캐나다 출국전 이틀 머물렀어요. 근처에 맛집이 많아서 좋았어요. 호텔이라기 보단..퀄러티는 모텔이에요. 하지만 깨끗했고 방음도 잘 되어 조용했어요. 아이들과 편하게 머물다 왔어요.

호텔 외부의 느낌과는 달리, 방안은 좀 시골틱한 비즈니스 호텔 느낌이 납니다.코로나로 인해 국제선 연결 국내선이 운항되지 않아, 아는 수 없이 김포에서 갈아타고 다음날 아침 인천공항에서 출발해야 하기때문에 1박하게 되었습니다.주변에는 식당도 많아 먹을 거리가 풍부했습니다.아침에는 공항 청사까지 셔틀로 안내해 주셔서 좋았습니다.방문은 잘 잠기지 않는 것같아 조금 불안했습니다.

아늑하고 편안한 분위기에서잠을자고 호텔분위기가좋은것같아요 친절은 기본이고또오게되면 이곳에서 다시잠시 쉬었다 갈것같습니다

깔끔하게 정리가 잘 되어 있고..숙박비도 저렴하고 써비스도 만족 합니다.

매우 쾌적하고 서비스 친절도 만점입니다.더 오래 머물고 싶었지만 일정때문에 머물지 못해서ㅠㅠ아쉬웠어요.재방문 꼭 하고 싶은 곳.

겨울이라 너무 추워요

연식은 좀 됬지만 깨끗하고 넓고 화장실도 두개여서 가족과 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다.

신기한곳이네요... 80년대 호텔 리모델링한거같은 느낌이에요 안은 깨끗했습니다.

가격대비 좋은데 페브리즈같은거 뿌리신 것 같은데 냄새가 너무 안 좋고 아침에 씻고 욕실에서 나오니까 담배냄새가 나던데 복도에서도 나는 것을 보니 다른 방에서 피우면 냄새가 타고 넘어오는 듯(창문 안 열어둠 냄새에 예민한 편) 화장실이나 욕조 침대 쇼파 편함

Fabulous and convenient place to stay near Incheon International Airport. Easy walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Great staff with excellent customer service. With our early flight departure, shuttle got us to the airport worry free.

Really happy with our short stay here for our family of 4. Hotel was super clean. Room was spacious and spotless. Staff were super helpful, professional and attentive. We chose the breakfast option based on the reviews. Because of covid breakfast was not being offered and staff had explanation and refund ready on check in. Plenty of food and beverage options in the vicinity of the hotel.

Sorry our stay was so short, because the accommodations were so pleasant. Room was comfortable, clean and attractive. Perfect spot for travelers flying from Inchon, with free shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast, with variety of Korean and western food options. Service was consistently friendly and courteous. Recommend the Inchon Queen highly.

It’s great if you’re flying out / in of Incheon Airport The hotel is centrally located few minutes walk to the subway though not close to the main tourist sites of Incheon (eg Chinatown , Wolmido etc. about an hour and a bit more to Seoul) lots restaurants and shops. Facilities were great with bath tub , steam room , comfy beds and a huge flat screen tv with choices of some free movie channels . Also a free shuttle bus to / from the airport

We loved our stay at the Incheon Airport Hotel Queen. Everything went great, from the time I called and when we were picked up from the airport. We were even upgraded to the Family Suite and were allowed to stay 2.5 hours longer, for free. We loved our suite, we were able to get the sleep and rest we needed. The lady preparing our breakfast is really sweet. Our overall experience at the Incheon Airport Hotel Queen surpassed our expectations and experience with other hotels we stayed in. We will definitely choose this hotel when we come back to visit Incheon.

The property is quite dated and dark. Heating is inadequate in winter months. Staff, however ,are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, while not extensive, was quite tasty and a mix of S. Korean and Western offerings. A good place for a layover in Seoul/Incheon, but I wouldn’t book in for much longer than that. I would stay again. Lots of restaurants nearby, but not much else.

The hotel is in a great location and offers a very prompt and comfortable free airport shuttle service. On arrival my room was upgraded at no extra charge. The the gentle*** at the front desk was very courteous and helpful as I arrived 2 hours earlier than check in time and I was given a room early. I would absolutely stay again when I pass through Incheon.

The airport pick and drop off was prompt and hassle free! The breakfast was a delicious spread of different options to choose from all freshly cooked and served in a cozy nook of the lobby area. Hotel staff were friendly.

The hotel was great and close to the airport. The shuttle is very helpful and punctual. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was a perfect stay.

It was ok for the prices. The airport pick up was very good and the location includes plenty of places to eat. But the trash can had not been not emptied and the floor of the shower room was slippery and had stuff on it.

We woke up late 9:45 AM. I ran down to breakfast to expect nothing left but cold scrapes and a closed sign (I arrived 9:52) Kind breakfast attendant was startled by my arrival and she had all ready had begun closing procedures. She kindly made me scrambled eggs and egg white omelette and filled plates with food. Since my wife was still in the room the supervisor at reception let me takeout the food. This was an kind exception! It would have been our fault for oversleeping a pre payed breakfast. The HotelQueen Incheon Airport showed true hospitality and the staff excelled in exceptional service! WellDone!

A great hotel very friendly staff and a large hotel room with all necessary amenities. I used the excellent free shuttle service to and from the airport. Lots of restaurants next to the hotel.

The airport shuttle was so convenient. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Heated floor and steam room was great! One minor thing: There was no shelf near the sync to put your stuff on, and there was not enough light near the mirror.

We decided to stay at this hotel because we had an early morning flight. The airport pick up and drop off services were great. We followed the directions they emailed us and they picked us up in 15 minutes as they promised. There was a schedule for the airport drop off in the morning, but it fit our schedule. The staff spoke English well and our room was neat and clean. The furnishings are a little dated, but honestly the wood floors and trim gave it a cottage feel. There is a cafe across the way, a convince store and several Korean restaurants in walking distance around the hotel. Had a great stay!

This is my wife and my third stay. I recommend Hotel Queen to my friends and have found it very convenient for our trips to and through South Korea. We have learned to use the metro train from the airport (ticket machines are also in English) to the third stop (Unseo), get off and walk the three blocks to Hotel Queen. Easy and simple. When we dont go into Seoul, we eat in the area or take the metro back to the airport for a bigger selection of restaurants and fast foods. Beds are very comfortable for us. We have all the comforts we need and have learned the different places near by from the Lotte Mart department store, Dominoes Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Lotteria, Bene Cafe, etc. We use the hotel shuttle service back to the airport when we leave. We have always found the hotel staff very helpful and courteous.

Helpful lady at Information desk at Incheon Airport phoned hotel to arrange pick-up and this arrived within 10 minutes. There are a number of convenience stores and a Lotte nearby within walking distance. Free airport shuttle was there 10 minutes after we called. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Seoul for a night.

I stayed at the Queen Incheon Airport the night before my flight back to the States. It was a little difficult to find (there are a bunch of airport hotels in this little town) and it was nestled in between a couple of others. Check-in was quick and the staff member was nice. My friend and I got upgraded to a honeymoon suite (which is a weird name - there were two queen beds. What kind of honeymoon would that be?) which was kind of cool. However, the room itself was OLD and clearly hadnt been renovated in ages. The bathroom was up-to-date, however, which was good. I am allergic to dust and mold, and that turned out to be a very bad combination. I had a terrible allergic reaction from the condition of the room. I was able to get some medicine at the airport, but sitting through a 12 hour flight looking like you have a bad case of chicken pox is not an experience I would like to repeat. Shuttle to the airport was nice and the driver was friendly. As the other reviewers stated, there are tons of restaurants in the area, but they are ONLY Korean, so dont go looking around for a TGI Fridays. I had one of the best bbq meals of my whole trip at one of these restaurants, so dont be afraid to be adventurous. Overall, I wouldnt stay again only because of the dust and mold situation, but the staff was very nice.

The hotel is able to offer a very quiet place because of its shuttered windows and width of walls. Room size, is, unbelievable I would say bath room is so spacious that almost same size as my home bedroom. We were upgraded to family suite with jacuzzi. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept for a long time.

Will stay again ! Nice staff paid extra for breakfast glad we did it was very tasteful!

Zum Abschluss unserer Korea-Reise waren wir 2 Nächte im Airport Hotel Queen Incheon. Hotel Staff war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleine Reiseführer von Korea + Karten für Seoul und Incheon in Englisch waren verfügbar. Frühstück im Hotel war möglich zu sehr akzeptablen Preisen. In Umgebung wird gerade aufgebaut allerdings ohne touristisches Interesse.Anschluss an das Seoul Metro-Netz in der Nähe, allerdings braucht man mehr als 1 Stunde in die Stadt.

Staff is excellent and great food in the area!

After my tiring flight, a good rest from this hotel was just right and worthy. Fortunately, the windows could be opened, so we were able to balance the temperature by leaving a window partially open to the sub-zero outside temperatures. Take your shoes off and huge living area. The hotel staff organised our return to the airport as we checked in. The eggs are cooked for you (I had an omelette) and there is some Asian choices as well as some fresh fruit.

Room: Large room with basic amenities. Upon exiting the airport we met a very courteous van driver who greeted us by name. Staff were very friendly and helpful as was the shuttle vehicle driver. I have used this hotel in the past and I will continue to use it in the future.
