stall streets in Myeongdong. Will stay here again and again.

This place is excellent. I will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly especially the concierge. Joanna was very helpful and all the staff. If I go back to Korea, I am definitely staying here again.

スモールラグジュアリーホテルということで期待しましたが、ラグジュアリーにはそぐわぬホテルでした。繁華街のど真ん中で夜中まで外はうるさくそれが部屋の中まで聞こえてくる、隣の部屋の大騒ぎがダイレクトに聞こえる、15時以降部屋に戻っても清掃が終わってない、清掃が終わってないことに詫びがない、詫びのつもりで出したドリンクチケットは使えない、スタッフに明日の天気を聞いても誰も明確に答えられない…。やはりホテルは星で判断した方がいいですね。期待値が高かった分残念でした。

Very nice place and close to train stations. Room was abit too small but the service is good. Overall i will come back but not super outstanding service.

The staffs are amazing, friendly and thoughtful. Location is very good, near 2 MRTs, about 5-10mins walk.

Location is v good. Even for the airport transfer bus stop is within 1-2mins away by walking. Will stay again if I go back to Korea.

A tad difficult to find but once there, it is VERY conveniently located with lots of dining options in the immediate neighborhood. Room was comfortable although could not get the temperature regulated correctly. Shower was fantastic and heated bidet toilet with night light very good.Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. Staff were very proficient in English and scheduled taxi etc for return trip to ICN airport.

Love the chic interiors and film inspired decor; the friendly and helpful staff were a breath of fresh air plus the location made this the perfect Seoul hotel for me.

Great location, you can get to any point in Seoul in less than 30 min. Great and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit larger than the standard size in Korea, not much storage space but can confortably host a person or a couple. The minibar offers softdrinks, beer and coffee. Breakfast is good, same variety every day though, but good quality. Nice concept and confortable, would go back.

位置好找,FAMILY SUITE 房間很大,很近明洞大街,周圍SHOPPING及食店很多,燈光及環境稍暗,也很近乙支路入口地鉄站,離機場巴士也很近. 最值得表揚的是:因今次因急事需前走及CHECK OUT, CTRIP 方也只是扣了一晚的房租,并即日可聯系及回覆到可退回最後两晚的房租,用網絡電話及電郵即日也辦妥了,房租也在1周內退回,真的很讚!

Amazing service and convenient location for skincare shopping

Unfortunately our view was of a wall only a metre from our window. Hotel is in the middle of Myeongdong action. Very short walk from the airport limousine bus stop

Little heaven of luxury and cosy place to spend a warm stay in Seoul. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Wonderful and users friendly facilities. Perfect location, close to many points of interests. Great base with reasonable price to explore Seoul the time of a WE.
