로비에 들어설 때부터 하수구 냄새진동 별주기도 아까움

위치좋음따뜻한물아주잘나옴,드라이기바람쎔,그런데 들어가자마 머리털있었고..샤워기는 높이고정하는거 고장나있고,슬리퍼는 물에젖어 신을때마다 물나오고에어컨은 시끄럽고 온도조절안되는거같고,티비는 5분에서 10분간격으로 끊기고이불은..뭐가 계속 무는지 자다따가워몇번깨고,잠을편히못잤어요..ㅠ

을지로 3가 역 완전 역세권이라고 할 수 있어요. 출구에서 걸어서 30초? 그냥 바로앞이라고 보시면 돼요. 청결 접근성 편안함 다 좋은데요 별점이 4개 드린 이유는 드라이기가 화장대에 콘센트가 없어 연결불가하더라구요. 그래서 멀찍이 떨어져서 잘 아보이는데 드라이를 했네요. 물론 제가 갔던 방만 그럴수도 있어요. 시설 서비스만은 좋습니다.

주변교통도 편하고 관광하기에는 편한 위치입니다.차가아닌 도보 여행객들에게는 좋은 위치입니다.다만 차를 가지고 여행하시는 분에게는 주차공간이 없기에 비추입니다

가성비 괜찮은 숙소, 조금 시끄럽습니다.종로 교육 출장때문에 이용했는데 청결 상태 좋고 지하철 3분거리로 접근성 아주 좋네요.주변 타박 타박 겆기 좋은 곳입니다.

I stayed 1 night at Hotel Bene during my trip to Seoul. It is a small boutique hotel, and cab drivers had a very difficult time finding it. Partly this has to do with the fact that Seoul now has a new address system, and some cab GPS systems only have old addresses. The other has to do with the fact that this hotel is so new that it does not appear even on the new GPS system. When I got to the hotel, the staff told me that they had given away my room because they thought I was a no-show even though I had already paid for the hotel on Expedia and arrived at the hotel not very late in the day (about 6PM). The staff was very apologetic and ensured that I could leave my luggage and come back by 8PM, and the room will be available. When I came back the same staff assisted the process, so the check-in was quick. The room was clean (very important to me) but pretty basic, small, and bare. I liked that they had some good amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton pads and swabs, Korean-style shower towels), but it felt weird to me to see big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. I get that it is less wasteful than having personal sized items, but it still felt strange using the same bottles that everyone used. I did bring my own shampoos and such, so it was fine, and Id recommend others to do the same unless they feel okay about using products from communal bottles. I was not a fan of the shower + toilet combo, either.

After we finished work i got to really enjoy the room. The blackout curtains are very effective. The bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated. The beds were large enough to sleep comfortably. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but nice and warm. Its worth the price to stay here. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and courteous.

Room was quite good.Location was good, very close to subway exit but no escalator.Convenient for travelling.

This is a convenient location to the subway station but its very hidden on the side of the alley way. This hotel is known for hook ups so if youre looking for a comfortable one, I wouldnt recommend and its not extremely clean because when I walked in it did have a smelly scent, wasnt very clean and the staff dont speak English so its a little difficult to communicate. For the price, I believe that you could go to a better hotel in a more local district since theres subways everywhere!

A wonderful stay that we had enjoyed very much. Mins straight road walk to myeong dong Main Street and 15 mins walk to ndm n tdm. The rooms were up to my standards of clean. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. Value for money was certainly ok.

Great room. a little on the small side. breakfast wasnt bad. there was this smell that kept creeping in like bad plumbing. and some noises in the walls -_- eerie but overall not a bad stay. literally right next to the subway station

A very nice experience in Hotel Bene. What is most impressive is the personal touch of the staff. The room are very clean and have all amenities. Its just a 10 minute walk to Myeongdong so its round the corner but you dont get any of the hustle and bustle.

We spent three nights at this hotel as the last leg of our tour. The location however is ideal. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. I were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The value for the price is simply outstanding.

For the price this place was great. The shower had a little rust around it and the sink broke while we were there but this didnt really effect our stay. The bed was great and a really nice size.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff. Complimentary coffees and sandwiches in the morning. Easy walking distance to night markets and the palace. Bed is hard, but thats all of Korea. Clean. Basic. What more can a person need?

The staff was ok, we only saw them like twice the two nights we were there. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom had mold. The walls were way too thin where we heard the neighbors from late at night until the morning moaning and banging! I don’t recommend this hotel to stay at all!

The beds were so uncomfortable, its quite unreal. Before this we had stayed in a traditional Korean hanok hotel and found the bed (a thin mattress on the floor) to be way better than this. Also wed booked a deluxe double room but we were given a much smaller room for the first night. The staff did put it right after I mentioned it but did try to disagree with me - if the room photos are not correct on Hotels.com (which was their excuse for our smaller room) then they need to correct them - no discount was offered for this inconvienece. We were also given some more duvets for the bed but it didnt fix it and it was still difficult to sleep as each night (even after we had asked the previous evening) the temperature of the underfloor heating was whacked up to max - lots of sweaty waking up at 2am and phone calls as they control the heating on reception. Breakfast was offered as continental but this is not correct, its 1 kind of sandwich (sometimes prepackaged, sometimes made fresh) and a coffee or orange juice. The first day sandwiches were prepackaged and I didnt get one as they were all with ham and Im vegetarian. Location is good but for the price there are better hotels - like Staz 2 which we had stayed at before this. Wish Id have known all of these things before booking hence review. Staff are kind but it cant make up for 3 nights of difficult sleep on such a hard mattress

The hotel location is close to Myeongdong and subway. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room rate is reasonable and the room is spacious. I will consider to stay in this hotel again.

部屋は大変快適でした。ホテルのロケーションについては文句なし、すごくいい感じでした。スタッフが頑張っていた。

We were placed in a room that was not cleaned. WE had to go downstairs and ask the receptionist to get us clean sheets.The sheets on the bed were soooo dirty. You could see that they occupants of the romm left and nothing was washed or clean. The bed haad literlaly fresh spots and stains. Was very disappointe with the service. Then I had to on a number of occasions walk to the 6th floor where my room was as a result of the elevator not working. The facility neeeeeeeeeeds upgrading.

There is road renovation in the middle of the night but the hotel staff failed to inform us during our checkin.The aircon is so noisy. Aircon noise + road work renovation = totally cant sleep well in the night.Although there is daily room keeping but The room is dirty and hairs on the floor. When shower, the water will leak into the bedroom (tsunami).The staff will shift my things all over the place. Can’t find it when back in hotel.One of my friend said that someone had opened up her lugagge as the placement of the items are incorrect.Washing machine is provided free at the 7th floor, however no clothes racks and hangers provided.. the hotel staff managed to give us 6 hangers for 3 pax.As for staff, They are not helpful and stood behind the 3 ladies watching them carry the luggage without offering help.

Location is the no.1 reason why we chose this hotel - steps away from euljiro 3-ga station. Its a 10-min walk to myungdong and lots of restaurants and shops. The room itself was nice and the building seems pretty new as well... one annoying things was that the hotel lobby itself is really small and theres a bathroom right next to the elevator - it smelled really bad every single day we walked in and out of the hotel. Bad first/last impression but its easily fixable.Tip - theres a great little hole in the wall restaurant right next to the hotel - amazing for breakfast! All their soups (esp. kimchi beansprout soup) are great and their kimbap is pretty famous.

Hotel is more like love motel. It might good for couple or single but not for family if they are with children.

Room is ok and clean but a bit small, suggest a luggage rack be put in room. As no hanger is installed in toilet, will have problems with the dirty and clean clothes when you take shower. Mini refrigerator cold enough. Overall ~ good.

We were placed in a room that was not clean. I was shocked that hotel staff would place people in room where the sheets were dirty (obviously just used just before we got in). Additionally, the room was not cleaned on time on one day. We left very early and not back way late in the evening to find the room not cleaned. finally, the smell of the entrance of the building to the passage and short hallways did not smell good at all.

Towels were dirty. Beds were dirty. Asked for more towels and those were dirty too. There were stains all over the towels. The bed sheet had some stains on it and when lifted the bed sheet there were stains on the mattresses. Supposed to stay 3 nights but after only 1 night we could not stay any longer and found another hotel to stay.

Everything was great. The place was strategic and theres a subway station 80m away. Walking distance to myeong dong.

Due to the lack of selection for morning breakfast, overall the hotel needs some improvement in that area. Excellent location, and very close to thw subway station.

Beside no one answer the phone call while taxi driver need the Hotel Location. others, Awesome!

Just next to Exit 8 but quite a walking distance from train arrival to exit 8....Underground path may lead to Myeongdong directly...Nt a bad place to stay,foods are just around the corner...sandwich and coffee seems to be too light for me....
