명동역 5번출구에서 5분거리! 위치와 서비스 짱이에요. 게스트하우스 처음 이용하는데, 너무 깨끗하고 미니 호텔 같은 느낌이었어요. 2층침대도 처음 써보는데 재미있었어요.

Convenient location, near the train and bus and myangdong area where all the shops and food are. Its perfect for solo travelers.Didnt like the fact I have to carry big luggage down and up. noise can be heard next door easily but that wasnt too bad in my case. Instead of providing four small towels, they could have provide two big ones.

Notwithstanding that the hotel was very close to Myeongdong Street and the train station, the facilities were relatively basic although the design looked minimalistic. The mattress was very hard and there was no proper ventilation in the room, save for the tiny ventilation in the washroom. There was also a smell in the room and there was absolutely no space for the luggage. The only good thing about the property was that the staff was very friendly.

I got into Seoul after 10p so decided to take a cab since the last bus would be gone by the time I got my bag/customs etc. I asked the information booth to translate the address in Korean for my cab driver. He was able to enter it into his GPS system. After hours check-in was simple. My key was on the counter and I just helped myself to the room. Location was in a prime spot, near all the shopping streets but also not in the middle of it all. Was also conveniently located near Namsan Tower. I took a cab up [$3USD] and walked back down. Starbucks and convenient store on each side of the hotel. The street its on is also great for hailing a cab. Room itself was comfortable for 1 person. Only 2 things Id recommend are mattress toppers and standard towels. Not only could I feel the springs, I could see them. Luckily I had a twin room so I used the extra comforter as a topper. And the only towels provided were 6 hand towels. Overall - my stay was nice. Owner Eunsuk is friendly and accommodating.

3回目の宿泊です。いつも明洞散策が多いのでこちらを利用させてもらってます！夜遅くまで遊んで寝るだけなので、部屋の狭さや浴槽がないなど不便な点は多々ありますが、安く済ませるには最適です！フロントのお兄さんもとても優しく気さくな方でした。また是非利用させて頂きます！

Love location...right at edge of myeongdong....v convenient to shop..n near subway....but the room is v small n not tt clean...staying for 4 days but nver clean our room...need to pay if cleaning required???

You will get what you paid for. The building itself smelled and they tried covering up with tons of room sprays. The room is pretty small with super thin walls. There were small nats coming up thru the drain, which smelled aweful. Shower I didnt even dare trying taking it. Close to everything but no elevators. I say spend extra 30 dollars and go somewhere decent. If you had to go to a guesthouse, U would say Sunshine guesthouse is in the better condition.

Very small room, no place to put 2 luggages. No lift, receptionist not very helpful. The only good point is the central location.

Easy to find, traveling solo the room was ok for an overnight stay. Compact- but clean.

This guesthouse is located in heart of Seoul, close to Myeongdong Station and Shinsegae department store(duty free shop as well) only 3 minutes by walk. Complimentary breakfast is included with accommodation. Very convenient for tourists, affordable price as well! All of staffs were kind, helped carrying our luggages to up and down. Just one thing that I can advise to you is bring your amenities(hand soap and face soap).

The main positive of the hotel is its excellent location. Its near to Myeongdong street. The area was good with all the public transportation. The hotel room itself was very clean. The amenities in the rooms are quite adequate. Worth every cent considering the high hotel rates in the city.

Guesthouse is near subway and shopping street. It’s very convenient. By the way, there is no elevator but staff is willing to help without asking. And there is towel prepared for you but it’s small towel. You should bring your big towel if you needed.

This is a nice and affordable hotel located nearby shopping spots. Just less than 1 mins. Everything were fined but just.... this hotel gave no lift..: so if you having large luggage/heavy luggage, will difficult/hard to carry up to your room. Otherwise, perfect!

The check in/out was a breeze and the location is amazing since it is close to the train station and the Myeong-Dong street food area. It is also within the shopping district. The bed is not comfy though but it was really cheap so you get what you paid for.

Instantly love it bcos of the strategic location in Myeongdong and easy to find. The service provided by Mark and Ryan is perfect. Breakfast was provided but we didnt partake and had ours out in the cafes of Myeongdong. For 55,000won you could easily find a decent love motel.

Location was great, service was great, but for some reasons hotels.com screw my reservation, I booked for two ppl and I got a very small room.

The location is strategic as it is located right beside Myeongdong street where it will be a shopaholic choice of guesthouse. Great value for money. Room is relatively small but what can u expect from a guesthouse right. Generally rooms were clean and tidy. Will do recommend this place to my friends.

I stayed at the hotel on a recent trip to the area. Short walking distance to the subway. The hostel was literally a minute walk from the station. The room provides relaxing ambient - good to unwind after long day at the office. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

K-guesthouse myeongdong1 is really located in a superb location, where duty free shop, street shopping and food, all are just steps away! Hotel manager is nice and helpful, i really enjoy my 6 nights stay there, keep it up and thumbs up

食事には全く困りません。落ち着いた間取りでした。店員が元気で活気があり、心地よい。立地は申し分ないと思います。

今回は仕事での利用でしたが、部屋は十分にキレイでした。ホテルの方は親切で、ゆっくり休めました。ロケーションは問題なかった。

改装済みの部屋は綺麗です。ホテルのスタッフはみなさんとても感じがよかったです。食事を楽しみます。比較的いいホテルと思います。

Stay for three nights, room a bit small and no lift, if you too heavy for luggage, staff will help you. Towel and pillow case a bit dirty but good location to stay for shopping

The room I got was a double-decker bed, but supposed to be a twin bed room (which I saw from the photos uploaded). The room was clean but I think the beddings need to be replaced.Staff was friendly and accommodating.
